This trip was truly truly amazing! I was lucky to be on the boat Sophia with Andre as a captain. A captain with a lot of knowledge, made everyone feel at home on his boat and made this trip unforgettable. The crew on the boat was also amazing, and helped with everything. Andre has a kayak, snorkeling gear and a paddle board on the boat that is available to use at all the time. The food was delicious, the islands we went to was like a dream and the snorkeling was beautiful. I recommend this trip with this boat to absolutely everyone, don’t miss out! To top it all there’s a dog in the boat, Arya, which is the cutest.

We had an absolutely fantastic boat trip with the Amande 1, captain Umberto and his family. Food, the stops at San Blas Islands were just amazing. They had enough snorkling equipement on board for everyone. It was absolutely worth the price and for me a maybe unique experience.... as I found out that I am not really capable for the sea or let's say, smaller boats :-) Well, be prepared with motion sickness pills at least for the crossing. The three days at San Blas, I felt no problems as the sea was calm (in june). The food already was worth the trip. Freshly cooked by Umbertos wife, most of it bought on the way from local fishing men. We had lobster (never had such a big one before), different kind of tasty fishes, pulpo, a chicken coconut curry. Only for the crossing the food becomes very basic because its better for most peoples stomaches :-D We stopped close to 6 or 7 smaller islands with beautiful beaches and nice snorkling areas. We even saw a huge eagleray and some touchable nursesharks around the boat. The whole organization by Bluesailing worked great as well. All questions were answered quickly until everything was clear. Huge recommendation. Don't miss that out if you plan to go from Panama to Columbia!

We had an amazing experience sailing from Panama to Colombia with Big Fish II and her crew: Captain 'Original', Raul and Nathaly the chef. We met some amazing people on board and it was one of the big highlights of our 7 month backpacking journey so far. The islands you visit are unreal and the voyage at sea is magical at times. The food was amazing and the staff really tries to give everyone a great time For weaker stomachs the big winds and rough sea around December can be a challenge but overall everyone had an amazing time.

Our 5-day trip with blue sailing from Panama to Columbia was definitely the highlight of 5 months of traveling Central America. I went with 2 friends on the Catamaran Ti Vauo, which I 100% recommend! We had Oscar as our chef and it was unbelievable how good the food was from a tiny kitchen. The food was even top 5% quality wise what we have had during our 5 months of travel. Also, the portions were very large so we didn’t really have to use the own snacks we’ve used as you get plenty of snacks during the days. The tour itself was obviously amazing, the San Blas islands were super pretty and on the way to Colombia we had dolphins in front of the boat multiple times. The staff was even friendly enough to let us spend an extra night on the boat when the passports were not back by 9pm, including good breakfast the day after as well!

we had a wonderful time on Nacar 2. The crew did a great job. Special thanks to Brandon for the very good food. It exceeded all of our expectations. Captain Carmelo and Luis know what they are doing and we felt very safe in their hands. We visited different islands and were able to snorkel several times a day and saw a lot of beautiful marine life. We are very satisfied with the organization of blue sailing and can gladly recommend them.

Our experience was unreal! Thanks to our crew!! We sailed from Panama to Colombia on the big fish 2. Big thanks to Nati, Original and Raul! They were just great and made our experience nicer! San Blas islands is a paradise, although the journey to Colombia was really really a struggle! The costumer service with the agency isn't as great though but overall is a great experience, is just depends of who you have in the boat and if you do bond with them! The agency should also look into couples and ages and maybe do a better mix in the boats!

Wild Card With a heavy steel hull this quirky looking boat is the perfect vessel to cross the choppy waters between Panama and Colombia. Along with a heavy bum, Wild Card also has a huge heart that the 4 crew members administer through their expertise and care. If only there was an option to give an extra 10 points just for the crew because they were brilliant! Lyndsay was our main point of contact and made sure we knew what was happening next, she always took time to ensure that we understood the instructions, gave us plenty of time for questions and all in a style of delivery that was fun and upbeat. Manu, the onboard chef created the most surprising and sumptuous banquets, especially considering the size of the galley. With fresh fish, lobsters, burgers, pastas and much more, I was seriously impressed with the skill. Genaro, the next member of the crew whose task it was to tend to the less attractive elements of our voyage and the kindest soul you’ll meet. And finally the captain, Orrie. Without his skill and knowledge of the best party islands to visit we wouldn’t have had such a wonderful crossing. Thank you Wild Card and Team.

