I started taking my grandson to this shop when his previous barber moved out of the area. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. My barber is great with kids and always make my grandson feel at ease. He was recommended by my son and I have been very happy with the service we receive. You can make appts. but I always forget to do that and he still makes time for us. If you are looking for a barber, you just found one. #thegalaxysalon&barber#

Will never bring my son here again. The owner left in the middle of cutting to meet some lady outside then returned with a bad attitude. Once he started to give my 4yr. old a edge line-up my son got a little fussy. He said he had to stop because he have another customer. He shouldn't cut kids hair if he doesn't have to patience.

I haven't had another barber cut my hair in years. This was my first time going here and it was most definitely a great choice! Very professional, clean and understanding to my needs as a customer. Will definitely be going back there!

The Galaxy Hair Salon and Barbershop is a fantastic place to patronize! It has a warm, friendly, inviting atmosphere that you will never want to go anywhere else! I'm not being biased when I say this, but the owner has great skill, talent and the UTMOST patience for his clientele that range from all ages! Being able to accommodate his clients even on his off days speaks volumes! He and his stylist Pat exhibit class and respect for all that visit! I highly recommend the Galaxy Hair Salon and Barbershop to all that want to leave shining like a star!!!

😠 Very poor haircut, I have a long hair, showed her what I want, layered medium cut. Started cutting , no preparation , no shampoo, didn’t even wet my hair. Layered and the layers were not even, very poor. Didn’t even clean my back , no blow dry. Will not go back to that place anymore.

😐 Beautiful inside. Only thing is you have to make appointments. No walk-ins. And there is no front desk! You walk in and look at mostly closed door booths and there are phone numbers to call and schedule appointments. A little disappointed, but lots of options for later if you are okay with that
