The location and room decoration are good, but the wait time for check-in is too long. The TV stations are all TVs that can only be understood by locals. As foreign tourists, we cannot enjoy any TV services. In addition, the TV screen frequently goes black. The restaurants were closed and the overall experience was average.

This property definitely missed the mark in almost every category. First, we arrived right at 1400 for the “guaranteed” 1400 check in time, only to be told that our room wasn’t ready until 1515. This entire time we were forced to wait in the lobby, and it wasn’t until the 3rd time of me physically getting up and asking that they finally gave us a room key. Very poor service from a reception that should be premium. Then, we were put in a room on a hallway that was flooded, and had a strong mildew smell being blown around by industrial fans through the entire hallway. The smell faintly permeated into our room, and when I told the duty manager about it, his solution was to spray air freshener in the room instead of just moving us. Unacceptable for a “5-star” hotel. Our shower had low water pressure, the hotel jacuzzi was inoperative and cool, the spa staff was unfriendly and inattentive to our request to book couples spa services, so we ended up going somewhere else. The power in our room went out completely 3 SEPARATE TIMES… Is this place a 5-star hotel or a Motel 6?? Each time, a maintenance worker had to be dispatched to our floor and manually reset something. One good thing to be said about the property was that we booked a VIP package for New Year’s Eve at Sky28 and enjoyed it, and the room service was punctual and delicious. It’s really sad that I see so much potential for this property to be a premier hotel for the entire city of Casablanca, but the execution and management is failing this place dearly.

The answer to our conversation is under this post since it wont let me answer you directly. So i stayed around 5 days here and It was the worse hotel experience i had in my life! I don’t even know where to start.. They gave me a room with a shower problem, everytime i would shower the water would go all over the bathroom. I had to hurry before the whole room gets flooded. They didnt change the robes since i saw a clear brown nasty hand stain on it. There was a smell of cigarettes like someone was clearly smoking in the room right before i got in and it was 9Pm. I ordered many times room service the same dish, and everytime something would be missing ( bread, butter, gravy..) and the person delivering it looked like he didn’t want to be there. The worse part is that when i got there i was so jet lagged i slept for more than 16hours and a staff entered the room and he YELLED at me for not putting the not to disturb sign.. Anyways, I couldn't book anything else decent since it was last minute and it was the holiday season as well. I read the reviews and this hotel doesn’t even offer clients to make it up to them. How is this even a 5* hotel anyways? Thank you kenzi for making the stay so uncomfortable! I wont be coming back for sure! Answer: Since you had doubts, it was the kenzi Tower hotel and i have pictures to prove it. I even included a picture of the nasty robe. After reviewing my receipt, i stayed from 20-12-19 to 24-12-19. They had me change rooms since they told me another client was coming… so Room number 1706 wasn’t the only one. Also, I made sure to include a screenshot from my phone including the date and the location (just in case).

It had some really great aspects, and greatly disappointing aspects. For the good, the room was beautiful, the breakfast buffet had a stunning presentation. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with a large deep tub in it. His and hers sinks. The view was faced toward the ocean. For the not so good, the window in my room was cracked, a lot of the premise was run down and not in a state of repair, though, that was most of Casablanca in my experience. You can’t open any windows at all (my shoes and socks stunk so bad from long flight delays, etc, and I felt so bad for the cleaning ladies, I threw my socks away and put my shoes in the bathroom and the maids ended up putting them in a bag lol) Also, I’m a super freak about my toothbrush, and I usually leave it hanging in a way that it is not touching anything. The second day there one of the maids put my toothbrush in a glass near the sink and left it with the bristles touching the wall, I had to run it under hot water for about 2 minutes just to feel okay about using it again. I did not visit the spa or anything like that, but they had a quite fair exchange rate for guests of the hotel, that was very nice for ease of currency exchange. I personally did not have to pay for my room, a friend covered the cost as I was a guest for his wedding. A three night stay netted about $550 USD The sky bar was a double edged sword. Really good views, and cool setting. Loud pounding music, and filled with smoke. If you like loud music and are a smoker you’d be in heaven. It’s a coin toss; some will love it, some won’t.