So generally I was lucky to have a really cool crew and the people I travelled with were also pretty fun 🙂 The boat was clean and the food was nice. Lets get to the downsides: -most important the price of 700$. Definitely not worth it and about a year and a half ago friends of mine paid like 400$. That is the maximum what the experience is worth it. -there was exactly 1 hour of sailing involved, the rest was engine on autopilot with the captain being on his phone under deck. I know that BlueSailing will say it was due to the conditions etc, but have a look at the other reviews, it’s very common, cause sailing would involve doing work - and autopilot isn’t -in our case they let a very dirty guy on board who hasn’t had a shower in days. I was forced to sleep next to him, disgusting and everyone on the boat was happy that they didn’t have to sleep next to him -the san blas itself are pretty, but the corals are dead and there is not much to see. Plus the no sailing part, I would just spend 100$ and take a motorboat for 2 days, you will save so much money and see exactly the same.

Let me just say thank you to Big Fish One! Capt Tilson, Oscar en Ray you guys made this trip one of the best experiences of our trip. Nothing was too much too ask. Even when the seas were quite stormy. The food by the hands of Oscar was perfect! Even a sea sick man would get out of bed just to taste it! Oh and the islands. Just bloody insane. Dolphins, turtles, amazing reefs, fresh coco locos. Wow!

My girlfriend and I sailed from Panama to Colombia on the Souvergein Grace with its crew. We were concerned because we had read the reviews from their previous trip. Fortunately, we can say that this trip appeared to be an outlier. We had a fantastic time, and everything went smoothly. From start to finish, the crew made us feel very welcome, and we had a great few days enjoying the best islands we'd seen in a long time. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and James (the chef) continually surprised us with what he could create on a four-plate stove. So, in general, we can confidently state that if you booked a tour with the Sovereign Grace and its crew, you will most likely a fantastic time! ps. Bring seasickness medication - the open sea was not as kind to me as the crew ;)

My girlfriend and I had a great trip from Cartagena to Panama on the Amanda 1. Our crew, captain Federico, Kevin and our great cook Priscilla took very good care of us. We really enjoyed having fun with a great group of 14 nice people (17 including crew) . We started as strangers, but after 5 days they all became friends. Furthermore life on the bounty islands and the wildlife, including dolphins, reef sharks and other beautiful fish felt like we were on paradise. Although my girlfriend had a tough time the first day on open sea, due to seas sickness, It was still the highlight of our 2 month trip through Colombia and Panama. However there is one thing that could improve, that is the cash payment. It was quite a hassle to get so much cash money and carry that around. A bank transfer would be way better. All in all a 100% recommendation.

Me and 3 other friends sailed panama to Colombia, we sailed on Big fish one with Tilson, Rey and Oscar. Could not have asked for a better crew, nothing was too much for them and they listened to everyone's needs and accommodated accordingly, was worth every penny. Oscar's cooking was also nothing short of sensational with fresh lobster, Crab and barracuda. One of the best weeks of my life, thanks big fish 1

Amazing amazing experience sailing from Panama to Colombia on the Ti Vaou. We couldn’t have wished for a better boat or crew - Tote, Pepe and Oscar worked tirelessly across the six days to make sure we were always safe and happy and made the boat a great place to be. Tote is clearly a highly professional, experienced and capable captain and we felt completely safe in his hands even when the open sea crossing was extremely rough. Oscar went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and cooked unbelievably good food for us every day. And nothing was too much trouble for Pepe who was always ready to help with a smile on his face. All the crew were just so friendly and really made the experience that much better. We were also really happy with the Ti Vaou which had so much outdoor space for sunbathing and relaxing compared to many of the other boats we saw. The islands speak for themselves but are absolutely stunning!! When we booked the trip we thought it was a little expensive but having seen how hard the crew work, the incredible food they provide and the amount of time the journey takes, we came away thinking it was excellent value for money. 100% recommend.

