    I suggest stay away very rude service from staff and manager. Pull in there today at 3:45. Walked in staff member was behind counter counting his change in his drawer. Stood there to give him time. Three minutes went by before he even looked up at me. Then said it'll be a second. Went on counting his drawer for a second time. Five minutes went by still no service. The manager walked up asked for help. Said he couldn't help. I had to went on the staff member. Another three minutes go by still no service. I left hungry and angry. Worst experience ever at a Wendy's. Never will get my business

    I like the food at Wendy's, but this location can never get a mobile order right. Today they left the chicken off one of the salads, gave the wrong dressing for the other salad, and forgot to put an order of nuggets in the bag resulting in a second trip to pick up the missing nuggets. Strangely, they upsized one of the sodas from what we ordered. As other reviewers have said, the restaurant wasn't even busy so why three of four orders had errors is perplexing. The person at the drive thru apologized for the missing nuggets but didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. Would it have hurt to offer a coupon for a free frosty or sandwich to give us a reason to go back?

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wendy's on Kildaire Farm Rd in Cary, NC, and I must say, it was undoubtedly the best Wendy's I've ever been to. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, Wendy's at Kildaire Farm Rd delivered on its reputation for quality food. Each item I ordered was not only delicious but also consistently prepared with care. The food was served piping hot, which added to the overall enjoyment of my meal. Wendy's commitment to delivering high-quality fare truly shines through. When compared to other fast-food establishments in the Cary, NC area, Wendy's on Kildaire Farm Rd stands head and shoulders above the rest. It's a rare gem that consistently provides exceptional service, delectable food, and the speed that today's diners demand.

    This location has gone downhill! It had been quite a while since I'd been there, ordering my usual apple pecan salad and small fries. The fries were greasy and soggy. The pecans had expired in Dec of 2022 (today is 3/30/23). I tried to call the number on the receipt to let them know and no one answered the phone; eventually it cut off. I called back several times and got a busy signal. Maybe someone will read this???

    I watched the assistant manager on duty and ONE employee operate the entire store. And they did it without a bit of an attitude. And they were more efficient doing what they were doing than many fully staffed operations that I've seen. I didn't get a receipt so unfortunately I didn't get any names. But I'm confident that they will both go very far in life with their attitude and work ethic. 5 stars plus!

    Order at drive through and get sorta what you ordered with not a care for if the order is right. Kinda like drive-through roulette. Order totaled $12.32 and gave the guy $20.32 and he stared at his cash register for 2 minutes after the random bag of food came out of the window and finally got the wrong change. He gave me $7.87 cents. ok.

    The best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They make quality food, it’s always hot, and they are very fast. Every time I go I’m pleasantly surprised that they still have amazing service and great food! Especially compared to other fast food restaurants in the area.

    Wendy’s has my favorite fast food French fries. I love their chili. I will get a baked potato with the chili. When I don’t get the chili I usually get the Asiago cheese chicken sandwich. Wendy’s has decent sweet tea. The quality of the food depends a lot on the people making it. So far not too much to complain about although there is room for improvement. I like the new-ish decor with the frosted glass printed with grass leaves and the fake fireplace. Clever design. Mostly clean.

    The only reason I am unable to give a 5 star is because there is no low sodium items on the menu. The closest I came was for their Pecan-apple salad, but even that used 1/2 of my daily salt intake. Their chili is awesome, and we've ordered many of their sandwiches. All tasty, and satisfying, especially with our cooler Fall days. The drive-thru was friendly, and accurate. Despite the long line, service went pretty quickly!

    I felt like it was a burden for me to grab some food. None of the employees looked at me or acknowledge. I was there it look like they were cooking some thing else in the kitchen if you know what I mean

    I went to wendys today on my lunch break. I went inside because I wanted my food to be dropped fresh. The 1st thing I saw was an employee smoking in front of the building. I was hoping he wasn't the one at the front register. He was! I prayed he washed his hands before he clocked back in. I ordered my food and told him I would wait for fresh food. They gave me cold nuggets and fries. He said they just dropped those. So they're fresh. I said No these are cold." I want my money back. The manager had an attitude. Like she didn't want to give me my money back. Like she was so busy. She was on her phone the whole time. Oh, by the way. It wasn't busy there at all. Never again will I visit this location. Wish I could've given them a half star.

    This location has improved immensely. Today was the first time in the 5 years living nearby that taking a chance and visiting this location paid off. My last visit earlier this week proved to be hugely improved on the food element of the visit but they foibled the rest. I gave it another shot because clearly there is someone pushing to make this location worth visiting. I AM THRILLED to not need to drive to Morrisville when I have a Wendy's 1/4 mile from me.

    I drove all the way here because it was stated online that they opened at 6:30 am and I got there at 8:30 am. One of the employees at the drive through screen stated “we’re closed”. I had to ask what time they opened he then said “9:00 am”. I waited around and came back at that time he then stated “we’re closed” once again. I asked what time are they opening because he just told me that they would be open. I received no response. I pulled around to the window to get a better understanding and the lady who was right at the window looked at me and walked off looks like to the the side of the store in the lobby to where I couldn’t see her. I waited at the window for a few mins and there was still no return. When I finally pulled off from the window there was at least 3 employees sitting in the lobby. A simple form of communication would’ve resolved all of this. But instead every chose to sit around and not say anything . I am highly disappointed with the customer service and I will not be returning .

    I like going here because the other is not as good. So Im ordering my food and as I’m ordering I’m being or felt as rush if that’s all. And If finish ordering and Im being told to pull to the window without knowing how much is my food. I get to the window the guy barely knew what was going on and the lady beside him didn’t know how to count.(reason why) I said can I get 4 more orders of the number 3 after I order it the first time. So she says that i want only 1 order of the number 3. So I told her I wanted 40 in total of the chicken nuggets and she still was confused. So I just gave up.

    It went alright, although the workers in this Wendy’s were not welcoming, gave out a vibe of a attitude, and honestly I pity them. As reading the reviews from others with their unpleasant experiences, they should improve their flaws and customer services next time, especially on the holidays.

    This location has terrible customer service, they did not bundle my order into a combo, they did not welcome me, they did not say thank you or anything like that. They also were condescending during the ordering process and they still got the order wrong. I asked for light ice in all of the drinks, I received cups I literally paid 2.99 for full of ice and barely any drink. I also received my burgers covered in stuff when I asked for just meat and cheese. They also failed to provide me with a receipt to call the location and provide details to them from. Terrible location.

    Horrible experience. I went thru the drive through. Food was not fresh at all, you can tell it's been sitting. Burgers were cool, no warmth what so ever. It was the same for the fries. The fries were also very greasy. Drinks tasted as if they were watered down! I have never had food this horrible from Wendy's or from any fast food restaurant for that matter.

    I gave this place two stars because the food was not horrible but the customer service was. I went twice to this place one late in the evening and contributing the customer service experience to the hour and then again today during the day. The employees were rushing us and when I informed them of a mistake they made with my order they were just kind of like “and?” So yeah I would not recommend this Wendy’s location. Staff training should be more inclusive of the customer experience. However there are other wonderful food places in the same plaza as this Wendy’s with better customer service. Try any of those other places and skip the tude at Wendy’s.
