Staff was rude not helpful at all. Staff stood around in a circle whole time playing with each other. Ignored me when needed assistance. Really hot & musty in here. No a.c. really filthy. Water fountain dosent work.Basketball courts were closed If I could give it 0stars I would. Never coming back here again and really DONT recommend it at all!

over the past few years, everything remains here as before, nothing has been updated, and many attractions look sad. But nevertheless, this is a fun pastime if you close your eyes to the shortcomings. But it would not be bad to do at least occasionally wet cleaning and cosmetic repairs. I recommend buying tickets on Groupon. This is three times cheaper than the ticket price right here. A pair of socks is included in the ticket price. Have a good time, have fun, leave a couple of extra pounds here. get a boost of energy!

The kids might like this place but it's so gross, very unsanitary, everything is sticky and/or dirty, the whole place smells like dirty feet and it definitely doesn't look like anybody cleans any part of it, obviously the kids are wearing socks also and there's pee all over the floor in the restroom

Most jumpers are closed an all workers just hanging out on one spot they are lazy an don't want to supervise.... Plus they all smell like weed when they are kids in here. What a place last time I'm coming to this place.

First time here. Fairly busy. But not feeling crowded. Lots of activities for small and tall. Staff is working hard. People seem happy all in all. I would come back again.

Mannnnnnn! First time here, my kids were so hype! The associates that were monitoring each section were on it. They even played with my son on the basketball trampoline! Kids there were cool, the teenagers were lame & kinda dominated certain areas but I got vocal & they moved a long so other kids can play. Great experience & we'll be back soom!

A birthday party for the lovely Harmony celebrating her 6th year. Family and friends came to play on the trampolines and enjoy pizza with cake. We all had fun. I'm so happy they enjoyed themselves bouncing around and sliding into the equipment.

The place needs to close for about four or five days they need to renovate. They need to clean all the fans and also they need to clean those nets that’s full of dust my little cousin had a party July 30 and there were so many gnats in our private roam it was ridiculous overall the experience was pretty interesting but the cleanliness they need to fix ASAP.

Nice place to get rid of some energy. They have nice place where one can order food and drinks. Multiple areas for bouncing and climbing. You do need to sign a waiver in their computers or ahead on their website.

We had our son’s fifth birthday party on a weekend here and let me start off by saying, the kids had a blast, that’s where the good review ends. We arrived over thirty minutes early for our party to set up the few decorations we bought. The party package we purchased included colored tablecloths, balloons, cutlery, and plates/ napkins. We chose the color blue, as the party was Spider-Man themed. The party room was not ready, it was not cleaned from the previous party. They kept the greens balloons from the previous party and then brought in everything else in white. The room was dirty and my husband helped the employee who was supposed to be our party planner, clean. On top of all of ours guests signing a waiver a few days before they came, they had to wait in line with the general public to check in for the party and get their socks/ wristbands. This took up a lot of time and it would have been helpful if they checked them in in our party room. We were supposed to jump for an hour then the party guests would go to the party room to eat pizza and have drinks/ cupcakes for the last 45 minutes. The pizza was not in our room until 20-30 minutes before the party ended. I was actually waiting in line for the refreshment area to get an update but our host was pulling our pizza out at the same time. Once we had our food, our host was more on top of getting everything we needed. Honestly the place was packed and you could he was just really busy, so a lot of this is not entirely his fault, it’s a staffing issue. As we were packing up to leave, the front desk girl came to our party room and let us know that we were going to be charged for two extra jumpers. We had 10 kids which was included in the party price. She claimed that two adults were jumping, when we explicitly asked if adults were allowed out with the children to which she replied with yes. The website also states parents can jump in with their kids and we called multiple days before our party to confirm this. No parents in our party even jumped with the kids, we just watched from the sidelines. She insisted two parents had told her they were going to jump when they checked in. We explained that they didn’t and I think there needs to be more clarification. She then decided to let it go and that they were not going to charge us for the extra jumpers. The place was just honestly packed, understaffed, dirty, and disorganized. Wish we had picked another place to have his birthday for the money that was wasted.

