It was nice to be able and find an appointment the day before but there was a reason why. We made appointment the day before at 12:30. The next day I called asking if it was okay if we came early. The lady said 12 was okay. We got there and we asked to stay in our car until 12:30. Completely understand, could have been a miscommunication. Then we come in for our original appointment time and after we are laying on our beds, WHICH WERE NOT CLEAN, for a couple massage we were told one of us had to wait 10 minutes because the other employee wasn’t there. The massage bed had mascara and make up on it where my face was going to go. Luckily they had pillows. The lady said she would give us an extra 10 each free for the inconvenience. Only to find out it would be for next time we come. I won’t be coming back massage for husband and I were not good at all. Unable to relax with the music cutting on and off during massage. Overall experience was two thumbs down.

Went in for a foot massage based upon other reviews and the close location to my home. I was the only customer for the entire visit. The tech had to use Google translate to communicate with me and seemed frustrated with her work. The massage was just okay- but the vibe of the shop was odd. It was very hot inside and it had a weird musty gym locker smell. The pricing was good, but it’s not some place that I would ever return to or recommend. I don’t know what it was, but the entire experience seemed odd and the tech was clearly irritated with her job.

I was referred to this place by a friend. For the last month I’ve had lower back/sciatic nerve issues so bad that I could barely stand it. I’ve seen a chiropractor at least 10 times and nothing seemed to help. I saw Monica today. Told her my issues and she went to work on me and touched every single spot that has been causing me problems. It was amazing. You can tell she understands muscle structure and how the body works. She even did a hot stone treatment that was beyond amazing. I’m gonna make it a point to go twice a month. With the amount of stress we are all under, we need to make it a point to take better care of ourselves. I’d give more stars if the app allowed it.

I get daily migraines with a lot of shoulder, back, and neck pain. I had an amazing 1 hour deep tissue massage and cupping session with Emily! It was clean, professional, and the price was reasonable.

Best massage ever. These ladies know how to work out all the kinks and knots. Super intense and relaxing at the same time. Would highly recommend.

Working in the area and have been on the road working for a few months straight... Muscles were tight and in need of some relief. Emily took the time and worked the troubled areas and had me feeling good as new with the deep tissue massage.

Oh my goodness!! I'm 52 years old and have had many massages in my life but never anything like I just experienced. That lady is the hardest working individual that I know. I've given my wife massages before so I know how much work it is, and this lady worked so diligently non stop. I can't imagine massaging someone so vigorously for 1 hour without ever slowing down or letting up. She was in constant motion and worked me from head to toe. Yes, she even massaged and stretched my toes and fingers. Thoroughly worked my hands and feet and I can't even begin to do justice to what she did for my back and shoulders; that includes stretching me out. I was so tight and stiff when I went in but feel so much better afterward. I have been having chronic spasms in my low back and she got rid of that. My shoulders have long been locked up but she took care of those. I just can't say enough. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a massage here! I should add that I believe the therapist's name was Myra. I'm not 100% positive on that though. I'll make sure to clarify the next time that I go, which will be very soon.

Just had my first massage with Myra. 60 minutes deep tissue ( $80) When you walk in, very dark and quiet. No fancy " stuff". No paperwork. They got me right into a room. Myra entered, a quick hello and started my massage. It really was excellent. I booked a deep tissue then had to ask for less pressure. Which she accommodated quickly. She was careful to avoid a very tender area I have. A full 60 minutes. Hot stones and warm.cleaning towels at the end of massage. I will be back, so will my husband!

I would recommend this spa to everyone. I woke up this morning with a stiff neck and shoulders which caused an awful headache. I called and Emily got me in immediately. I had an hour deep tissue massage and she focused on the areas that were knotted. She released the tension in my neck and shoulders and my headache was gone. I was skeptical at first, but definitely will be back soon. Thank you Emily!

Nice friendly clean place miss Mary is awesome. The only complaint is she used a little more pressure than I like. Made me a little sore . But she is very good if you like lots of pressure .

I woke up this morning with the worst back pain and muscle spasms. I could barely take a breath, or even hardly move for that matter. I went to work half a day, and I had to leave. I called Lavida, where I have a membership for monthly massages, and they could not see me (booked) and neither could any other location today. I’ll admit I was apprehensive at first stopping by massage time and There was definitely a language barrier, but we just used Google translator and it was perfectly fine. They were super nice and accommodating! Mary was so amazing and super skilled! She gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, in fact it was technically my first real massage (lavida is good but I’ve never been massaged like that before). Prices are competitive with all other massage places. And to comment on the “ Mandatory tip”….. it’s basically just a reminder bc I’m sure some people have not tipped at all or well! They told me to leave what I thought was worth it, “like in a restaurant they said”. I left 50% bc it was that good and my intentions were to only leave 20%!! I could move and breath perfectly fine when I left. Mary was able to completely relieve my pain! So don’t always judge a book by it’s cover! You could be missing out!!!

Just left there. The massage was great but they don't tell you about the mandatory 20% tip. Be aware. Bait and switch, they should just add it to the total cost. I called and asked how much and it was never mentioned.

Took my mom and we got the best service ever. We feel great. We did the 1 hour combo massage. Highly recommend!! We will be back!!

Very nice massage experience right here in downtown Cartersville! The ladies that work here are very polite and professional. I had my first ever massage here and will definitely be back for more. They have lots of different time options to choose from as well.

The service good service. I wasn't fond of the interruption when they would talk on the phone each time to customers while giving me a massage. Also, I thought $20 was a good enough tip for my service but was told that I had to tip $32. The only thing I wasn't aware of is that they require 20% tip.

My husband and I got a couples massage and enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere and was relaxing and the staff were friendly. We both recommend it and we will go back!

Great massage! Very pleased I took a chance on this place! Just be sure to tell them what type massage you want or if you have any areas that need additional attention. They worked the knots out of my upper back which was great. Called at 9p on Friday and was able to get an appt for Saturday. It’s hard to find an establishment where you can get a massage appt without having to call ahead weeks in advance. Give it a try!
