The places looks great, their was a man who offered to take us up for a fee of USD 10 per person, it is a lot for Morocco but it was worth it! The view is great, you get to see both the very poor and very rich part of the city as shown in the pictures attached!

The area has some great views of the coast, but the lighthouse itself is shut and pretty much abandoned. The whole area is very run down and dirty. There is no point in going to the lighthouse itself.

You can find this beautiful lighthouse at Boulevard de la Corniche. To get to the top of Phare d'el Hank you will have to climb 256 steps, from where you can enjoy a sweeping view of the city and the sea.

El Hank is probably best viewed from afar. It was closed to the public when I went, and there was no information posted anywhere about it's significance or history. The area is surrounded by a slum as well. If I could go to the top, it would probably deserve a much higher review.

Fabulous view of the surrounding area. You can get an almost 360 view of the ocean and city. Around the lighthouse on the ground there is quite a lot of trash and broken glass. You have to look where you step. There is also steep cliffs behind the lighthouse down to the ocean. If you are careful you can climb down and get to the sea.

When you ask people in Casablanca what there is to see or do, they will usually say "there's nothing" or "Morocco mall". However, if you are tired of sitting at a coffee shop for 3 hours with the same coffee, this place is incredibly nice. There are many antiques of foreign origin as well as some Berber pieces. There is also a collections of ads for Morocco through a foreign lense. When I went there was also an exhibition of a modern day Odalesque more representative of current culture. I don't remember the price but it wasn't expensive at all and they serve nice tea on the top floor.

Must-see museum with neat collections! It has a pretty wide arrays of exhibits. I particularly loved the glasswork—they were so exquisite and original! The museum building is not too large and it’s located off the main street, so it could be a bit hard to find, but definitely go check it out! Its collections were truly fascinating.

(Translated by Google) Three-storey museum in its small, fairly well-kept, inside contains several very well-finished antiques and collectibles, as well as jewels of local tradition. I really liked the posters of the old advertisements, especially the choice of a room entirely dedicated to kitsch art! Too bad for the tea room, no one was there, but I didn't have time to go down and call a "bartender" and then go back up.

Not sure if it's because we feel like walk into a trap a guy totally hijacked us politely when we went there, he said he's the guy the guard the cleaner of the lighthouse. All of a sudden voluntarily guide us when we want to take a photo there, or actually I do think it's totally fine if you skip this place.

Would not recommend going out of your way to see this. Do not approach the blue house to the north. You can get the same views anywhere else along the beaches.

We could only view the lighthouse from the outside. There are houses around the lighthouse where people live. We were greeted by a Moroccan resident living there, and he began to tell us a story about the lighthouse, which was interesting, but of course, he asked for money for it. You can also find this information on the internet if you want to avoid paying.

The Lighthouse is still working, casting it's beam on the waves. Unfortunately the promenade itself is not that clean, which can ruin your walk.

As a foreigner, if you come to Casablanca and see Hassan II's Mosque, you've only seen 51%. Especially, it is better to visit in time for the sunset. This is a place like Kasablanca's Cape of Hoka (near Lisbon), where you can feel the vast horizon of the Atlantic Ocean and the scorching waves.

(Translated by Google) The coast was originally a few generous, and the lighthouse should be a major building in a place. However, it is really poorly managed. First of all, the lighthouse has become a residential house (or used by people), and it cannot enter. Second, the nearby places are really garbage piled up to a point. It’s a pity that you know how to manage it.

(Translated by Google) The lighthouse is clearly visible from the promenade, can be reached on foot. An old, unremarkable building surrounded by ruins and slums. The road ends a hundred meters from the lighthouse. There is no pedestrian sidewalk at all, just land and that’s it. Apparently, the place is familiar to tourists, but there is nothing for a tourist pilgrimage. Even a signage plate. It was not possible to get inside, the guard (I think it was a guard) simply showed with signs that there was no move. Why it came at all is hard to explain, even good photos fail. 3 b for the hope that the place will be arranged and put in order.

Quick 5 minute stop at the lighthouse. Went during sunrise, but day was too cloudy to get any views. Area is mostly abandoned and lots of graffiti and broken down housing surrounding it. The observation deck area which is few minutes drive before getting to the lighthouse is much better since able to get amazing view of Hassan II mosque across the water and also of the Atlantic Ocean and seashore.
