I attempted to order a Turkey burger and fries with no seasoning on the burger or fries. The cook was about to shake something onto the burger and the order taker reminded the cook no season. The cook asked me if i wanted black pepper. I responded "no seasoning on the meat or fries" The cook wanted to argue with me that black pepper is not seasoning. He was rude when i asked for my money back and told me to GET OUT. I have patronize at BIG BURGER for over 10 or years. Because my health i can not have Seasoning on my food. I just don't understand the break down

Best home made burger stand! Patties are so moist and thick. Fries taste delicious. Stop thinking about it and just GO.. And its worth the trip and the price. Also they have been here for years!! So that's a great thing. Across the street from CSDHU on Avalon in Carson.

Seen good reviews here so i decided to stop. Parking lot, alot of business there. No drive thru. Walked in, no one greeted me. 2 people at grill, then was asked my order. I ordered 2 bacon burger combo and 1 lg chili cheese fries. $42. Paid with card. Seating are stools but where tables are are very low and if you have bad knees you will have trouble getting up. Got our food, bags look smalls so i was alittle worried. Got home and opened it. Small burger, small fries, and regular sized drink. I wasn't happy with my food at all. There is not enough food for that price. Chili cheese fries...too much chili, not enough cheese, and it was spicy. Didn't enjoy at all.

The Pastrami Burger was good but the service from the main guy wasn't the greatest. The older Asian guy had an attitude while I was asking questions about the menu since it was my first time there but the cook was real cool and answered any questions I had. Would go back to try something else but wouldn't expect much from the main guy as far as service goes.

This is my go-to for a great burger and fries. Fast, friendly service and everything is tasty.

You telling me I paid $17.95 for a Colossal burger combo and you give me this much pastrami? I was told the pastrami combo was 16.95. The colossal burger was 12.95. C'mon NOW! I'm offended. I WON'T be doing that again lol I should've got a side pastrami instead. STep your game up. Give me 17.95 dollars worth of pastrami on a chicks burger please

In and Out is around the corner from Big Burger and I choose Big Burger every time. It's like a homemade burger.

Great burgers!!! Diced onions and relish were great on burger!!! Was there with a large group and it took a minute but they did a great job at getting all our food out at once!

This place gets no stars found hair on my fries. My drink was flat. My order was wrong. I will not ever eat at this place again. Only positive thing i can say is the double burger is big. Other then that dont recommend this place.

My Cousin took her kids here to eat, several years ago. They all seemed to like it. I didn't eat myself, as I was flat broke at the time. The food looked and smelled good. The place was moderately busy, though not too bad. I did make note to return someday as the house where my Dad lived until his passing in 2011and his Widow still lives is nearby. I'm certain others would have complained, loudly, insistently, demandingly, obstinately, commandingly about the service. I try to be understanding as I know what it's like to deal with the public.

I had a perfect turkey burger, well priced too. I will definitely be coming back!

Great and affordable burger place. Been a local favorite for many years. I love that they offer a low carb burger and it is delicious!!! They prepare the food nicely with fresh ingredients and the presentation is a bonus. There is a little bit of a wait so you can call in an order or go in to place an order but they don't dissapoint. Definitely worth the wait.
