I
used
the
booking
app
to
book
3
rooms
for
this
trip
I
was
taking
to
North
Carolina
for
a
long
weekend
and
unfortunately,
your
staff
particularly
one
woman
at
the
front
desk
struck
out
on
the
first
night
so
I
ended
up
booking
elsewhere
for
both
Friday
and
Saturday
night.
I
booked
a
room
advertised
through
the
booking
app
as
a
“ONE
BEDROOM
KING
SUITE
WITH
BALCONY,
594
sq
ft”.
When
I
checked
in
at
the
hotel
I
was
put
in
a
room,
no
bedroom,
no
couch,
no
balcony,
half
the
size
as
the
one
I
SAW
AND
BOOKED!!!
After
checking
in,
walking
up
to
my
room
and
seeing
that
it
was
not
the
room
I
booked
I
went
back
down
to
the
front
desk
to
speak
with
someone…customer
service
if
that’s
what
you
want
to
call
it.
I
was
told
at
the
hotel
that
the
app
must
have
the
wrong
code
because
the
room
I
booked
on
the
app
is
the
one
I
got…IT
WASNT
AT
ALL.
I
asked
where
my
balcony
was
because
there
wasn’t
any,
I
was
told
that
I
didn’t
book
a
room
with
a
balcony,
BUT
I
DID.
No
bedroom
no
balcony,
no
suite,
room
was
350
sq
ft
that
I
was
put
in.
This
is
obviously
not
the
way
to
treat
people
and
the
app
and
hotel
itself
should
be
ashamed
of
lying
to
people
showing
them
one
thing
and
putting
them
in
somethjng
totally
different,
it’s
theft
honestly
and
I’m
furious
about
this.
I
tried
to
show
the
woman
at
the
front
desk
(short
blue
hair
who
didn’t
want
to
be
at
work
I
guess
that
day
because
she
was
the
most
rude,
unpleasant,
unprofessional
person
I
have
come
across
in
a
long
time)
and
she
just
kept
telling
me
“no”
“you’re
wrong”
“you’re
in
the
room
you
booked
the
app
has
it
wrong”.
Well
if
the
app
is
wrong,
but
you
have
those
rooms
at
the
hotel,
and
I
booked
one
of
them
on
the
app
then
that’s
the
room
I
should
be
getting,
whether
it
was
the
app
or
not
YOUR
HOTEL
works
with
the
app,
so
you
should
be
accountable
for
the
mistake
AS
WELL,
IT
SHOULDN’T
BE
ON
THE
GUEST!!!
I
wasn’t
given
a
discount
even
though
my
room
was
250sq
ft
less
than
the
one
I
booked,
no
bedroom,
no
balcony,
no
couch/seating
area.
I’m
furious
about
the
way
I
see
how
guests
are
treated
at
this
hotel,
you
should
be
ashamed
as
well
as
your
employees
of
the
way
you’re
treating
them.
