Been a customer of the brand for several years now. Appreciate the quality and always come back for trendy yet classy clothing. Their customer service at the Morocco Mall however is the absolute worst! There is an obvious lack of respect in the tone and way of approaching customers. The latest recruits are a nightmare to deal with and obviously have no idea on how to interact with people. It ruins the whole purchase experience and frankly makes one reluctant to ever come back. One's dignity should not be attacked, under any circumstances, and this store's employees certainly know nothing about that. Shameful!

Customer service is the worst. And they never answer the phone.

The staff is awesome except for one person or two. The overall experience is good but falls behind Massimo Dutti Morocco Mall.

Massimo Dutti Casablanca has a lot of cool stuff. The only problem for me is the language, the person serving me wasn t speaking french or english.

Don't buy this brand, you think you look richer, but you don't.. just makes you pathetic.

I love the brand, but the supply management at least in Casablanca stores is horrible. For three years on all my visits I barely was able to buy something due to their stock shortage on the S and M sizes on all relevant articles.
