    Their service department took all weekend then till Thursday afternoon to tell us what was wrong with our car and wanted to charge $3500 and said that might not even be the problem! We are going somewhere else after paying $200 and 4 days loss of work for a diagnosis! Don’t come here, go to California Carburator for honest work in a timely manner!!!

    This is by far the WORST Kia dealership ever. Literally from every step of the way, from purchasing a used car to service, every experience has been a disappointment, it's actually quite incredible. From buying my used car with a broken navigation chip, it took 6 months and literally hours of phone calls to get it. They threw me from employee to employee. Fast forward to today, just an oil change took 2.5 hours. When it was ready for pickup, they kept me waiting in the sun for 25 min while they delivered others people car before me, who got there way after me. Complete disorganization, RUDE customer service. They even took a free oil change away from me because of their system. i'm telling you, the worst! Stay away! It’s not worth it to risk your emotional/mental health dealing with these people!

    I recently visited Kia of Carson for some recall services, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I was informed that the service would take approximately 2-3 hours, as indicated on the work order sheet I received. It showed an expected completion time in "PROMISED" section given that it was 3 hours after my car was taken away. However, I ended up waiting for more than 5.5 hours without any communication or updates regarding the delay. To make matters worse, the service advisor, Bradley, displayed a condescending attitude when I expressed my frustration and dismissively told me that I just have to wait. Then why giving me a false promise in the first place? My complaint is not about the speed of getting the work done. It’s about the poor communication. Shouldn’t you be informing customers on the status/process if the work is getting significantly delayed? While they had more than 10 staff giggling and chatting around outside, seemed like nothing was getting done. Regrettably, Kia of Carson failed to meet basic expectations. Given my experience, I would never visit this place again.

    If I could give no stars I would. Worse car buying experience in my life. I've purchased 4 other cars, super easy. I had my car a month and in the first 7 days I went to the dealership 5 times. And the issue is still not resolved. Please NEVER buy a car, a tire, an air freshener from them. They enjoy lying to customers.

    Yesterday I had an appointment at a Kia dealership in Carson California. My rear driver side window would not go up on my 2018 Kia Sedona. My appointment was at 9:00 am. I was not contacted by my advisor until 2:00pm. I was told that the part was not in, but my car was ready. I told him that I could not drive the vehicle with the window down and what are my options. My vehicle is still under warranty, in addition I have the extended warranty with Kia. He stated that there was nothing that he could do until the part comes in seven days. He then texted me back and said my vehicle was ready. He stated that the technician was able to get the window up. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle I waited for about twenty five minutes to get my vehicle. When the driver drove up the window was taped up. I then went inside and spoke to Yuri, my regular adviser since 2005 when I purchased my first Kia. She called to see if I could get a loaner. Also she told me that I could get a rental and it would be covered. She was unsuccessful with the loaner, and our local car rental was closed. Therefore I had no options. My ride had already left. I am a disabled person stuck at the dealership. I am extremely frustrated, and disappointed with this encounter. I currently have three Kia’s, and have owned five Kia’s. I have not bought any other brand of car since 2005. Kia dealerships in the past have provided excellent service. They would pick you up and drop you off. This dealership only will pick up and drop off to our local mall. How this is handled will determine if I will ever buy another Kia. I know each is independently owned, but I believe that they should carry the standards of the corporation. This incidence was unacceptable. I would appreciate a response.

    Very friendly and helpful sales team. After tracking down the car I wanted I was able to put a hold on it while it was in transit to Carson. Once the car hit the lot I was contacted and the whole process took less than 2 hours despite some hiccups that were resolved immediately. To my surprise the car had a FULL tank and was washed beautifully. Great customer service.

    If you will buy a car in this time, please be prepared and educate yourself before to stop in a dealership, the market is not in buyers favor. Here, I have to say, JP Ramirez was fair and upfront, and buyers like me, appreciate that. The finance lady (forgot her name) was very respectful and she didn't asked me for any additional product, also she got reduced a little bit my APR, and I didn't even asked for. I don't give 5 stars, because I couldn't get the deal I wanted in a KIA Forte G, but I guess you can't win everything. In 3 years I will come back to get me an EV, and I will look for JP. Today you won a customer that left Toyota after 15 years for their none sense charges in this time.

