    Follow up review. Once again, super satisfied with Jared and Manju’s help, recommendations and patience. You have made us costumers for life. Thank you kindly to my new favorite person, Victoria of at Cary Jared’s. After half a life time of buying jewelry at various stores, I’ve decided once and for all to do all future jewelry purchase exclusively at Jared’s and specifically the location in Cary. Over the last few years I’ve been in and out several times and for various needs and services. They have helped exchange online orders, complete repairs while I wait and checked/polished items I bought at other jewelers.

    NORMAN! You are the MAN! this guy isn't a salesman! He straight educates you on what is best for you. Hands down an awesome guy, I highly recommend seeing Norman in carry for any of your needs. Thanks again Norman. I think your getting an invite to the wedding if you wanna come! She has to say yes first though 🤣 thanks again my friend

    Manju was the best. Great customer service and a lovely personality. We had my engagement ring reset and my husband got a new band for our 25th anniversary. She helped us pick out a setting we loved and we didn't overspend. Highly recommend this jewelry store.

    Hi! I went into Jared today and received the best customer service from Brandon. He helped me and my mom in such a timely manner. His great attitude and friendliness will most definitely bring me back into this store very soon. Ask for Brandon to assist you when you go to Jared in Cary. He will be more than happy to help!

    Not impressed with customer service at all. We ordered ear rings back in January, after three months and over a dozen calls asking where our order was we couldn’t get an answer. So I started asking for the manager every time I called and always got the same response “he’s on the phone “….. not once in all the times I’ve called and inquired about my order and left dozens of messages not once did anyone call me back! Today I went in to get my money back and the sales person that waited on us knew exactly who I was when I told her. She went to the manager and he already had the paperwork ready and came up to the register to key it in for her and didn’t NOT even offer an apology!! Poor customer service! I’ve spent over $10,000 with Jared and will not spend another dime!! I’d have been happy with an apology but that was beyond him! The sales clerk offered her apology but it was too late! Sir lead by example! Treat your customers with respect!! You need to go back and learn it!!

    Munji is amazing! She sold my fiancé my engagement ring back in fall 2019, and just sold us out wedding bands. We went with a gorgeous diamond wrap for mine and she suggested we buy the warranty and leave them for cleaning, sizing, and soldering. I just picked them up today and I cried. She has been making our Jared shopping experience special for years now & she’s a true gem at this location!

    We've been doing business with Jared's for years. Today was the epitome of why we do business with them....and only them. My wife and kids went to the store having issues with my son's necklace that we bought about a year ago. The Manager offered to return it at full credit towards a better one that he found. It's easy for businesses to rip off women and kids and it speaks to their values that they don't do that. As a husband and a father I really appreciate it. We will not go anywhere else for our jewelry.

    The customer service is excellent from the moment you come in to the moment you say goodbye. Such lovely jewelry. I chose a natural Emerald and diamond pendant. So very nice. Jared's is a wonderful place to buy jewelry and the customer service is superior.

    We have bought 3 rings at Jared’s (upgraded) and have consistently had great customer service. Most recently Brandon Simmons was able to quickly help me rhodium my band and ensure my engagement ring would be repaired in a matter of days.

    The customer service I’ve received at Jared’s through the years has been above and beyond…most notably from Norman. His turnaround time on adjustments/repairs is quick, his knowledge is incredible, and most recently, Norman helped my fiancé and me design my dream engagement ring! He sat with us through multiple sessions, patiently searched for and found the perfect diamonds for us, educated us on diamonds, and shared his excitement and passion for jewelry with us. His energy and love for his job is infectious. “Norman” has truly become a household name in my family because of how much we loved and talked about the ring-making process. I recommend everyone in this store, but Norman gets our loudest praise and our sincerest thanks!

    I was beyond lucky to come across Norman. He's so good that I followed him from the Jared store where I met him to his store in Cary. I noticed that his store offers a very fine and unique selection of jewelry. Norman can answer literally any question you have about any piece and the jewelers that make them. You can tell that he cares about and enjoys what he does. He made it fun to look through the store! I felt confident with his assistance and knowledge. But the real deal with Norman is that he goes above and beyond. He designed a custom fix to some rings that were a challenge to make work. And he knocked it out of the park! He ensured that every detail was perfect. The skill and extra attention that he put into the design blew my mind. It was much better and more beautiful than I ever expected! No wonder he has customers that have been coming to him for years. Thank you, Norman! My husband and I will be seeing you around. :)

    My Aunt needed a watch battery replaced. The service was outstanding, quick and very pleasant. The young man who helped us engaged in conversation and made my 90 year old Aunt feel very special. I highly recommend this Jareds!!!