This hotel is not even worth 1 star. Worst service, worst infrastructure and horrible food. The only saving grace is location. The room card doesn’t work half of the times and you need to go down to reception every time. And the guy at reception is like - it happens all the time. The service is terrible. I came at 11 am and well before the check in time. I asked the guy if I should go around and come if there is a delay in the room. He said one hour as the room is getting ready. It look a sweet 2+ hours for the room and only after I ask him 5 times if the room is ready. The room service just walks in to the room as if it’s her room. No knocking or waiting for the guest to respond. She even serviced my room while I was sleeping. Horrible. The lift is the worst part of the hotel. You wait for 10 min every time you get to the lift. They are only operating 2 out of the 4 lifts and keeping the other 2 idle. On Friday, 10 Mar, the lift was stuck with 40 guests waiting at the lobby. And funny enough when we got in, it was stopping at different floors from what was showing on the lift panel. Worst experience.

The room is big but old I like that they provide some fruits in the room for complimentary It took forever for them to pick up my laundry I called them half an hour before i went out wishing they would pick it up before i went They only told me to leave my laundry at the door so I did and I went out About 4-5 hours later when I was back I still saw my laundry hanging at the door when I called all their answered were just like “don’t worry it’s gonna be fine we will take it” it was like not such a big deal for them they did not even try to apologize for what happened And the day when I wanted to get my laundry back again took forever for them to deliver it When I called and complained, instead of apologizing and comforting me they were like “ok ok i will send” Which was quite rude

Amazing hotel with breathtaking views over the city and very big and spacious rooms. The bathrooms are fantastic as well with amazing large bathtubs. The breaksfast/lunch/dinner food is also varied and delicious. The whole staff is helpful and kind. Absolutely loved my stay. Little feedback: simplify your wifi system

This is best hotel in Casablanca in my opinion. Rooms are big, foods are well, employees are kind, location is relax and view is so cool. You can see north atlantic from floors of Restaurant also Bar.

I personally didn't like it. The room smells at cigarette 🚬 really bad. Not sheets in the bed. The blanket had stains. Al the floor in the hallway is damaged. The breakfast was good and besides I just stay one night in Casablanca I believe it's good location.

This is a real 5-star hotel unlike those in Marrakesh so-called 5 stars. Our room on the 17th floor was very clean and spacious, overlooking the vibrant Casablanca. The breakfast was brilliant. Using President butter and almond honey spread were good indicators of high quality. The omelette wasn't oily. Go to the top floor to take panaramic photos - 27th floor + stairs to the bar. Free to enter.

Truly the worst hotel i have ever been in. I wish my company would stop putting its stuff in this hotel when we come to Casablanca. From reception to the restaurant and even the gym.... all factors of this hotel fails to come close to being above a 2 star hotel. Truly a shameful hotel

Super terrible experience! Asked for additional towel, water, etc as we have three people staying in the room. To our horror, the housekeeping person just open our hotel room door without knocking yesterday night. This morning, same thing happened, the male staff just opened the hotel room door again to check mini bar. Both occasions we were in the toilet/ room so was very surprised someone just walked in like that. We dont feel safe at all! Breakfast is below expectation as well and no top ups despite waiting for so long. Avoid at all cost!

I went to Kenzi Tower Hotels for few times for work and I was really surprised with everything! The hotel set the standards very high compared with other hotels in Casa! The service is outstanding and the staff is helpful! We met with Manal, who made sure that our stay is beyond anything experienced anywhere else around the region! Manal was very helpful and understanding and she made sure to reflect the hotel best qualities in everything! I recommend this hotel always to my network and I thought it would help recommending it here too! Thank you Manal!

By far, THEE best hotel I've stayed at in my 30-odd years of travelling, whether for work or pleasure. In this case, it was for work, which made their incredible service and kindness all the most welcome. We were a huge group of about 50 people and it seemed not to phase the staff. On our arrival, they were 100% ready for us. Literally everybody from the reception staff to the security staff to the housekeepers were efficient, relentlessly helpful, kind and absolutely professional. It says a lot about an establishment when the consistency is seamless across all departments. The rooms are beautiful with a touch of class. The hotel is located next to a mall and perfectly central to the city. Finally, the breakfast was like nothing I've ever seen in my life before. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was great: beautiful rooms, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a perfect location! No more than an approximately 50 meter walk and you can easily get to all the beautiful places and must sees! Highly recommend it to any family or couples who came to explore the beauty of casablanca !!