This place is definitely not managed well. It is very dirty, there’s no maintenance on the facility. One of the staff members was swinging from a ring, the chain broke off almost landing on my child. Will not be coming to this place again.

For parents that are observers, it would be nice if there were wider gangways for both kid traffic and observer locations. There should also be more cooling fan locations for very the sweaty kids. The kids had a blast, the party host and staff kept everything on time and moving along which I greatly appreciated. The equipment of the place looked like it was well maintained and staff were roaming the areas to ensure safety as well as being timely with everyone's wristbands.

Bounce Bounce Bounce....Yup fun for the kids. I can say it's rather cheap for 90 minutes. This is where some teenagers hang. Good for them to stay out of trouble. Every Once in a while you'll see an adult in mid air🤣

This is the first time I took my 5 year old and my almost 3 year old. The place is big but there were so many areas closed. We arrived right at 12pm when they open and it was not that crowded. The big problem is that it is July and they only have a few fans on, the place was hot and it was hard to enjoy it without AC. We paid for 90 minutes but left after one hour, my kids were uncomfortable. The place looked dirty, there was trash on the floor and a lot of staff just standing and talking. Unless my kids ask to go again, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Kids had fun BUT, to the owner.....you won't be in business for too much longer if you don't give the structure some attention. The floor is coming up (buckling) the ceiling is coming apart and falling and it doesn't cost a thing to dust those dusty nets. It's a place that could really be nice and a lot of fun if you cared about it. The staff have no children skills. No smiles....no nothing!!! And when the kids cheered , they were told by staff to be quiet!!! Drab place to be. So sad and such a waste.

It's exactly what you expect, and lots fun, especially for ages 4 and up. Pro tip is to book ahead, fill out the waivers ahead, and come right after it opens and is less crowded. Save the socks if you plan to come back.

Don’t think it’s been cleaned or swept for weeks…. Smelt like dirty socks so bad. Trash scraps and hair everywhere. No one was working front desk. It just kinda seems like it’s a free for all and very unsanitary. Tramps are fun though!? Wouldn’t really recommend.

Too crowded, no structure or rules. People cutting in line. My child was hurt on premises by a sharp object and the staff seemed puzzled as to why we were asking for the manager. Manager wasn't much help. People were driving through the parking lot like maniacs and fighting over spots. The place was hot as hell with no AC and smelled musty. Won't be returning.

My family loves SkyZone. It's well kept, the service is good and the staff is good at enforcing safety rules. We've also been to birthdays here and they are well done. The bathrooms have been pretty clean even on busy days.

Where has this gem been my whole life? I have heard about Fairyland but never went. My Mother in Law decided it would be fun to take the family there with my 20 month old son. I think between him and I we both had a blast! It's set up so cute with all the interactive fun, story boxes, puppets....etc. I can't wait to go back! I want my 32nd birthday there!!!

Each time I've been to Skyzone it's been for a birthday party. I never get the FULL experience because I always opt out of jumping, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying myself. My most recent visit was just last month (September 2019). The party host staff were courteous, accommodating and great with the children.

My children were at sky zone Torrance on 11/5 from 4-6 pm. They were playing on the dodgeball court and there was a staff member monitoring. I left to use the restroom. Two teenagers playing were angry that they got out in a game and physically assaulted my 11 year old son. They shoved him to the ground and began stepping on his face. They would not listen to any other children. Finally my daughter was able to get an adult to stop them. This behavior is unacceptable. As a mother, I had felt safe using the restroom because a staff member was supervising. This is completely negligent and unsafe on the part of staff. My son was unable to ID the children as their feet were on his eyes. I have left this sky zone a message and they have not returned my call. This is beyond unacceptable. Even getting ice from the staff was near impossible. Other children saw this happen and were terrified. I also contacted corporate and have not heard back. Sky Zone borders on criminal in their negligence of safety.

