recently
visited
Kia
of
Carson
for
some
recall
services,
and
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
Initially,
I
was
informed
that
the
service
would
take
approximately
2-3
hours,
as
indicated
on
the
work
order
sheet
I
received.
It
showed
an
expected
completion
time
in
"PROMISED"
section
given
that
it
was
3
hours
after
my
car
was
taken
away.
However,
I
ended
up
waiting
for
more
than
5.5
hours
without
any
communication
or
updates
regarding
the
delay.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
service
advisor,
Bradley,
displayed
a
condescending
attitude
when
I
expressed
my
frustration
and
dismissively
told
me
that
I
just
have
to
wait.
Then
why
giving
me
a
false
promise
in
the
first
place?
My
complaint
is
not
about
the
speed
of
getting
the
work
done.
It’s
about
the
poor
communication.
Shouldn’t
you
be
informing
customers
on
the
status/process
if
the
work
is
getting
significantly
delayed?
While
they
had
more
than
10
staff
giggling
and
chatting
around
outside,
seemed
like
nothing
was
getting
done.
Regrettably,
Kia
of
Carson
failed
to
meet
basic
expectations.
Given
my
experience,
I
would
never
visit
this
place
again.