It was a good experience. I came with a football team and really enjoyed the service. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Special mention to Manager KHALIL who did everything to make me comfortable. I ended up staying extra time with my wife after my team left. Will I come again? For sure.

The Kenzi Tower Hotel in Casablanca, Morocco exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of luxury. The stunning panoramic views of the city and the ocean from my room were breathtaking. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and fitness center, added to the overall indulgent experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and the delicious cuisine at the hotel's restaurants was a delightful journey for my taste buds. Without a doubt, the Kenzi Tower Hotel is the perfect choice for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Casablanca.

Pro: Bed is comfortable, near of a lot of good places, the room is big, tv channels are good, very nice staffs, room temperature is convincing, has a refrigerator, convincing cabinet, Samsung TV, Tea and coffee, big size bottle of water with 3 pieces of fruits, the shower tub is convincing but not good enough, has telephone inside the bathroom, the laundry cleaning is really good, the curtains are good to completely darkens the room, has air dryer, has safety box, has clothes iron. Con: old fashioned furniture, light system in the room is stupid, bath room need to be improved, water heater in the bath room is stupid sometime it gives you warm water not hot water, old telephone, the TV is small comparing to the length between the bed and the TV, no teeth brush or slipper, sometimes dirty blanket or pillow or bath towels, the air-condition has old system, most of electric sockets outlet are hidden or used by lamp but you will find some easy to get or near the bed to charge the phone, empty mini bar, no shataf to clean your down there, some of furnitures are broken and the door handle, sometimes staffs never answer your call for assistance, room floor is fully carpet which I don't like because it absorb the dust, hair( specially this one), dirty things and it makes bad smell, rooms near the elevator will be not comfortable and quiet because of the talks of people.

This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning does not work. I called down to the front desk and went down in person. I was told someone would come right away, but nobody ever showed up. Only two of the elevators work. The WiFi is bad and unreliable. Some of the rooms smell like mold and mildew. The food is mediocre at best. Do not stay here. Choose another hotel.

There is a complimentary underground parking. Suitable location for businessmen and businesswomen because its at the crossing of two major boulevards. However its very noisy. Those who need fresh air cannot chose this hotel. None of the windows open nor in public places nor in the rooms. I personally suffocated as to speak in the room I was given. Eager to go out to the pollution Just to breathe a semblance of air. The rood top on the top floor has nice views but unfortunately the furniture, decor and service need immediate changes. I had a room on a high floor because I asked for it in order to enjoy the views with the big windows that I had seen in the photos, but little did I know that the views are obstructed with small circular spots on the windows that annoy the guest who wants to take in the view. The hotel explains to me that its done for reducing the fear of heights and eliminating solar rays which is ridiculous because a person who is scared of heights will not choose a room on the 25th floor and curtains exist to block sunshine. The gym is good with relatively updated machines.

  • 3/5 Sherif Y. 2 years ago on Google
Good location in a good neighborhood and about 30 mins to the big mosque, port and old madina. Cleanness was below average: the floor of the room had some food crumbs and was not clean. The hand sanitizers next to the elevator were always empty at my floor and no one bothered to fill them up. Staff: The staff was very friendly and nice. All the way from the reception, the doorman, and the room service. Also the restaurant staff were amazing. Bar/Restaurant: The sky28 bar section has indoor smoking so beware if you are not a smoker. Their restaurant food is over priced, small quantities. The room is bright and spacious but I didn’t like the white dots they have on the windows (supposedly for blocking sun and adding privacy) as it also destroys the view. The bathroom is the room was really spacious and the combined wet shower room with the tub was a nice feature.

  • 4/5 Ali S. 4 years ago on Google
Very good location and if you are lucky with a high floor, you will get a nice view on the ocean yet the pattern they have on the windows ruins the view completely. I’ve stayed twice at this hotel and I book family suites and every time I come and our rooms aren’t ready despite checking-in at 4pm..it’s either a way of showing off how busy and in demand they are or really bad management of check-out/in timings.

Is the hotel really 5 star? The room is very dusty I woke up with stuffy nose. The bathroom shower leaks when i shower and the water goes to the carpet and now My carpet is wet. Imagine having a wet carpet in your room. The staff are not professional at all. Breakfast buffet is meh.
