Hotel is conveniently located near the Raleigh Durham airport. Right next to a gas station for easy car rental fuel up before return. The hotel is as you would expect from a Hilton property. It is clean well laid out rooms were spacious and clean. They have a comfortable lobby, that is nicely decorated with a convenient snack store. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was the worst Hilton we’ve ever stayed at. I booked a couple weeks out for a king room. The day we arrive, we get our room, go up and see they put us in a room with two full beds. We think it’s an error so head back down and the rep tells us “oh sorry we don’t have any other rooms available. Booking ahead doesn’t guarantee you the room”. Then changes our room two a different room containing two Queen beds but this rooms fire alarm was chirping every 30 seconds since the batteries were dead. We get changed AGAIN into another double bed room for the night. The rooms were broken down, plaster on the walls, the shower had cracks throughout it. We still got charged for a king room even though we were not given one. I would avoid this Hilton at all costs and spend the money elsewhere with better service and rooms.

The room was clean and breakfast was nice. I had a hard problem with an evening desk receptionist. We asked if the gold member food credit would cover things like this after from the shop and food for breakfast in the morning and she told us "Yes" but when I got my bill after check out, my food credit wasn't applied to anything and I was charged for every bottle of water and meal we ate. When I called the Hilton honors hotline, they agreed with staff there and I still haven't been reimbursed my money.

No hot water! Heat/ac unit in room had a weak fan and the continuous fan setting was broken. Hotel is old. Bed was made with 3 tiny firm pillows (12" square) and I had to go to the desk to get real pillows, but was first told they were out. No hair dryers in rooms. They said it was because of COVID19 but subsequent hotel in NYC had hair dryers. Good breakfast bar. Nice lobby. Comfortable bed. Absolutely worth staying if you want to fly out of RDU and leave your car. Only $25 for up to a week of parking and a shuttle will take you and pick you up from the airport. Over a week is only $40. Very nice drivers and hotel staff.

I really dislike leaving 1 star reviews, but sometimes it is needed. I hope this saves someone else time and money. Unless you have no other options PLEASE find another hotel. Hilton and other brands have hotels in the area that are way better. Looking at the Google reviews my experience was no different than the rest of the reviews I read, and these issues have been going on for at least a year or more. Read the reviews first I wish I had. Unfortunately this hotel does not represent the Hilton Brand I have become accustomed to. The parking is horrible. Although there seems to be enough parking for each room they have at the hotel to have at least two or three parking spaces and for employee parking all of the spaces were taken. Unless you get there in the morning I'm assuming you will not have a parking space. I had drive around for 20 min hoping someone left. There were stains all over the carpet the toilet was dirty there was no shower curtain liner and the actual shower curtain had a hole in it. There was rust and/or mildew all over the bathroom and a poorly repaired leak in the ceiling. The room smelled like old standing water and felt very humid and damp. The room overall was extremely dark and dreary. Which almost helped with covering up the stains that are on the carpet. he room was the equivalent of a 1 star extended stay motel but with a nicer TV and nicer linens. The one star is for the customer service they were nice and polite and lobby area. The lobby area and common areas overall were very clean and fresh. But that does not make up for the disappointment a guest feels when they get to their room, or the other areas of the hotel. I highly recommend checking out your room before you check in. Once I checked in I dropped off my items very quickly without looking at the room and went to go get dinner when I returned I saw the condition of the room and decided to check out immediately it wasn't worth me staying. My frustration really happened when I had to find another hotel room at 9:00pm after a long day at work and after driving for 4 hours due to the cleanness my room. I checked out about 2 hours after checking in. If you prefer to stay at the Hilton please check out the Doubletree or the Hilton Garden Inn at Southpoint they're both beautiful and lovely hotels the customer service is amazing, and I have never had any issues with my room.

Our flight got canceled and so we had to book something quickly. We picked this based on the Hilton brand name and we were a little disappointed. The room is dated but it was clean. There was a damp smell in the elevator. However the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. The free shuttle service was good. It’s good enough for one night but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to stay any longer.

This hotel is very convenient to air travelers. Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds. Helpful staff and easy access to I 40. Great parking policy for guests while traveling. Will stay here in the future.

Even though I booked through Expedia, I was able to call the hotel directly to hold the room past "normal" check-in time. I suspected I would have to contact Expedia again but did not. Everyone was friendly and professional. No problems at all. I would recommend this property if you are staying in the North Carolina Research Triangle area or the airport at RDU. The room was very clean. Since we were there only one night, I cannot say very much about the amenities. My son had breakfast at the hotel. He did not know it was not a buffet included in the price of the room. It was not an issue for me since I didn't research or read about breakfast.

