My Mom had a spot on her arm that has been watched for awhile but now has changed shape and I was going to wait until a follow up appointment she had with her attending but decided to see if I could get her in sooner and Sun Life Walk-in was the earliest possibility. The parking is close but if you want shade you’ll need to walk a little ways. The facility was clean, and check in was quick. We didn’t have to wait long but we had arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment. Bonnie was respectful and asked questions and listened. Overall, considering who likes to go to the doctor, it was a very pleasant experience and will consider this facility in the future.

Never a great experience at this “Walk In” clinic. Called to make an appointment for blood work at the regular location. They couldn’t get me in for awhile but said I could go to the walk in and just go in and have it done. I even asked to make an appointment with them and they said no need as it’s a WALK IN clinic. Get there at 7:05 and guess what? Can’t be seen without an appointment even though there was only one person in the waiting room. Previous experience here I went in for possible fracture in my foot and without even looking at my foot “Dr” said I had gout sent me on my way. Every Dr I talked to after said it sounds nothing like gout. Extremely dissatisfied with SunLife looks like I will be going to Phoenix for Primary Care from now on.

Past experiences were poor at best with sun life, so it became a complete surprise to find that this was not the norm at the walk-in clinic in Casa Grande. They were polite, understanding, and attentive to all my needs. A very good impression by the complete staff for showing professionalism in a tough environment.

Went in for a blood draw, when I got to the appointment they said they tried calling me because the technician was coming in late, I was ok with that, rescheduled for an hour later, the hour come and left, supposedly only had one person in front of me, waited for another hour, supposedly they we’re having computer problems, no one ever notified me, till I inquired. There should be some kind of protocol on what to do when the day isn’t running as should be. Our time is just as important as anyone else. Common kindness, is that asking to much!

All well ","Except" Dr Jessica dismissed me not asking if I had any more questions. Understanding she has other patients.....does shes do this with each one sorta like - Next! Every patient should be treated as their only patient. Or.... don't over book said patients. Think it's called Respect for said patients. Staff always nice.

I went to the doctor due to health issues and was told my prescriptions would be sent over to the pharmacy. That was not the case I sent portal messages I tried to call back twice was put on hold no one ever answered. I called twice and was told that they would give the doctor or whomever the message that the prescription was not sent over. So I decided to go into the office and attempt to get a paper prescription. . I was told that it could be 72 hours before I saw that prescription. I have an infection in my chest and 24, 48,72 hrs. that unacceptable for a prescription? I don’t know why someone would want to wait 24,48 or 72 hours for a prescription, if they were sick, we do not live in a foreign country and that is not acceptable. Your phone system is not acceptable. I was told that you were getting a new system. Well it seems like nothing has changed if anything Sun Life is going downhill. If people are not going to answer your phone shut it down I didn’t get a recording I wasn’t told where I was on the queue. Nothing. I like my doctor, but something is wrong.

Great and attentive staff. Pleased with the care and compassion that I received. I recommend this clinic for top notch healthcare. Sara Husher and Francisca were awesome along with front desk staff and clinical pharmacist.

Dr. Sahara Husher by far the best! She took her time to listen to me, we talked about different options and solutions, her schedule is pretty easy when it comes to appointments. Staying with her for sure.
