Like
many
people,
I
must
admit
that
I
set
yet
another
Goal
at
the
top
of
the
year
to
get
healthier,
work
out
more,
etc
etc
etc.
I
tried
something
new
this
time
though,
and
I
couldn’t
be
happier
with
my
decision.
Joining
RegenX
a
little
under
3
months
ago,
i
was
so
nervous
and
felt
like
I
would
embarrass
myself
tremendously.
I
was
pretty
sure
I’d
fall
off
too.
Me?
Consistent
with
exercise?
No
way.
The
term
CrossFit
was
even
scary
to
me…
But
I
went
for
it.
It
has
become
routine
for
me
to
show
up
most
weekday
mornings,
I’m
getting
stronger,
working
through
discomfort,
surprising
myself
each
session,
and
really
benefiting
from
not
only
the
physical,
but
the
mental
fitness
component
of
it
all.
I
can
do
Hard!