My reservation was made through the app. I booked the reservation on Thursday for Saturday 6/3/2023. Long story short I've been charged three times for one night stay. Each time I call and tell them what's going on, my account is charged again. When I spoke to the people at the front desk I had only been charged twice. I was assured it would be resolved and my money would be returned. I woke up this morning to a third charge! I tried to explain all of this to Catrina and the auditor on Saturday night. The auditor basically told me I was lying without even pulling my account. Catrina tried to explain it to her, she wouldn't listen, she already has her individual made up. Then I was told Chris the manager would call me, I still haven't heard from the manager. I called and asked for the number to corporate, NO one seems to know the number. This has been the worst experience ever! There's no telling how much will come out of my account tonight, I already called the hotel twice. Each call cost me another night's stay. Update: 6/7/2023 - Today's date. Still no contact from the manager Chris at the RDU Hilton Garden Inn at the airport. I still have charges that need removed. My receipt from the hotel says 116. I'm being billed 133.32, not sure where the extra is coming from. Terrible service! I'm also noticing they only respond to positive review comments. I'll continue yo update my review until something has been done.

Room was clean and comfortable. People who worked at the front desk were not very nice. No smile or greeting. I booked with a plan with breakfast included, and I made sure with a waitress at the restaurant that my breakfast fee would not be charged to me (and she was kind enough to go to the front desk to make sure with that) but it ended up being charged to my card… I had to call the hotel and tell them to make a refund, and the lady who answered my phone was not nice enough to say a word to apology for the inconvenience caused by this. She sounded like “I don’t care, I’ll just give your money back”. Other Hilton hotel I stayed in April also charged my card double expenses (they charged $500+ twice to my card by a mistake, that they might not have noticed if I didn’t call the hotel to give me a refund). Hilton group hotels love to charge extra fees for you lately, so I recommend you to be sure to check your cards transactions after staying at their hotels.

The highlight was the shuttle ride to the airport; Rock was a consummate professional. Appreciate him taking extra time and care with the elderly couple, he's an amazing asset to the hotel. Overall, the hotel is showing its age. It'd be nice to see some basic maintenance completed. We only stayed the night between trips, so minimal experience with all the amenities and staff.

The shuttle service was beyond exemplary. Greg was my driver to the airport and he was very attentive and patient to my needs and the needs of others. I watched how he assisted others and he took customer service to another level. What a gem.

Booked room months in advance. Was not given the room type we needed. Being disabled it was very hard to access. The rooms were dirty. Staff were not the least bit concerned about my dissatisfaction either. I heard a staff member tell a customer that the pilots that stay there were first priority. That she could try to book another night later. The woman asked how long and was told they didn't know just call back. If pilots are more important than the customer in front of you...Houston there is definitely a problem! I wouldn't stay here again for free. Sad, Hilton used to be the gold standard.

Location was great. Staff was friendly, but lowered service ranking because i think amenities are part of service. The lobby area was nice, but everything else seemed very outdated. "Fitness center" is a funny thing to call 4 cardio machines, a broken cable machine, and no free weights. There's hardly room for more than one person to workout. The pictures online of a fitness room are not what's in the hotel. The elevators were very jumpy. The carpet and walls in common areas upstairs seemed dirty and scuffed. There were several spots on the ceiling that had loose tiles and seemed like there were wet spots. In my room specifically, the bathtub and scratches and rusty looking spots on the tub (and some hairs leftover). You couldn't reach the toilet paper from the toilet. The shower curtain wasn't long enough so water splashed everywhere. There were also scratch marks on furniture.

Staff at reception was courteous, staff at "dining/breakfast" area not so efficient, besides bringing the bills to you. Area was dirt with too many food residues sticking around. My plate would stick to the surfaces, and I needed to cover some dirt to keep my suit clean. The room was average clean, but old, the floor tiles were loose and it was definitely a cutting hazard for the feet, no hair dryer, ironing board was super dirty, the chair had a broken/missing armrest. There were no clear instructions about the meals, just a price list, I wanted to order, but nobody was around. I gave up and took from the very cheap and sad buffet. Once you sit, staff miraculously appear with the bill. Don't forget to call for the shuttle to/from airport. If I will ever be back, it's just because I have to.

