Sheneese was very gentle doing my cleaning, and Dr. Lee gave me a clean bill of dental health. No cavities for multiple years because they take good care of my teeth! Jenny at the desk is always so kind.

Leah was the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. Super gentle, caring and patient! She also informs you on so much about dental hygiene.

Shaniece is amazing. It's been a while since having my teeth cleaned and I needed the deep cleaning (scaling). I'm writing this review about 4 hours after she did the left side and I could not be more pleased. Her and Dr. Lee made sure that I felt nearly no pain at all and even now I'm not sure if I actually need the ibuprofen or not. I've taken it proactively but I didn't feel discomfort. I recommend two things - make sure you use Smiles of Cary and make sure you build the dream team - ask for Dr. Lee and Shaniece.

5 star review for LEAH!! I love Dr. Ferzli which is the reason he’s been my dentist for 2 decades. This review is for all those who have anxiety at the thought of even getting their teeth cleaned, which is why I’m giving a 5 star review for their new hygienist Leah, who I met for the first time this week. Leah was attentive, perceptive and knew exactly how to put me at ease. Leah was super knowledgeable and took the time to go with “my flow” even teaching me techniques to deal with situations of severe anxiety, which we practiced. My appt. which occurred 2 days ago has affected me in a light that’s almost hard to explain- almost as though I have a different outlook on everything in life.

Jessica is a ray of sunshine in the dentist world! During my dental visit, she not only gave me top-notch care but also explained everything in a way that made sense. Her friendly and personal approach made me feel truly valued as a patient. If you're looking for a dental hygienist who's both skilled and genuinely caring, Jessica is the one to see! So glad to be the patient of Smiles of Cary. All of staff are so good and skilled especially Shaniece that I'd recommend to everyone since she is so heartfelt and Jenny at the front desk is always kind and welcoming.

The people who work here are amazingly accommodating and courteous. Today, I called to make an appointment because I had an onlay that cracked and a piece chipped off. They literally told me they would fit me in, and I head there as soon as it was convenient for me. Then, after getting a look and presenting me with what the best course of action would be in terms that were easily understandable, they showed me the cost and financial options to help me pay. What left the biggest impression on todays visit was how much I could tell they were really working with me to get the best outcome for me and helped ease my anxiety, I get panic attacks. I feel like they went above and beyond convention to make me feel comfortable, safe, and that they actually looked at me as a whole person and not as a paycheck to get in and out fast as possible. I felt that they wanted to make sure my treatment was appropriate, they didn't try to make me chose an expensive plan i didn't need, and they did everything they could to make it affordable to me. I'm so grateful to them and I would recommend anyone to at the very least give this place a try because everyone I've encountered has been so courteous and professional that it make the whole atmosphere of Smiles of Cary feel comfortable and safe.

Vaishali cleaned my teeth today. I definitely requested my next cleaning appointment will be with her. Right away I knew she cared for the comfort of her patients. In using the tools the pressure used on the teeth was perfect.
