Excellent staff from the cashier's to the cooks to to management! This location, great team!

Placed an order with Doordash at 10 pm on 8.24.22. Doordash mentioned to order before 10:30 pm. After seeing somebody is waiting for my order since then, at 10:35 pm, the restaurant canceled my order without any explanation. This is so unprofessional, either you make justification or update Doordash.

What happened Fatburger? This time you let me down. Visited store on 10/2/2022 and placed my order with a strawberry shake at 6:58pm. Received my order minus the shake within 10 minutes. Took another 12 minutes to receive the strawberry shake. I asked the lady who took my order if making shakes was a low priority and she said no. She said, "we had lots of customers coming in". It took her less than 2 minutes to make it. So yes, making shakes is low priority. By the way, food was delicious.

Cordial & Relaxed atmosphere. 80's dinner vibes playing oldies music. The attendant was patient & helpful. All the food ordered tasted fresh, not dry or overly processed. Great Service.

Torrance location has closed and if having an urge had to go to Carson 1/2 lb Cheese Burger was very satisfying Both Managers were manning the register And were nice. Will be back

Fat burger has pretty good food, but it's just too expensive (thats why i gave 3 stars overall). I realize the burger is made to order, but so is In & Out, which charges $8 for a comparable combo that's $12 here. Plus with a burger, once it's topped with veggies and ketchup & mayo in a bun, the difference between one that was cooked 3 mins ago vs. one cooked 10 mins ago becomes almost negligable. Like I said, pretty good food but too expensive.

Food is ok, quality of the food taste a little bit frozen meat and does not feel like fresh meat. But its not bad. The price is a bit pricey for the price. People are very friendly and nice.

This is the first location I have visited. I ordered online and arrived a few minutes after my scheduled time. The order was ready for pick up and the service was great. Yhe representative were attentive and service was great. The western bacon bbq fatburger, fat fries and cookies and cream shake with whip cream was very satisfying and worth it. I would recommend this location if you're around the area.

I rated Fatburger and Buffalo wings a 1 simply because of pricing. The prices are outrages. 3 combos cans up to 60 dollars.

First time at this location, I love fat burger, but was disappointed across the board, they forgot about our order, or at least forgot to bring it to the table, and when they did, the fries were half cold...the patties were also overcooked, my girlfriend and I were very disappointed, as this is not the fat burger we both know and love 😔

Jose the manager and cashier was very accommodating, friendly and professional. This is now my Fatburger location. A beautiful store with ample televisions. Delicious.

Love the burgers here. Not so fond of having to wait. Not really fast food because it will take some time to get your order. This has always been the case for me when I come here, not just because of COVID-19. I come before the games at the stadium and it takes about 20 minutes on average to get my order. Plus there are the delivery app people picking up orders so the staff is doing extra work. The burgers are good thought, just be prepared to wait.

Burger is very juicy. Beer can be also enjoyed. Interiors are good. Much better than other chain shop.

Holding motorcycle event every Tuesday from 7:00 to 9 :00 p.m. Fatburgers is always good to go . Staff friendly

Usually get the hot wings but have to ask to fry crispy, really just love the lemonade🤭...Turkey burger is great as well as original fatburger.