Don't stay here if you're allergic to cigarette smoke or VERY strong cleaning chemicals. The rooms are clean but the smell is awful. Then we had cigarette smoke pouring into our bathroom at 1 am almost causing a severe asthma attack. The housekeepers are not friendly and the front desk aren't much better. It is definitely not worth the price. I would stay at a days inn any day over this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located right by the airport and has complete shuttle service to the airport. Staff was friendly enough. Hotel has park n’ fly service which is great but took up about 80% of the parking spots leaving very few for hotel guests. I had to park at the back of the hotel and lighting there should have been better. This left me wondering what the priorities were - park and fly or hotel guests. The rooms were clean enough, and beds were comfortable. My bathroom had no toilet tissue, Kleenex tissues, or hairdryer. It’s an ok hotel for those needing convenient overnight lodging due to flight cancelled/missing issues. Would not recommend for more than an overnight stay.

Very nice experience. Rooms were spacious and clean, and although the hotel was super full, it was quiet. One thing only was a problem...parking! We always managed to find a spot, but the following morning, we would find cars parked on the curbside. Friendly staff and good price. Would definitely go back.

Stayed there for one night-rooms were clean but need to be updated. Read that this was a pet friendly hotel. Perhaps we didn't see where there were doggie bags, trashcans and an area to walk our furry friends but that would definitely make this a more attractive hotel for the $75 fee we paid.

Due to winter weather my employer at the airport covered our stay here so we could get to work without driving. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The rooms were pretty standard, and I appreciated that even though the hot breakfast cost money, they still offered a variety of free options. My only issue is that the water temperature of the sinks was very poorly regulated. It either would not heat up at all or it would scald you. Very quick shuttle ride to the airport that never takes too long to pick you up. Special shout out to Priscilla at the front desk who went above and beyond and was just extra friendly all week!

My wife and I did a park and fly from here, amazing price for a full week ($25 for the week instead of $17/ day at the airport). They had a great shuttle service that quickly departed from the hotel and was already there waiting for us. Our driver there, a very friendly Scotsman named Jimmy, was awesome! Our driver back, Abdul, was there super early in the morning and still very friendly and professional. Both of them were great and I will always try to use Hilton directly for airport related parking and travel stays.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Great location in regards to the airport. I’m usually a Hilton waffle guy. Being that they were out I had to make choice. Went with the pancakes… OMG, so good!!! Paired up with the bacon… unbelievable!!! My bacon originally didn’t come out very hot, but she got another order the replace them in about 30sec. This order was still sizzling… I would like to thank the young lady that worked the breakfast customers on 22 OCT 22… didn’t catch her name (pretty young Black lady), but she was AWESOME!!! She was great with all the customers. Very professional. Very personable. Help me make this he right breakfast choice while making sure I was happy with my meal throughout my entire dining experience. I’m not 100% sure, but I think there was a gentleman that may not have spoken English very well. She sat him down, made him feel comfortable, and worked with him until she got his order the way he wanted it!!! That’s great customer service!!! Will make sure I stay at this location again… just for the hope of seeing her again on my next breakfast visit.

Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Front desk, cleaning services, and bar all had a greeting and a smile. Location is perfectly located for me. Room and facilities were all maintained and clean. Room was amazingly cool when I entered. It was extremely quiet and peaceful the entire week. I will always stay here when I visit the area be it business or leisure.

I stay here on business frequently. Being a road warrior I like to think I’m a good judge of value and hospitality. The hotel is clean and well kept, the amenities function as they should, the location and access to points east and west is ideal for someone who has to travel the state and call somewhere home away from home. Most of all, the staff is wonderful and welcoming and has not lost the point of working in the hospitality industry - being hospitable and courteous and extending great customer service. I eat in the restaurant frequently because the food is good and the service great. Although a standard fare for the brand, its cooked with care and better than many others that offer the same menu. I give personal kudos to Sean, Tina, Fatima, Jimmy, Elvis, Tyler, Antonia and Ryan. I have to think that the GM has high standards. You can’t fake sincere hospitality. For anyone I may have left out, it’s probably because I failed to get your name. My name isn’t as it appears in the review header, because I like my privacy. It you know me as Ed. Thanks for making me comfortable in those times I’d rather be home but can’t.

