When your in need for some R&R this spot is the most Wonderful place to Stay for awhile! The atmosphere is relaxed & comfortable and the rooms are immaculate with very spacious bathrooms!! Parking was never a problem and when it came time to do laundry the front desk always has aplenty of quarters to trade to get the job done! Also, this location is accommodating to pets, which meant I could take my pooch along with me! Most importantly the Hotel Staff was always very friendly and helpful, and the Hotel Manager “Greg” made my stay exceptionally amazing I couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks to everyone at The Extended Stay America South Location! A+

Had to stay here for work so..at least it wasn't paid for out of pocket. Extremely loud neighbors as many people live here so the hotel is treated somewhat like an apartment complex. Thin walls & people constantly slamming doors or leaving their doors cracked so everything can be heard. Kids bouncing basketballs throughout the hallways or playing games on their phones in the hall and others blasting their music as they chill in the parking lot. After the cleaning guy leaves trash quickly fills the halls. On the plus side..there is a stove available in double rooms as well as a full sized fridge. One bed rooms have a mini fridge. The room wasn't filthy however there is an ant/roach issue which I was able to alleviate with roach traps & cleanliness. Overall...if you're not a light sleeper its probably not a terrible place to stay. Otherwise..bring earplugs & keep tidy!

Customer service was amazing! Very sweet and eager to help! My problem was with the room itself. Room was small, lights flickered, floors were dirty, the bed sheets felt like they were not changed. As far as bathroom supplies they only provide hand soap. They mention that there is free grab and go breakfast and only a small coffee was available. Lastly, you can here people stomping above, below, and in the hallways.

I feel like this hotel doesn't deserve the bad rep it gets. Most of the bad reviews are from picky people nit picking at every small thing. I paid 150 for 2 nights so I wasn't expecting a luxury 5 star hotel but for the price i paid the place was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only con is have to point out is that there are some sketchy people hanging around at night but they never bothered us. The beds are a little small but overall we had a good stay

Stayed here almost 14 days and for the price you can't beat it. The customer service staff was polite and professional. Our room was clean and bug free. Plenty of parking and the location was safe and minutes from Walmart and other stores. I would recommend!

I've stayed here annually for the past 10 years. Service has always been non existent and attitude filled, but im used to it. The rooms are clean and relatively quiet. Nothing extra to this place, but it is overpriced.

The whole lobby reaked. The elevlator was in a terrible state , not to mention the hallways were extremely eerie. The whole room smelled damp and the faucet in the restroom wouldn’t fully close so we slept while hearing the water drip throughout the night. Our room key malfunction throughout our whole stay. My brother had been running around the room barefoot for like 5 minutes and his feet where pitch black. Not to mention throughout our stay , our bed was never made & the hotel stated that someone would be coming to clean our rooms every day. It also smelled like smoke despite everything saying not to smoke inside.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 1/2 weeks while working a job in the LA area. The desk staff were very professional and friendly. This hotel was not an original Extended Stay America hotel. The rooms were very small, about half the size of a room in an 'original' Extended Stay. The rooms do have small kitchettes, some of the rooms have full size refrigerators, some heavy mini fridges. I was able to fry eggs in the morning but attempting to cook dinner was difficult due to the small stove/burners. The bathroom did not have any shelving around the sink, there was a shelf above the toilet but I wasn't real crazy about storing my toothbrush there, call me crazy.... I purchased a 6' cedar fence board and made a rough shelf alongside the sink, primitive but far better than what was there. No bathtub, just a small shower. The standard beds were full size, best option was a queen. The bed was very soft but I don't like soft beds. Any movement at all on the bed resulted in constant squeaking of the box springs. The weekly maid service was not dependable, I was scheduled for Thursday's, out of 4 1/2 weeks they showed up 1 Thursday and 2 Wednesdays. On the days they did show up, they didn't empty the trash. With that said, I empty my own trash, make my own bed and wash my own sheets, especially when I'm stuck in a hotel that has such lousy maid service as this one. Generally, I'd just as soon the maids stayed out of the room but most hotels generally insist the maids come in. Overall, this hotel was a small step above a Motel 6, that one step was the ability to fry eggs in the morning and the fridge. 3 to 4 days in this hotel wouldn't be an issue, several weeks, not so much.

People were nice and friendly. Everyone was helpful. The non-smoki g room smelled Luke someone had been smoking all day in there. Free coffee did not last long. They run out quick.

There is no doubt. THIS IS MY WORST HOTEL STAY OF MY LIFE. 1. Staff Unprofessional. Not ready help. I have booked a double bedroom (xxxxxxxxxx7296) and they provided me 2 single bedrooms which are located on different sides of the hotel. I went there with my kids. and it is very difficult to manage in different rooms. I have requested them, how is this possible when I have a confirmed reservation. But they refused to provide me a double bedroom. And they are not even ready to listen. They said you booked on a 3rd party portal, and it is not guaranteed. After spending some time with them, I don’t have any other option except to accept 2 singles rooms. I was given 2 room keys. When I entered one room along with my kids. I found luggage of someone else. and I realized that someone is already staying in that room. They shared gave another set of rooms on the 2nd floor. Elevator and hallways smell heavily like we are passing through a SMOKING ZONE. which are in different sides of the hotel. and it was very difficult to manage in such a room with the kids. Looking at the conditions of the hotel we were not very comfortable to leave kids in a different room. 2. Hotel is NOT CLEAN at all. Rooms are NOT CLEAN. It smells like a Smoking area. we brought this to the hotel reception notice but they were not helpful and refused to change the rooms. 3. It smells smoke everywhere. Main Lobby, Corridor, LIFT and inside Rooms. 4. Not a Family Friendly Place with Kids. I was not able to sleep 2nd night. I came out of my room, and I was shocked to see some women were walking with minimum clothes (different kind of clothes I hope you know what I mean to say). and few men in a completely dizzy state walking around.

Visiting family who happens to live there. It's had better days. Friendly Staff though! Kudos to the staff. Not as clean as it could be.

Nice and quiet. Staff was very polite and helpful. Located next to the hotel is a bowling alley we went to and it was lots of fun too!!
