Had very good experience here with whatever food they have from local and outside of market. Very fresh and organic too. Very picky about specific stuff not a wide variety of brands. Chicken, meat are very fresh too.

Absolutely horrendous experience! I stopped in here to grab some things for the first time since I have shopped at other locations before. What a mistake! Selection was terrible. There were bugs in most of the produce that I looked at. Some of the meat looked spoiled. The staff was not very nice or helpful either! There was one named Izzy i believe that was just rude and acted like he did not know what he was doing after I asked a simple question! I ended up just leaving with nothing! I will not shop somewhere like that ever!

Best grocery store in town. Clean, smells like coffee, and good classical music to listen to while you shop. Staff are friendly, especially the lady in the meat department who is very nice and helpful.

Exceptional customer service today. At this location I like this location far better than some of the others here in the triangle. The young lady who assist me her name on the receipt is Marwah please show her recongizion! I was buying a banana it was only 20 cents I was about to swipe my card. I didn't have any change. She offered and put it in for me already. I was not expecting that most of this don't do it. It shows Marwah is truly dedicated to helping people and takes care of the Customers. Thanks again.

I visited the store to pick up some specialty items needed for an appetizer. After circling the cheese section cold case several times and unable to find parmesan cheeses, I finally asked for help. Two people were standing behind the counter talking and only helping if a customer flagged them down for help. I felt as if I had bothered the young lady when she waved her hand towards a single unrefrigerated display of one piece of cheese and a few shredded containers. I thought it was funny that they only had one piece of cheese and so I took a picture to show friends for a laugh. Once we started using the cheese, however, it was not funny to discover patches of green mold growing in the cheese. We were thoroughly disgusted with the lack of "freshness" The date on the container was more than a week away for a sell by date. I will never buy cheese here again. The recipe also called for artichoke hearts and every single can was dented! So...High prices and second rate is what I found.

This was a very nice place to shop at. They have premium stuff to select from. The store does run sales on items. I bought some nice NY Strip steaks just over $9/pound.

Stopped in for some vitamins and supplements hoping to also pick up some groceries. Guess what? they don’t sell vitamins. Kind of pointless to shop there if they don’t sell the main thing I went to shop for. Luckily Whole Foods had what I needed. Will be pretty easy to skip this store next time I need anything.

Very pricey, I was looking for a specific coffee brand they had it, but it was triple the cost. I decided to order online instead, online price was 9.99, this store had it for almost $19, that's almost 10$ more, isn't this called price gauging..anyways found all my products at a cheaper price at Wegmans

Bought a pumpkin pie for $13 from Fresh Market on Nov 21, 2023. The pie crust is under cooked and doughy. You can almost feel the sugar granules in the filling. High prices and poor quality is not a winning formula for a high end grocery store.

I was looking for a large turkey for Thanksgiving but none were available in the store. Jessie the store manager took my phone number and had the delivery that came in the next day checked and called me personally to let me know she found me a bird! That is going above and beyond!! So appreciated!

What a wonderfuly clean store that smells great, and everything is so attractive but yet not too overwhelming big. Nice people, too. The free sample coffee is a nice touch and entices me to drive a few extra miles to shop there.

Very first two visits didn’t go pretty well. The store is pretty decent, clean and tidy but the service was pretty rude. There was one guy at the bakery we stopped by the bakery to buy a cake as it was birthday he asked what are we looking for and then we requested for 2-3 mins. All of sudden he came back within few seconds; we requested for a cake he just threw it on the table. He did not even feel like giving it properly instead he just threw it on the table. Did not expect this behavior on the very first visit. Nobody would want to have an experience like this.

Bad experience in the bakery department with the employee named Rachel. She was so preoccupied with something that she was unable to help me even though the people who were right before me were helped . Brought this to the attention of the store manager and they shrugged it off. Not the same type of service you receive at the Durham or Raleigh fresh market.

Upscale market. Great floral department. No salad bar. Other competitors that are less expensive have better produce and seafood. Great selection of bulk items , sushi and hot food. The most impressive department is their bakery. They do a croissant that is filled with pudding, strawberries and whipped cream in perfect proportions that will leave you wanting more.

Arrived at the store to purchase a specific yogurt and didn't see it in the refrigerated section after looking. I walked to the bakery as this was the closest department to inquire. The employee, who stated her name was Margaret, huffed when I asked and said, "You have to find someone in that department. I don't know anything about dairy." Explained I was not able to find anyone. She again huffed and scowled, went into the back, and came out and told me I needed to find a manager and ask them. I felt very unwelcomed and like a bother that I interrupted her day to ask a question. As I was walking out, a woman with a small child approached me and said, "She wasn't very nice to me either." This was my first time at a Fresh Market and will certainly be my last. My experience has shown me that this grocery store does not value it's customers nor their experience. I wrote this review in my car in the parking lot right after my experience for accuracy of the date and time of my experience. 1/26/2023 at 11:15 am.

