The guide had no intention of taking us to Ait Ben Haddou at all. Le chauffeur est arrivé en retard, il nous a grondé parce que nous nous étions déplacés de quelques mètres (j'avais pourtant prévenu notre contact par whatsapp) et nous a fait faire une halte non prévue dans une coopérative de femmes pour la production d'huile d'argan ou nous avons acheté très cher de la soi-disant huile produite sur place (donc vraie et naturelle) qui nous a provoqué à moi et mon fils de très fortes réactions allergiques sur la peau. Je considère que l'agence a pour cela sa part de responsabilité car elle devrait surveiller mieux ses choix de partenaires et éviter les arnaques... Les 3 jours et trois nuits passés au White Camel Camp dans le Désert d'Agafay ont été trop longs, il n’y a rien à faire dans un désert de pierre en hiver (en plus avec le mauvais temps que nous avons eu) ou tout ce concentre autour d'une piscine extérieur non chauffée et donc impraticable. Les activités sont toutes payantes et très couteuse (une excursion en journée à Imlil nous a couté 200€). Les diners qui étaient compris dans le séjour n’étaient pas vraiment bons et nous avons eu droits pendant les trois soirs au même menu (franchement on a vite eu ras le bol du tajine de poulet au citron). C'est ici que j'ai mangé, un midi d'ennui, le pire couscous de ma vie (froid avec une semoule trempée d'eau); j'ai même douté que le chef soit réellement le chamelier mis là par manque de personnel, d’ailleurs notre guide pour la promenade en dromadaire (payée au plus cher) s'est relevé être le serveur du soir. Encore une fois l'agence qui a organisé ce séjour n'a pas su effectuer son travail car proposer 3 jours ici en février c'est vraiment une erreur de gestion du programme. Le retour su Marrakech a été sur la même pente descendante, le riad qui nous avait été annoncé, sur la place des Ferblantiers à deux pas du Palais de Bahia ou nous avions déjà séjourné quelques jours auparavant, n'avais pas de place (erreur de surbooking de l'agence). Donc à nouveau il a fallu attendre l'arrivée du chauffeur pendant quelques heures pour arriver à destination au riad oriental médina, dans un quartier difficilement accessible, pas très joli (même si on peut reconnaitre dans ces rues toute l’authenticité de Marrakech) et loin de la Place Jemaa el-Fna, en plus on ne s'y sent pas à l'aise le soir... bon je passe les commentaires sur ce riad que franchement je n'ai pas aimé... Le personnel a une gentillesse de façade.