    We had the best experience at Jared on Walnut Street. We came in for some jewelry cleaning and repairs. We worked with Brandon and he was incredibly kind and patient. He answered all our questions and was helpful in getting what we needed. This will definitely be my go to location for my jewelry needs in the future.

    We came into Jared’s looking as a couple for something that would fit us individually as a team. I had a scar from childhood that would effect me and wearing something everyday for the rest of my life, it needed to meet several factors for me. I also wasn’t sure what I wanted, but knew some things I didn’t want. He knew what he wanted so for him it wasn’t so hard. Jon Grant welcomed us, had a short consult and escorted us to where to look. He then gave us; more so me, space to browse but the moment that one ring spoke to me, he was keen enough to wait for me to ask him for help and go right to itwhen I did ask. He was vigilant, professional, and patient. Within an hour , he helped me find what I wanted. We then wanted to check other places so visited a Bailey’s. We asked twice to be shown loose stones and was then directed to already built rings. Then got passed to another associate and still had not been heard so within 10 minutes we decided to leave. Came back to Jon Grant at Jared’s in Walnut St, Cary, Nc and he immediately jumped into action and delivered the most amazing, customer service experience that is lacking so much in this day and time.     I wanted to get my wedding band and engagement ring changed into a new set. I was so nervous to go just anywhere, however I called and spoke to Natalie on the phone before going into the store. She was so energetic and helpful with all of my questions! When I came into the store she also helped me pick out exactly what I had envisioned. The new set with my former diamond looks amazing!     OMG we had the absolute best experience here today!! Amber and the other ladies there were amazing!! Today I was proposed to and when we went in to get my ring they made us feel like family. We told Amber the story and she was just as excited as I was. That alone made the whole experience great!! My ring needed a size adjustment and they were able to get it done same day so that I can start wearing right away. We thank you ladies for making our day even more special!!! Oh yea! I said yes!!!

    This has been my second visit to this Jared location, and it seems that customer service could be a bit more consistent. Some sales associates are warm, friendly, kind; others are very different. The wait time before someone approaches you to see what you may need was also disappointing. I was in the store trying to make eye contact with an associate for more than 30 minutes before I was greeted or helped. There were two other women in the store at when I arrived who were experiencing similar issues. One had been waiting for 45 minutes, the other half an hour. One woman mentioned she had a 2 year old wedding band purchased with Jared that had two diamonds that had recently fallen out. When an associate finally got to her, she stated her issue - diamonds falling out of her new band - and there was oddly no reaction from the associate. No apology, no acknowledgement of the hardship, no pledge to help make things right. Just an, "ok, I'll get my computer". Very strange. Hopefully an unusual situation, or just a tough day in the store.

    Manju knows jewelry and it shows! Extremely Helpful helping my wife pick out her newest piece. They were super efficient by inspecting our older pieces while we shopped the store. Everyone is always so kind and the management is awesome! I hope the same crew is there when we add to our collection!

    I was gifted a ring from my mother-in-law and it was a bit too big. Daniel was very kind and helpful. He found a sizer to help tighten it on my finger and he even cleaned the ring for me. I’ll definitely be back to Jared next time I’m in the market for jewelry. Thank you, Daniel!

    We have done business with Jared for several years. They have now been disappointing us. We requested batteries for two watches and were told the person who handles that won't be available for several weeks. We went to Holland Jewelry in Apex and it was done in five minutes. We also requested three magnetic clasps for necklaces and were informed they would cost $120 each. We got all three on Amazon for $35. They also didn't have the type of gold chain necklace we were were looking for. We found at Holland Jewelry and they included the magnetic clasp for no additional charge. It's disappointing to see a first rate store lose their professionalism.

    Norman was extremely friendly and helpful. My husband's watch from our wedding stopped working 6 or 7 years ago. I decided to stop into Jared with a last minute request, and Norman was able to fix it right then and there. He brought the watch back and not only was the battery changed and the watch ticking, he had set the time for me too. :-) I found out later that he is the Assistant General Manager. It was nice to see someone higher up out on the floor helping clients with a friendly face and excellent customer service. I was able to give my husband his working watch the next day for his birthday. He was so surprised, and so happy to have it functional again. I will absolutely go to Norman and Jared at Cary Towne Center with future business!