First time visiting Sky Zone. Internet photos are deceiving, I paid online and reserved time slot. Upon arrival I had to stand in line with everybody else to show payment and receive my wristband. There's another line to fill out a waiver. No direction whatsoever, too many kids, smelled musty, they don't check wristbands, you can pay 30min and be there all day. It's fun but overall a bad experience. I can go on and on but you get the idea.

Kids have fun but the amount of people in one building minus anyone really trying to keep order or clean is lacking in so many ways!!! It's filthy and nobody is trying to even slightly clean considering the amount of sweat and dirt everywhere. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this place is nasty dirty!

There were no signs anywhere saying that only "members" could jump that day. Stood in line for 45 minutes with a bunch of kids and then was told. Then they tried to get me to buy memberships for everyone. Said they could jump then. If that was the policy there should have been a sign or someone should have been letting us know. My grandson actually has a membership but his cousins were visiting from Ohio. Not pleased.

A bit too hot because the AC isn’t that efficient in the back. Parking is usually challenging. (I think they might have rented the lot next to it for additional parking, but am not certain. ) Still, kids had a lot of fun. They constantly have Groupon available, which is a great way to save some money.

I went to a birthday party here. I had a blast so I can only imagine how much fun the kids have. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The eating time in their party room was very rushed, I think this time should be extended because kids eat slower than adults and I felt very rushed to finish eating.

  • 2/5 Robert H. 4 years ago on Google
Dirty place, people can see in restrooms, because of it's location. My Son did have fun, however, it look's like germ fest! They say one kid per square, ha ha, not in this place. It's a free for all!

  • 5/5 Precious O. 4 years ago on Google
It was fun FOR THE KIDS...the staff was very nice but unorganized. Everybody was great!!! I think they need to allot more time for the party rooms simply because 40 minutes isnt long enough. But over all its a great place to sit down and let your kids RUN WILD!!!

  • 5/5 Yosh A. 4 years ago on Google
This place is great! I only wish they had age restricted areas for the smaller kids. They have a toddler day which is great but it's not on the weekends which is the busiest times for them as a business. But if they could designate one of the Dodge ball courts for 5 and under it would help a ton.

The place is nice for little kids, my daughter loved the petting zoo the jumper and most of all the pony ride. I'm giving a 4 star since there not a lot of parking space. Good thing we got here right when they open we were able to park in the shade. Over all we love this place.

We celebrated my daughters 4th B-day here. The place looked clean, colorful. The kids had a blast riding on the ponies, riding the train (I didn't like all the half eaten dulls and scary faces on the way) and jumping in the jumper. Feeding the goats and just walking around the little farm.

  • 3/5 Sherri W. 3 years ago on Google
Just got back from a family outing here. There was a variety of things for the kids to do at a very reasonable price. Kids less than 70lbs cost $15 and more cost $5. The difference was the higher price included pony rides. Those prices made all the "attractions" unlimited, you could otherwise buy tickets for $3 each.

  • 4/5 Mona N. 3 years ago on Google
This was my first time at a pumpkin farm and it exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be a bunch of pumpkins, maybe a train and some bouncy houses. Well, it did have a train but a whole bunch of other activities as well. There was a hay ride, haunted house, live band playing, petting zoo, pony rides and a little playground.

  • 4/5 Larry J. M. 3 years ago on Google
Love this place! It's not expensive and the kids always have a great time. The rides are well maintained and the park is clean, and the food is fresh. It's a great tradition that keeps going. And it's always an easy walk to Lake Merritt.

  • 1/5 George K. 3 years ago on Google
Be careful , the ticket online are a scam. I got an email from sky zone for tickets promotion, I checked if the website is correct and I called skyzone and follow the instructions of the answer machine, and everything seemed normal. I bought the tickets, and paid for them online, even when I called, the answer machine directed me to the website to book the tickets. I booked the ticket on 12-18-20, and when I went their , the place was closed. The kids were shouting "they scammed you".