I was searching for a specific brand that I use and found this store had it, available in both 500ml and lL bottles. The shelves were lined with specialty items, including my backup choice also in both sizes, and the price was competitive for the item I purchased. Enjoyed the exceptional setting surrounded by tall trees and fresh air from Bond Lake.

Grocery store in Cary. Clean and has many specialty items. Friendly staff! Has $5 Sushi/some other food deals at times.

I like this store and the staff is great...helpful. I love the daily specials. I consider the food here to be of higher quality but I am puzzled seeing shrimp from Indonesia and farm raised tilapia here. You can get that lower quality food at Aldi and Lidl.

I’m not sure what has changed, I have never been disappointed with any purchases made at this store over the years. But this past Friday I purchased a range of bakery items and the cookies were hard, the Black Forest cake & cheese cakes were old, stale and the cherries on the Black Forest cake tasted like spoiled old socks. It’s Sunday night, I had a house full of eight 17 year old boys & girls here for the weekend and these teenagers wouldn’t eat any of it. $50 worth of garbage.

Really thought it more of a very fancy liquor store with gourmet food in it. Nice store lots of products. Most of which was extremely overpriced. Some things didn’t have any prices at all, or any indication anywhere. Some produce & bakery items were ok priced but for the most part, they were way higher than their competitors. A turn off.

I've shopped Fresh Markets in different places in NC for 25+ years. They have some really great things but even inflation aside it is clear who they are targeting with their prices and products. My wife and I go occasionally and yesterday we got a few things but couldnt help notice the multitude of 'boutique' products... that is things that really likely aren't that much better but cost 4x more. Also, I'm just not of the ilk to be okay paying 2-3 bucks more for a product when I could get it at a supermarket for much less... I'm not cheap but I'm not stupid. I mean no one makes Sourdough like Fresh Market and as a former No Cal. resident I need the good stuff... I've had every bakeries version and FM has the best. Overall their fish is typically better than a regular grocery store as. Those two things as givens, guess I'll go there with the JC shopping list... loaves and fishes... all the while hoping his dad will lend some intervention toward the bloated prices.

While we were in the area, we stopped by this location. Fresh Market is always super clean. They have a large supply the best the highest grade of produce, and fresh chicken baked daily. Fresh bakery breads, cakes and pies.

Good place for specialty items. I wouldn’t consider this a replacement for the big chain groceries since the prices are significantly higher on most items, as much as double on quite a few items I’ve compared. If you’re looking for decent bakery, dessert, or charcuterie items this one of the better local stores for that type of stuff. Their produce is a bit better then other stores, but you’ll pay for it. They have 3 or 4 specialty items that I can’t get elsewhere so it keeps me coming back a couple times a month.

Great, easy, high-quality neighborhood market with a very complete produce section, great meats and prepared foods, excellent healthy bulk foods. Grateful for this to be in this neighborhood.

This is my favorite grocery store for fresh, delicious meats, seafood, bakery items and everything else. Only 4 stars as most items can be purchased less elsewhere and some items are outrageously expensive. Still, when I'm looking for the best, I usually come here.

Great local, specialty grocery store. Reminds me of Whole Foods circa 1985....this is in a good way!

Love the feel of this store but the prices drive me away. Spices were once a terrific value but no longer. I paid five times what Amazon charges for the spice zaatar. I only shop here normally for their specials

Great experience with Kacee in the deli today! She was so helpful and kind, I really appreciated her taking the time to assist me. People can be so quick to leave a negative review, I wanted to make sure to give her a virtual round of applause for stellar customer service skills! Thank you so much!

Love this place. The produce is always fresh and well presented. The meat selection is top quality and the baked goods are fabulous. Best cheese selection of any stores in the area. Most of the employees go out of their way to be helpful and friendly, except for the grumpy guy in the deli who always seems perturbed if you ask him a question. The only negative is that the prices are steep, but that's to be expected I guess.

Great grocery store, I always get delicious stuff from the deli that is very well made. Abbi ( or Gabbi? Not sure) from the deli does an amazing job, and is always very kind and attentive when I come in. The Greek farrow salad is delicious! I would give 5 stars, but I’ve seen some other employees when I come in working in the deli/meat department who don’t seem to know what they are doing or even care to learn about good customer service. Great selection in the rest of the store, if a little expensive compared to some others, the quality is there to justify it. Overall great store, but needs to hire some more workers like that nice girl in the deli/meat!