    Have been coming to this location for years and have never been disappointed with the selection or service. Met Justine on my most recent trip and she was wonderful in taking time to help me select gifts for a special occasion. Her wonderful feedback and insight helped me to find the most ideal gifts, and her polished touch to the gift bags was the perfect finish for a terrific experience. I’ve looked everywhere in the triangle and you will be hard pressed to find better quality in store with the service to match. Don’t let the big name store scare you off, you will get nothing but the best here! Save yourself a lot of time and start your search for that perfect diamond or gift here. Bonus points for having a jeweler on site. Dedication to excellence and great prices has led to earning a lifelong customer in me.

    Awful. Sign on the door says 10am, so I sat and waited in the parking lot to go in. Then at 10 I went to go inside and some rude lady outside confronted me and said what are you here for? I stated I wanted to buy a ring, she the looked at me and just said we don’t open til 11. Didn’t offer an apology about the sign or offer to take my information to get me back and just turned around and walked off. If that is how you want to treat people and speak to them like trash, I’m more than happy to take my business somewhere else. I’ll never go there again, extremely rude and very unprofessional.

    I lost a stone in two diamond rings. I took them to Jared in Cary, NC to see if they could repair them. Manju was so helpful and so reassuring. I was uncomfortable leaving these rings and asked if I could wait for them. She put my mind at ease immediately by explaining that a pic would be taken of every piece before and after the repair and emailed to me. Manju took the time to explain in detail what type of stones I had and what to look for to identify them. I learned so much about pieces I have owned for over 30 years! In addition to getting my jewelry repaired, she assisted me with selecting an Anniversary Ring that is a perfect match to my wedding ring. Thank you, Manju Advani, for taking the time to listen to my concerns, reassure me that my jewelry would be safe and for sharing your knowledge. Your kindness, expertise & professionalism will be remembered always.

    Surprised my then fiance and took her to the Cary store. They doted, fussed and pampered her as if it were a scene right out of 'Pretty Woman'! They helped us select the perfect stone AND the perfect setting. They educated us on the 5 C's and all for a price I wouldn't have found anywhere else. Abby and Kathy were awesome! We went back and purchased our wedding bands. Abby remembered what we were looking for and within minutes, she helped us find the right bands. We did go to Diamonds Direct first for the wedding rings and were sorely and sadly disappointed. What a waste of time! That review can be found on their site. Go to Jared's!

    I came here to pick up an order on the evening of 11/29/22, was having a pretty rough day. The staff and piece I picked up here did a lot to improve it, and I'm appreciative about it. The piece needed some work done to fit appropriately, and I thank the patience of Daniel and Brandon for assisting me with this as I know it took several tries. During the waiting process, Kendall, Angela and another lady (name escapes me, I'm sorry), went above and beyond in terms of making sure I was taken care of; from offering to show me other pieces, offering water, simple fun conversations etc; it made the time go by much faster. This team I feel like displayed a pinnacle of what customer service should be, and deserve all the compliments I can give. I left feeling great about my purchase, which means they were very successful. Thank you very much for the effort and kindness!

    Overall 5 star service from *almost* every employee, particularly Brandon, the GM. However, the one older woman clearly looked down on me and my brand of jewelry when she decided to grab it without asking, struggle to open the box and not allow me to take it back to open it for her and then proceed to tell me they probably couldn't resize it even though I was told mere seconds beforehand it would be done in 10-15 minutes. The service on the jewelry itself (performed by Brandon) was perfect though!

    I went in to get a battery replaced for my Bolivia watch. Brandon greeted me at the door with a smile and quickly replaced the battery for me. He was quick and even reset the watch for me! Great place to go, their service is amazing and quick depending on what your looking for! Highly recommend!

    We have been customers of Jared for 15 years. I needed a stone replaced recently and Norman was so helpful over the phone, in the store when I brought it in and he went above and beyond to make sure I got my rings back quickly, looking better than new! Norman’s level of customer service and all of the staff at the Cary store is amazing! They take customer service seriously and it shows! I am so grateful for Norman and his help and care of one of my most precious possessions- my engagement ring! Would recommend him and the Cary team to anyone!!
