Always see the line out the door n always wondered why? Now I know!! Went on a weekday n it wasn't too bad. We ordered the sriracha fries, mongolian noodles n some pad thai with beef plate and oh my goodness every single order was sooo good. It is full of flavor, they are big portions and price isn't bad at all! Decor and atmosphere inside are great partnered with great music. Great and friendly service and the assistant manager was very courteous making sure we were enjoying our time there! Can't wait to be back!

We ate here on 9/10 for lunch, and the service was NOT professional. The workers behind the counter forgot to send my order to the kitchen, so I was waiting without an entree while our entire party was already almost done with their meals. We had ordered cajun fries for appetizer, so I decided to put some in a napkin and snack until my dish arrived to the table. The young man and woman who were working behind the counter ran over to my table and said that I was eating very "dirty", and that their establishment won't tolerate filthy tables (THEIR EXACT WORDS), and literally removed my napkin with fries from the table. They also did not apologize to me for bringing out my food incredibly late. Such a BIZARRE experience, and such a strange and rude staff. My friends and family will never be dining here again.

I literally got delivery 4x from this restaurant and these idiots always screw up my order!!! Then when they get the order right , they forget to add chopsticks, napkins and the spoon for the broth. The manager here is clearly not able to handle customer service and quality. This will be my last time ordering your food. You guys always mess up my orders . As mention this is the 4th damn time and I can see there team clearly don't get paid enough to care especially when it delivery . 🙄 I even gone viral on Instagram and so many people say the damn same thing.

Walked in and it was a bit warm in here. We were greeted by a kind gentleman. It was easy to find and lots of parking in the back of the building. We ordered two Thai teas which they’re amazing. Also ordered garlic noodles and popcorn chicken. The noodles were amazing and the popcorn as well. Make sure to get the sweet and sour. Thai teas are also yummy.

I love Hiccups! Good food, popcorn chicken, chicken wings, the fried rice (different varieties), and the smoothies are good. My favorites are the Matcha and Taro.

The food was very good and the staff was friendly. The Saracha Fries were amazing. There were two issues we had. First, the appraiser came out after the food. Second, there was a 5 minute gap between when my meal came out and my friend's food came out.

Been here a couple of times with my wife and not ever written a review. My 3rd time and had a decent experience. Due to the time of day it wasn't really busy so better for us. About 2:30pm in a Wednesday. I ordered their Pad si Yew lunch special with Golden Milk Tea, wife ordered their garlic noodles with chicken lunch special, and daughter ordered their Pad Thai lunch special with Thai iced tea. Everything was quite a treat for what they have to offer. Place was clean (with the exception of the men's restroom, which needed a deep cleanse) organized, and good customer service. I've been to several Asian food restaurants and will say that Hiccups is more of a fusion style than authentic in flavors. Not quite sure I'd come back however it was convenient and we were in the area. I'd give um at least a 4 star for atmosphere if they would have taken better care of the restroom.

Service 5/5. Food 5/5. Drink 5/5. Promptly greet as we walked in. Asked for details from some items and they were knowledgeable and made my decision easy. Filet mignon pho and taro/coconut drink. Definitely coming back for their other items for sure.

Purchased three taro tea with Boba- it was actually really good. You can taste and feel the texture of taro and the Boba was very fresh. Staff was okay, nothing special. Location is nice and clean. Not much to the atmosphere. I would come back again .

Sadly I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I was trying to have dinner with my wife at this restaurant but unfortunately they stop serving food 1 hour prior to closing time and only serve drinks . The Asian female workers told me so and I had to leave empty handed .

Hiccups has good food! but i’m the other hand doesn’t have good servers. i once got up to get plates because they didn’t give me plates with my food and i had asked the waiters for them and never got them till about seven mins later. we finished our food and needed boxes i got up once again and asked for the boxes from the same waiter he was gone for ten minutes and i was standing there waiting for them he finally got them and sent them to my table and left me standing there. overall 5/10 due to poor service.

We had the lunch special: my wife & I ordered fried rice w beef ,& garlic noodles w beef, + included drinks. Both dishes were tasty. The beef were tasty , & were also soft ( basically the same type of beef - added to each dish ). Each dish had so much beef that you get a piece(s) of meat per spoonful. We each ended up with leftovers. We will be returning to this restaurant. We'll recommend this restaurant to friends. Overall: we had a happy experience.

If I were to rate this place solely on the taste of their food, I would probably give them 5 stars. But I'm not!!. I know that this place is not the most expensive place but it's not cheap either. I can't help but to feel a little cheated when paying over $16 for noodles and a third of the plate is pineapples and peppers.

They condensed their menu and no pictures are available. I usually like to see what my meal looks like before I order. Pictures push appealing meals. We all normally eat with our eyes first before we order.

Sighs...I love garlic noodles but these just didn't do it for me. Chunky cut onions and peppers, no flavor, steak was too undercooked. I dressed up the leftovers the following day and it was much better. For the price, don't think I will return. The Mango Chamoy drink was very delicious

Fist time trying this hipster joint. I must say, im impressed! I really love the food they serve, the drinks! (I love the fact they do the half and half drinks, i think its my first time seeing those) and the ambience is pretty chill. I can see it as a nice place to hangout with friends and catch up. I really like it! I recommend trying it out!!!

I ordered delivery so had no control upon receiving my food. I asked for no ice in my drink and had upsized. Little did i know that the portion that was meant to be filled up by ice in my cup would come empty. They literally only filled up 2/3 of my drink because i had asked for no ice. We pay extra as it is and we're not getting what we pay for.

Great experience in regard to customer service. The staff was very responsive and I got my issue resolved right away.

It's good. I like it. The filet mignon was overly cooked in the c soup. I didn't know they have it to you cooked already. I was hoping I'd get it raw so I can cook it in the soup. I overheard someone ask for a refill, then I noticed they charged. So I asked for one thinking it'd be a discounted drink since they're calling it a refill. Well NOPE full price of the drink. So not a refill. Their bowls are huge so I think for the price of the pho it's worth it.

Boba review only. For the price, it is mediocre at best. Got cookies and cream blended and there are large chunks of ice in there. Very low quality chocolate sugar syrup. Boba itself is okay, a bit too soft and not warm. Almost 8$, not worth it at all. Quickly Boba or Ding Tea nearby is much, much better. Service and parking is good though.

Good food and good service. I wish the shrimp fried rice had water chestnuts and bean sprouts. But still good though. Nice size shrimp. I'll definitely be back.

The food is really good and the drinks are refreshing. Definitely worth trying.
