Dr Tyal was on his phone, his laptop, answering his office line phone calls and taking notes all at tge same time while I was there like every 3 minutes I was interrupted. Then he left the office with me inside to go see one of his friends who called him so he stepped out to see him and that took 12 minutes. All yoggether he asked me 3 questions. I was supposed to be therefor a consultation which costs 350 dh when we were done he personally asked his secratary to charge me 600 dh for session when I wasnt informed of this before. How can we be schedualed for a consultation and then he decides to make it a session that lasted not more then 38 minutes. I paid only 400 dh and the lady gave me an appointment in 2 weeks. I will nrver go back there. I was supposed to feel better after that apointment not disappointed and hurt by his sarcastic remacs on my life choices and the way I chose to live my life. Infirmiers à requalifier dans la prise en charge et surtout la prise de parole avec les patients et leurs familles.