    I almost bought q car today w James ! Because of personal matter I didn’t buy it ! But I need to come here and thank James for everything! He went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate your help! If you there please ask for James ‘ he is definitely the best ! I hope I can come and buy my car in the future and I hope that James will there to help me ! Thank you !

    First time ever visiting this Kia dealership. Had an appointment for regular maintenance & still waited 2.5 hours. Paid $110 & my tire rotation wasn’t included in this (wasn’t told) & they still forgot to reset the dash on my vehicle. Had took my wife’s car a week before to Honda for her vehicle, paid about $20 less & tire rotation was included, had an appointment & only waited about 40 mins total. Do not recommend this dealer; look at other Kia dealerships.

    We needed a car quickly. Called the dealership, Rico answered the call, he said come on down. We arrived and were met quickly and Rico showed us what we wanted. Took the test drive, awesome. Filled out the application, approved quickly! Financing was also easy. Outta there in a couple of hours with our new Kia Forte in Sporty Blue! We felt our experience was more than 5 stars. If you need quick service go to Kia of Carson, ask for Rico, you won’t be sorry!!

    After an exhaustive search for my next car, Nick from Kia of Carson reached out to me with great news. He had exactly what I was looking for on the premises. He quoted me a great price and I was sold over the phone! He had me prequalified. By the time I arrived at the dealership, he had my brand new 2023 Kia Sportage PHEV washed, gassed up and ready for me to take home! Excellent service. Great price and excellent selection.

    Abdul our salesman was wonderful! He was kind and very knowledgeable on the upgrades of the vehicle we were looking for. We went to the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, which car we wanted, and had the VIN number with us of which car we wanted to look at. This saved us a lot of time for us and Abdul. He easily found the car we were looking for! He made sure the car was what we wanted, topped it off with gas, had it cleaned, and took some pictures for us. He has been great to communicate with us even after the sale so that we can get some accessories for the vehicle. The sales manager and finance manager were also very kind. The finance manager was able to beat our financing we had with our credit union and got us through the process quickly. From start to finish it took about 3 hours which in car buying world is great! The only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review is because of the dealer markup on the vehicle. Buying a new car is already so expensive along with interest rates we hadn’t planned on having to negotiate a dealer markup on the vehicle instead of just the MSRP. I would recommend Abdul as your car salesman at Kia of Carson 100% and we would definitely return to him in the future!

    Everyone was on point - completely smooth process from start to finish - I had been in the market for a new Kia for about 2 months and nobody would work with me or just sit down and explain things to me in detail - all around great experience in my opinion at Kia of Carson - if you are in the market for a new Kia or car they are the “It” girl of Kia Dealerships.     I went in for some recalls on my car. I had an appointment at 11am, but no one specific. When I got there and they saw I looked lost, they asked right away if I was being helped. There was a shuttle that drove you the Mall to pass the time ,which was ok, but it was going to be 3 to 4 hours before my car would be ready and I couldn't wait there 4 hours, I have kids at home I need to cook for and things to do. It would be better if they had a loaner to drive myself home. But Sarah was friendly and they were all professional.

    Nick was very knowledgeable a very good as a customer service he was pleasant to work with and he definitely hooked us up with a good deal so we were very happy and able to come home with a car thank you very much Nick and Kia of Carson I would definitely buy another car from there and tell everybody about my good experience thanks again Papa moose

    I had a really bad experience so far. I took my car for service for a recall and they had to change the bracket from the rear view camera. when I picked my car up I noticed that the camera was blurry I told Luis villa and he said “its fine” with out even checking I left that day when driving my car I noticed the camera was really blurry I wasn’t able to drive it like that. i went back to the dealer and Alexis Dias helped me she said they will fix it after 2 hours of waiting. I picked up the car and they had put a broken bracket. not only that, they didn’t fix the camera from being blurry but they also put a broken bracket. Alexis Dias said everything was fine they couldn’t do nothing she said (if you want you can talk to a manager ) when speaking to Ceaser Arzate he compared the camera from another vehicle to my Sorento 2023 and noticed that the camera was blurry he said I had to come back for them to fix the problem I’m really disappointed with the customer service that is being offered here. it looks like they don’t care about their customers and they don’t know what they are doing. I had to tell them what to do I will never come back and do my car service to this dealer if you are planning to buy a vehicle here or do any services ( DO NOT COME ) you will regret it like me.

