never get your beard cut here. i asked for a light shape up on my beard and the person who i am convinced has never cut a beard before starts by removing half my beard unevenly using clippers on one side of my face and scissors on the other. then after butchering that i just said buzz it all down just to make it even and was still un even and crooked lines. had to shave it the rest of the way off.

I visited this location 7/16/2023 at 3:30 p.m. An older stylist with platinum blonde hair sat me in her chair and proceeded to ask me if my hair was natural. It is not. Her response was, “hah! No wonder it’s straw!” Then began telling me why I shouldn’t use box color, which frankly wasn’t her business. I don’t use box color and would happily have shared why my hair is dry, but I wasn’t there for a color consultation. Certainly not relevant to the trim I was asking her for. The stylist continued to behave in an insulting and unprofessional manner as I got up to leave. I stated I would be going somewhere else I hoped she didn’t speak to her other clients the same way. Instead of apologizing in any form or fashion, she told me “if someone’s hair is dry I’m going to tell them.” Which, again, wasn’t the issue. She could look out for the health of her clients’ hair without insulting them and then pretending she didn’t understand what she’d done was wrong. This woman seemed intelligent and had beautifully done hair herself; exceptionally disappointed she behaved so poorly.

Absolutely awful, my husband went to get his hair cut and was told they didn’t know how to cut it like he wanted it. Will never be going back and do not recommend you use either! Now he has to go somewhere else and get this mess fixed. These women should not have a license to cut!

I was a walk-in and was thankful I was able to get a beautician. She was great, and was very helpful getting my color corrected. I will most definitely visit her again.

I got good cut...husband got haircut from girl w purple hair..his was not cut right.

I've never waited more than a few minutes to get a cut. Clean and staff are friendly. Thx

Staff needs training on men's cuts, they tend to leave stray hairs untouched.
