I
drove
all
the
way
here
because
it
was
stated
online
that
they
opened
at
6:30
am
and
I
got
there
at
8:30
am.
One
of
the
employees
at
the
drive
through
screen
stated
“we’re
closed”.
I
had
to
ask
what
time
they
opened
he
then
said
“9:00
am”.
I
waited
around
and
came
back
at
that
time
he
then
stated
“we’re
closed”
once
again.
I
asked
what
time
are
they
opening
because
he
just
told
me
that
they
would
be
open.
I
received
no
response.
I
pulled
around
to
the
window
to
get
a
better
understanding
and
the
lady
who
was
right
at
the
window
looked
at
me
and
walked
off
looks
like
to
the
the
side
of
the
store
in
the
lobby
to
where
I
couldn’t
see
her.
I
waited
at
the
window
for
a
few
mins
and
there
was
still
no
return.
When
I
finally
pulled
off
from
the
window
there
was
at
least
3
employees
sitting
in
the
lobby.
A
simple
form
of
communication
would’ve
resolved
all
of
this.
But
instead
every
chose
to
sit
around
and
not
say
anything
.
I
am
highly
disappointed
with
the
customer
service
and
I
will
not
be
returning
.
