I
want
to
start
off
by
saying
that
the
female
Nurse
practitioner
I
saw
today
12/30/2022
here
is
super
nice,
caring
and
welcoming.
Front
desk
was
super
busy,
but
still
managed
to
be
professional.
Now,
the
male
nurse
with
tattoos
(1st
person
I
saw)
was
immediately
telling
me
that
I
probably
just
had
chest
pain
from
anxiety.
I've
had
anxiety
my
whole
life...I
know
the
difference.
This
male
nurse
immediately
invalidated
my
concerns
with
trying
to
say
it's
simply
anxiety.
He
was
also
super
condescending,
and
I
could
hear
all
the
comments
he
was
making
about
being
angry
with
some
patient
and
other
stuff
I
shouldn't
have
to
hear.
He
also
made
a
remark
that
he
took
terrible
x-ray
images...after
he
had
just
given
me
an
xray
scan..I
really
wanted
to
end
my
visit
and
ask
for
a
refund,
but
I
truly
appreciated
the
care
that
the
NP
showed
towards
my
visit
and
I
decided
to
remain
calm.
Although
this
is
my
experience,
I
know
that
people
can
change
and
my
kind
advice
to
this
person
would
be
to
learn
to
bite
your
tongue
and
work
with
compassion,
if
you
can't
do
that-
you're
in
the
wrong
game.
He
also
could
have
been
tired,
but
again
put
yourself
in
the
patients
shoes,
we
come
in
worried
and-
at
least
for
me,
I
never
visit
the
dr
or
Er
unless
I
am
truly
worried
bc
I
am
uninsured
and
having
experiences
such
as
these
are
such
a
turn
off
and
prevent
patients
from
seeking
care
that
they
may
truly
need.
Look,
if
it
turns
out
that
the
patient's
issue
wasnt
as
big
as
they
thought,
there's
no
need
to
fuss
about
it,
be
happy
you
have
a
job
and
do
your
thing.
Better
safe
than
sorry
and
no
need
to
shun
patient's
for
being
worried..
