Eaten at Jersey Mikes for years and usually love it. I should have read the reviews for this location. Wow this is possibly the worst screwed up order I have ever received while still getting two sandwiches. I asked for no mayo, spicy mustard, light tomatoes, pepper relish and banana peppers. Got mayo, honey mustard and lettuce with nothing else. Light on the meat and soggy from the amount of condiments used. Wife asked for no onions and pepper relish. Got onions and no pepper relish. The order was so far off ours that we checked the bag to make sure we didn't get someone else's food. Only good thing I can say is that they were heavy with the wife's meat, which somehow made my sandwich all the more sad.

Visiting from out of town. I was so excited about them having a drive thru only to find out you can’t actually order from it. I placed a mobile order, #8 on rosemary and my order was incorrect.

I'm a Jersey Mike's fan. The one near my office in NE Raleigh is a weekly go-to and i have my assistant use their catering options all the time. I don't think I've hit up a Subway in years, but I swear, the evening crew here must be sniffing glue. They can't get an order correct. You call up there about the order after you get home, and no one answers. My last 3 times here, including tonight, have been wrong. Not a big order. Not a complicated order. A #2 in a wrap and a Philly. Staff came to the window 3x asking what I'd ordered. Tried to charge me twice. Insisted before I left that the order was correct. Got all the way home, and it's wrong again. I get it. Staffing is hard to come by. But it's not assembling a rocket. It's supposed to be a quality sandwich shop. My wife likes what she likes. She doesn't want anything other than what she asked me to get her. I don't like coming home with the wrong order. Get it together, guys.

I will not be returning to this location as the risk of cross-contamination is too high and occurs WAY TOO OFTEN. I have given this location the benefit of the doubt many times, and many times I have ended up disappointed. I ask for No Cheese EVERYTIME, regardless of how I order the meal. No Cheese as I am a dairy intolerant person, I CANNOT EAT DAIRY. So what does this Jersey Mikes do EVERY SINGLE TIME I MAKE AN ORDER. cheese, they put CHEESE, which is made from DAIRY, on my food. I am so tired of paying the absurd prices for lackluster service. I am not asking for a rocket to the moon, I am asking for a simple sandwich with like 3 toppings at most! I don't know if it's a failure to communicate somehow, a language barrier perhaps, or a sick little joke, but thank you for tucking the cheese under the meat this time so as to conceal it from me. IF YOU ARE DAIRY INTOLERANT, YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THEY DO. NOT. CARE. and I can confidently say that haven given this establishment more than enough chances! Giving this place even 1 star is too courteous for this type of consistently low quality service. I am feeling pretty obligated to take this to corporate as well. Pray I don't.

I've been to this store many many times. I have received great service every time even if there's an issue! Tonight was an exceptionally great experience! The gentleman behind the counter was amazing! He double and triple checked our order and was awesomely personable! I wish I knew his name because it would be great to compliment him directly!

I love Jersey Mike's. This one is no different in regards to great flavor and freshness. Service was great. Place is a little small. My only real complaint is that 16 bux for a large sub is hard to take.

11/8 /2023 this place was packed people was waking out.I waited almost 20 minutes just to place my order.fixing 1 big order holds up a lot of customers from the break not everyone has an hour break and no one apologize to anyone bad business no napkins in my bag