Located minutes from the airport, we arrived after 10pm. Room was clean, pillows were disappointing, but that is a very personal preference. The air conditioner was irratctactly noisy, and the refrigerator had an unnecessary loud hum. Our breakfast was amazing! The wait staff was friendly, fun, and just the right amount of attentive. Our omelets were made to order and we could put as many items in as we wanted. I said this may be the best hotel breakfast i had ever had. Good coffee and comfortable seating made for a great morning.

Our first room had an issue with the A/C but they promptly sent up someone to fix it. When determined it wasn't they quickly switched us to another room. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us get to airport in time for our flight. The staff seemed like a big family and we thoroughly enjoyed our very short stay. The room was bigger than we anticipated, quiet & super clean, even though it was a little older. We would definitely stay there again should the need arise.

This hotel is very pretty from the outside and as you walk in to the lobby. We were there for 3 days. I was surprised at the lack of room service to replenish towels and remove trash. There was a piece of food outside the elevator door that was there when we arrived...and was still there when we departed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the airport, shopping and restaurants.

Positives: Right off the interstate, spacious rooms, plenty of counter space, functional layout, bed not too firm, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker ; outlets available on both sides of the bed Negatives: Worst pillows I've ever tried to sleep on, older property, no working fan in the bathroom so the entire bathroom gets steamed up from a short semi-warm shower (there are also weird spots on the ceiling in the bathroom), there is no overhead light in the shower, the shower drain was stopped up, hallway smelled old, many surfaces in the room were not properly cleaned (I wipe down all hard surfaces with Clorox wipes wherever I stay but these wipes were so dirty after using them) Verdict: Since the bed was actually comfortable (many similarly starred hotels have beds that actually hurt they're so hard) I would stay again for a single night with my own pillow. I would request a room other than 302 and hopefully the shower drains better in other rooms.

The pillows are terrible. The facility needs maintenance. The elevator doors slam so loud you can hear them all the way down the hall. The sink doesn't drain and the toilet runs all the time. They say they offer a continental breakfast but then want to charge for it. The facility is not located anywhere close to anywhere else to eat. You have to drive to find something else.

We used Hilton Garden Inn RTP for a business meeting and everything went perfectly. The staff set up a beautiful room with round tables, center pieces, and full stocked drink fridge. They had the projector, podium, and screen ready when I arrived. It was exactly what we needed for the evening and everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff here is wonderful!! They make you feel like you're visiting family(-that you enjoy staying with! Hahaha). I got in super late, and since I called before my last leg in from CLT, the front desk lady remembered me from my last layover, she made sure I had a ride back to the hotel. Because of her hospitality, I decided to stay the night, instead of driving 2 hours home. Keep up the positive love for what you do, because it reflects to all your guests! đź’™

From check-in it wasn't a pleasant experience. The person at the desk seemed less than enthused to be there. I had to remind him to get my water. He didn't thank us for being diamond members or nothing. Just handed us the keys and told us where the elevators were. Called to get replacement pillows as both my guest and I have an allergy but we were told they only have feather pillows, so we itched all night. Turned the water on and no hot water was available. It ran hot for about 5 minutes. Called the front desk who informed us it was an issue. They called back still wasn't fixed but only had one other room available (a double.). It was almost 11pm at this time and we were checking out early to catch a 6am flight.

Stayed here for a night! The shuttle came at a good time after we arrived at the airport, and I appreciated the fact that the location was super close to the airport! Super convenient and a quick trip. We managed to already check in with the Hilton Honors app and using the digital key on our phone, we were able to just go straight to our room and enter, so I appreciate that convenience. However, we had booked a king room with complimentary snacks and drinks, and there were none in the room like we were promised. Furthermore, there was no phone book or TV programs in the room, and the TV did not work correctly. Just disappointed that what we were promised with wasn’t delivered. Furthermore, the website stated that the restaurant would be open until 11 PM. We came down at around 8 PM, and it seemed empty. The lights were dim, and the service didn’t seem to be present. There was a sign to seat ourselves, but most of the tables were dirty and had leftover food plates on them. We decided to go up to the bar and kitchen, and the single worker told us that there were 5 orders placed before us, so the wait would be an hour. We decided to just DoorDash some food. Overall, it is an okay experience. The room was very clean and comfy, but nothing too special. Just wished that the services we were promised had been delivered. If you need a stay close to the airport though, this is fine.

Good to have a gym on site, the amenities by the front desk are good including a small Cafe and a shop. Staff was a little light, rooms in common areas needed some updating but still nice. Took a really long time to get the van shuttle from the airport. Seems short-staffed when I was there
