hi! If you want to have the best time in Morocco and the best place to stay in Casablanca, make sure if you wanna stay here. I made a reservation, and when I got there, they told me that someone had taken over my room at 10:00 pm. I wanted to call the police, but I said it was okay.

Cute, authentic decor throughout this hotel with friendly service and walking distance to some grocery stores. One elevator was out of service and the other one was super slow..staircase there for conveniece. Rooms look slightly run down, but they were very clean and bed was comfortable.

Staff were super friendly. Common areas very comfy. Rooms could do with a little bit of TLC Having said that it's great value for money and short walking distance to many restaurants and bars

Although the hotel has some quaint artistic qualities that lend Moroccan charm, staying here remains a mediocre experience. A hard mattress isn't very comfortable inside a rather cramped space. The height of the bathtub prevented me from showering or bathing due to risk of injury. The TV didn't work. A repairman attempted to fix it, but gave up after an hour. But the breakfast was decent and location is reasonably close to major tourist sites I Casablanca.

I would never stay here again, what a bad hotel. Since the beginning of our stay, the receptionist wasn’t welcoming at all. He didn’t even about looking at us and he didn’t care about our luggage. There’s a bad smell that permeates the entire building. The rooms are nothing better. The bed sheets had a remaining hair from previous guests, the shower has a broken power outlet which makes it dangerous, there was just one outlet that worked, we found several bugs, even a cockroach! We got there late and didn’t have the chance to change from hotel. We felt disgusted staying here. The breakfast was low quality as well.

At the beginning i was very skeptical about this hotel, because it looks nice for very good money. Before I book this one I went there and check it and I was amazed. I don't regret I stayed here. I got solo room, it was spacious, hot water, wifi, soap, towels, clean and if u want breakfast. Staff is speaking English and everywhere are surveillance cameras so is not likely that u get robbed. I personally like it :-))

The rooms aren't clean, in the front desk people aren't nice, bathrooms are nasty and even unsafe. There was even a rouch at the entrance of the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this is the only positive thing I can say about my stay here. They were unaware of our two night booking when we arrived. The rooms were in need of major updating. The shower didn't work and needed to be repaired the first night. Breakfast was disappointing as everything was cold. The only warm thing to eat was the made to order omelet which was bland. The location was ok but the construction outside made it difficult to navigate. Definitely do not recommend staying here. There are better options for similar prices.

Guys the pictures are a total catfish the rooms look nothing like the pictures they advertise. The breakfast is terrible the dishes and glasses are still wet when you need to use it and stored in not so hygienic containers. The WiFi doesn't reach passed the first floor. The bathroom was bad my shoulders could almost reach both ends of the shower wall and the water didn't drain so there was a constant puddle of water in the shower. The hotel doesn't feel clean and there is a weird smell from the lobby couches. It's also situated very awkwardly so you're not really close to anything. The only good thing was the aircon and that they called my Taxi on time.

Decent place at a great price. I chose this one for the beauty and classic Moroccan style decor. I'm not looking for a western style hotel. Im glad I did not pay at booking to include breakfast, it's only a few dollars there. Mostly pastries, questionable fruit/cheese, and a nice guy making omelets. I only got breakfast 1 morning. Room was comfy but AC barely worked, was mostly just a fan blowing. I intended to eat at the restaurant my last night there but they failed to inform me in time that you have to order your dinner in the morning! That was disappointing. The options around hotel are pretty limited and as a solo female I didn't feel comfortable walking far in the evening.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this captivating Hotel in Casablanca, and I can't help but sing its praises. The hotel is a masterpiece of Moroccan architecture, adorned with meticulously crafted zellig tiles that infuse every corner with an enchanting allure. The intricately designed ceiling is nothing short of breathtaking, a true testament to the artistry that defines this space. What truly made my stay exceptional was the remarkable staff – their adaptability and friendly demeanor created an atmosphere of genuine ease. The breakfast experience was an absolute delight, offering a lavish buffet brimming with an array of delectable options. I must commend the talented gentleman expertly crafting omelettes, adding a personalized touch to the already sumptuous spread. For anyone venturing to Casablanca, I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel as a haven of Moroccan grandeur and warm hospitality. It's an ideal choice for newcomers, guaranteeing an unforgettable stay that embodies the essence of this captivating city.