My partner and I had the most fantastic trip with Jose and Fransisco on the Santana. We would both highly recommend booking a trip with this crew, and on the Santana! The San Blas Islands provided some of the most gorgeous and awe inspiring scenery we have seen in our travels thus far. The food was out of this world, astonishing that Fransisco was able to cook such delicious food in such a small kitchen! We looked forward to every meal. The boat was comfortable and there was a lot of lounging space for reading and hanging out in the sun. The cabin provided shade and comfort if we wanted a reprieve. We thankfully had great weather and the crossing was easy. Before the crossing, we had a meeting with the crew to go over what to expect which was helpful for me as a first time sailer. The information received from Blue Sailing before the trip was helpful, and we felt well prepared for the journey.

I sailed with 3 of my friends on the Santana catamaran to Panama. We had the private room in the front and it was perfect for us. The food made by Francisco was amazing (so was his dancing and music in the kitchen). The flavours and variety he managed to feed us everyday was incredible. Jose our captain picked the best spots for us to swim to islands and have cocktails on the beaches. I highly recommend this trip with Santana. Be prepared if you are sleeping in the big cabin you are in a dorm room basically.

I went on a trip from panama to Colombia with the Koala X and it was GREAT. We spent al lot of time discovering the beautiful san blas islands, we had every possibility to go snorkling, cayaking, swimming or just chill on the deck. The food we great, very delicious meals 3 times a day! And the captain provided a big cooler on the deck that kept our beers cold during the entire trip. The group on the boat was great, we even spent more time together in Cartagena after the trip. Recommended!!

We sailed from Cartagena to Panama on the "Gitanita". It was an amazing experience, everything was organized very well and the boat's crew, Cesar, Ed and Memo, exceeded our expectations: they were very helpful with anything we needed and the food they cooked for us was delicious. They organized a beach bonfire, a barbeque night and a visit to a local bar. We got to eat fresh fish and lobster that they got from the fishermen on the islands. This was one of the best experiences we have had during our long term trip in Latin America, and we highly recommend it.

An incredible week sailing on Wild Card from Panama to Cartagena via the stunning San Blas Islands. Lindsay and the team were completely awesome - we could not have wished for better. The food was sensational but also lots of thought went in to creating just the right party vibe for perfect memories to be made. We had a pretty choppy crossing on the last leg back but Wild Card took it all in its stride thanks to its super heavy hull. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip, would recommend to anyone! San Blas is just wonderful and our crew was very nice. Great experience, despite the first night being very tough due to rough sea. I'm already thinking about doing it again in the future.

We had the most amazing experience sailing from Panama City to Columbia on the Koala X with Sebastian and his team. The crew were amazing. The food was amazing, better than we could have ever expected. We had the most amazing weather and a smooth sail. Luckily no one was particularly sea sick. The islands were a dream. Can’t recommend blue sailing more, especially Sebastian and his team. Thanks for the most memorable experience!

Between the 24th and the 29th of September, we were guests on the Sovereign Grace with 10 other guests. It was such an incredible trip and was only made better by captain Greg and his crew. They were absolutely lovely people and everyone in the group got along with them very well. One night, they organized a party on of the islands which was something I‘d never done before. The food was always delicious and no one would ever be remotely hungry. The weather was great as well, the sea was very calm for the most part. For the group, the ship had plenty of space and we spent a lot of our time together on the front deck. The beds were as comfortable as it gets on a sailboat and if it got too hot in the cabin it was also possible to just sleep out on the front deck. We had to bring our own drinks but were provided with coolers and ice. It was also possible to buy drinks on some of the islands or from locals who‘d drive up to us in their boats. I‘d wholeheartedly recommend taking the sovereign grace to get to Cartagena or Panama to anyone who has an adventurous spirit and is looking to have a great time. Thanks again to Greg and his crew for making this trip so unforgettable. Much love from Lando and Michel.