    Fredy was great! We were greeted right away, and he was able to help us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. He kept us up to date on the delivery of the vehicle. We were excited when he called us to let us know that the vehicle had come in earlier than expected. We were able to complete the purchase in less than 2 hours. Definitely beyond satisfied! The other staff members were friendly and helpful.

    I connected from the start with DaVonna, she was informative and consistent in responding to questions. Finally I bought my car 10/3/23. The Finance Manager was quick to complete the paperwork, but it was DaVonna that was 100% my reason for buying at Kia of Carson

    They made me a good deal on my car but added gap insurance onto my loan without telling me at a cost of almost $1000. Had I not reviewed my loan documentation I would never had known as they gave me nothing about the insurance, the policy number, etc. It has been a month and I am still waiting to hear if I will actually receive a refund or not. The dealership has told me I will but I have yet to receive confirmation of the refund.

    Had a great experience with my sales person Zammy. She’s friendly and we found a car that fit my needs and she listened to what was important to me in a vehicle. She was also helpful in guiding me through the process and I felt reassured throughout. Definitely would recommend. Really really happy with my experience.

    Had a great car buying experience. Started talks with Joey over text/emails then arranged a time to come in to purchase. Really liked that he did not pressure me to come in right away like others did. Purchase process took <2 hrs.

    Great experience while getting my car serviced! The space is comfortable and spacious. Brought my laptop and was able to get a lot of things done while I waited. Staff is very friendly and patient. Highly recommend making an appointment with Alex Torres.

    Hands down this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman (Rico) was outstanding. The whole deal was over with in less than an hour and there was no nonsense or extra fluff to get in the way. No dealer markups, no bells and whistles, just one great deal and some paperwork. Once we settled on the price I met with Bill in financial and he was also excellent. I could not recommend this place highly enough for anybody looking to buy a Kia. Thanks again Bill and Rico!!!

    We had a great experience. The deal was easily structured over email at a very competitive price. We went to the dealership. The sales dept showed us the car and confirmed that nothing unexpected was added to the price. The finance dept was great too. They didn’t attempt to sell us anything we didn’t want. In fact the whole process was remarkably fast and clean. The best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Normally buying a car is stressful. It wasn’t today.

    We had a super positive experience working with Isaiah Price. In a crazy car market, he was personable and respectful and guided us through the process over the phone and in person. We actually flew in from out of town just because the experience was so great. Couldn't be happier with the process. Eric from financing was also great!

    Upon entering, I did have an issue with the initial sales person that was going to help me out however, the general manager immediately rectified that issue, and we were able to take care of business. However, overall, the process seems to have taken entirely too long. I understand this is a lengthy process when purchasing a vehicle, however I have had to wait at the dealership for about four hours. Otherwise service was fine, definitely would still recommend.

    Everyone was nice and helpful. The dealership was clean and well lighted. I love that you offer a way to charge our electronics! A suggestion I have is for a time estimate on repairs before showing up for an appointment. I was having a recall addressed, but had no idea it would take 4 hours!

    I found the staff engaging, knowable and professional. The service was done in within the timeline quoted when I dropped my vehicle off. The waiting area also stands out as exceptional. The floors are shining and clean. The staff is seen hard at work be sweeping floors, vacuuming the carpet or attending to the restrooms. The area was quiet and made for an excellent opportunity to catch up on work. I had an overall excellent experience!

    If you truly want to achieve a great deal give this dealership a chance. They helped my family make our latest purchase and we couldn’t be happier with what Frank was able to do for us. It is a tough time and tough Market to make a vehicle purchase in let’s be honest and not sugar coat it, but Kia of Carson simply MADE IT HAPPEN! They can do the same for you if given a chance. Looking forward to many years of service and future purchasing needs from this location.

    I visited Kia of Carson and was satisfied with the service. Hart got me a wonderful deal and walked me through the process. He had a wonderful attitude, was really helpful and energetic, and made the process of purchasing a vehicle as simple as possible. Spending that much money is always nerve-wracking.     I purchased my car at the Cerritos location but have been nothing rude and unprofessional. So I went here. I got an appointment for the next day, they have amazingly kind and helpful. Not only has the service department been great but all the staff as well. Due to the massive issue my wait was over 5 hrs for my car but when ever I asked anything of the staff they were more then welling to help. One person went as far as watching my stuff while I used the restroom. I love this location and will definitely be returning.