Wow! What a greatplace to take kids. Pony's, a choo choo, petting farm, hot dogs and pizza, a hayride...you really dont need anything else! The staff is super friendly, the place is relatively clean for being a farm...and best of all it's really affordable, for a full days fun. The fresh foggy HMB air also makes it all the better. LOVE IT!

My daughter has attended Fairyland's summercamp two years in a row and she had the time of her life every time she went. The camp counselors are kind hearted and enthusiastic and the atmosphere is the ultimate kid-friendly environment.

A classic Oakland landmark situated on Lake Merritt, Fairyland is a 10 acre children's park with loads of attractions and activities. My favorite feature? A petting zoo! Please note- Adults are not allowed into the park without a child, and children are not permitted without an adult.

Before I say anything about "Sky Zone Trampoline Park" I want to say something about Disneyland first. As we've all heard a million times, Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth. (Or at least in theory. Have you been stuck in the two hour lines for a B-grade ride lately?) But as all encompassing in appeal as Disneyland thinks it is, it is still too old for new toddlers under two, perhaps under three.

This place is very hot during the summer. Only fans are ran. The trampolines are also very worn out and don’t have a lot of spring - dip really low during jumping. There really isn’t much to do at this facility. If cleanliness is important, then it should be noted that it’s pretty dirty. A lot of the equipment looks taped together showing lots of use without proper repair.

  • 3/5 Always N. 1 year ago on Google
This place is great to take kids. They can jump themselves tired. I don't like that they don't separate the kids by ages because there are bigger kids jumping over and sometimes on little kids. It's not done intentionally but they should still separate by age groups. It is miserably hot in the trampoline areas but there are air conditioned rooms that you can have parties in.

Place falling apart and dirty. Leaks everywhere, stair handle extremely loose, dusty and limited staff. I know Van Nuys site has staff members at each center making sure everyone is safe, this location has doesn’t. Kids are climbing where they are not supposed to. Big kids kicking little kids out of the basketball area and not letting them play. I’m surprised for such as key location they have not kept up with the place the way they should. Try Van nuys or Thousand Oaks location.

  • 3/5 R B. 1 year ago on Google
It's a good place for people in a wide range of age. Good exercise. But, a lot of areas were out of service or not well equipped. For the price paying they should be in good use. Maybe was a busy day but the areas were not that well kept. Balls ripping apart, foam protectors not protecting some of the metal tubs, etc. Maybe not enough personal or at least not visible with visible uniforms. 40 minutes and we were out of there. Not easy parking neither.

The manager Ernesto is great he solved an issue I had yesterday. He is great I will definitely be coming back, the other manager Tionne did not care. I have no idea why she is a manager. Again thank you Ernesto I appreciate you so much for understanding.

Clean and staff were very professional. Fully working massage chairs for the adults while kids are jumping around. I would have given 5 stars, but the pizza needs improvement (crust hard as a rock). Overall, it was a great place.

My grandson loves this place! " To expel my energy," he says when we go there. The staff of young people that work there is an awesome group of respectful, funny, and great bunch of young men and women. The place was cool, clean and wonderful place where " kids can expel" their energy

So sad that this location has gone down hill. I took my toddler this morning and it was terrible. The place was filthy. We got their when it opened and someone was vacuuming, but there was hair, food wrappers, and dirt everywhere. The facility is run down and in need of a serious upgrade. There are holes in the nets, things being held up by duct tape, missing mats, and the actual trampolines are so worn in, they are not even fun to jump on, especially for little kids. The foam pit was disgusting. My toddlers hands were brown after playing with the foam blocks. There were food wrappers, hair, and overall the place is just falling apart. I would not waste money there and definitely do not have a birthday party there until it is cleaned up. We will not be going back to this location ever again. Drive the extra 20 minutes to Get Air in Huntington Beach!

This place is a disaster very unorganized and management micro manages to a fault making paying customers feel extremely uncomfortable. Staff cleaning while parents and children are conversing and just enjoying being out very unprofessional. Overpriced prices for some frozen pizza. Also, parking here is horrendous beware.