There was a phone in the room to call for service but no directory. The AC remote had to be guarded. Staff kept trying to take it away from me. Three times. To have dinner in their restaurant you needed to order in the morning. No one told me. Day clerk was marvelous. The others were questionable.

A good experience overall, the hotel blends a modern and traditional Moroccan style setting.Unfortunately on the arrival we’ve been told that the Hammam facilities were not available which led me to downgrade a bit the score as we wanted to make use of those. Rooms were very clean, cozy with quite good space, the bathroom was as well very well furnished. Tv with cable and a wide range of international channels available. Quiet area . They have different hotels across Marocco so it’s a good and safe choice if you’re commuting to different city across the country.

Small traditional Morrocan hotel. Oh okay for few nights. It's 2 star hotel so don't expect much. Good location as it is near Casa Port station

Clean, great service. The staff take pride in their establishment. Beautiful decor. Perfect place to start the day in Morocco!

This place is under a 1 star. Noisy, cockroach invested, toilet doesn’t work properly, flies everywhere, food is not great, towels had stains, not a great area…and the list goes on. You have been warned.

pro: close to CTM Bus station and train station Casa Port Cons: Noisy (construction work during day, gangs or whatever shouting during night), rooms acceptable for the price, breakfast couldn't be tasted as all dishes were either dirty or wet. Price had to pay in currency according to booking, in our case Euro!

Friendly staff, most speak perfect English. I believe they also speak French, Spanish and Arabic. Rooms are decorated with art and have TV (mostly in French, Arabic, and German). Seems mainly popular with tour groups. Quite central to lots of interesting parts of the old city. Wifi does not reach all rooms properly.

Area under construction and very urban with high rise buildings. Just there overnight. Nice breakfast. Very accommodating. Fun and exotic place to stay.

This place was great! Room was huge and comfy, fantastic AC, great bathroom fully stocked. They accept card. They helped us book a taxi for our early morning flight. The best part - the BREAKFAST! Literally the best one I had in all of Morocco! I would stay here again!

Between rail station and old town so ideal. Authentic Moroccan experience with very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and good breakfast. Great value.

The hotel room is much better than I had expected. The size of the room and the provided amenities are more than what is received for the cost at other hotels. The service representatives were all very cordial and professional. The room we stayed in has a full bath with tub which was a comforting relief after our journey. The hot water is generated by a unit in the room, so there isn't a problem of having to bath between certain hours. The hotel is an older building which does have a faint, but common, "old building" smell. But there wasn't a strong odor nor other overwhelming smell in the room nor in the common places. If you want a luxury hotel, then stay at the Hyatt, Farah, Radisson, or others. But if you want a secure and clean hotel that provides a value that's worthy of your money, then this hotel is definitely the place to stay in during your visit in Casablanca.

It's a really great place! Wonderful interior that feels authentic. The staff is amazing, all of them were very kind and helpful, all their suggestions turned out great places. I highly recommend buying breakfast with the room, it's much more than what I expected from a Continental breakfast - there are all kinds of sweets, freshly made eggs, cereals, pancakes also some savory options - all in all it's amazing! The rooms are also very nice, clean and tidy. There is not a single negative thing to say about this place. 10/10

We spent here seven nights. The staff are helpful and kind, their recommendations are spot on for tourists. Our room was clean, had working air conditioning and a fridge. It also had a safe in case you need it.Don't expect any view from your window though. The vibe is really authentic to Morocco, the interior is really awesome albeit a bit old. The breakfast is nothing special (continental), if you want to, you can skip it - however the omlette is freshly made in front of you, which is nice.

Fine hotel! Nice staff and nice rooms. The location is sad because the roads are open and the buildings are still under construction. Chafik really helped us a lot! My wife forgot her phone outside the hotel. Some kids took it and ran away but Chafik chased them and took her phone back! He also gave us good locations for food and culture! Thank you Chafik & the other staff for our amazing time here!
