Good but in general the prices in Morocco are extremely high for what it is worth. I understand the taxes are high hence the prices but they definitely should revise the business model if they want to be as competitive as the Spain prices which are just a few kilometers away. Especially if many of the models are made in Morocco but with a huge price gap vs Spain.

Worst customers service ever. I chose 6 pieces and I want to enter to the fitting room, The staff he stand front of me without greeting or nothing and he say no it’s not allowed I accept it, but after 2 minutes I saw 2 person coming out from the fitting room and the person how stop me was there, After I saw people change out of the fitting room , i vist Zara store’s around the world and first time I feel it it’s not in the stander. The first Zara store in Casablanca, very large, well stocked. Some good deals from time to time which makes it an interesting shopping experience. I will appreciate when the staff respects the observance of the measures aiming to reduce the number of Covid contamination such as temperature reading and the wearing of masks.

The McDonald's of clothing. However even with low expectations the queue was too long with not enough registers. Counter-intuitive sanitary "precautions" making everyone pay at one single bottleneck. Not cool.

Some of the staff can be unnecessarily rude. This specific Zara is always a mess. Idk if it's only during the times I visit it or if it's always like this. But it's hectic and messy every time I visited it. I know some of the staff are doing their best to keep it organised but it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. As for the clothes they have, I'm not sure if this applies only to this one Zara, but besides being ridiculously overpriced, the clothing items I find here are always over the top, not something for everyday outfits.. not my cup of tea but I'm sure others may enjoy their style. In sum, it needs more organisation and staff and also the security guard can be nicer to the customers.

Worst Zara I've ever been in. The halls and fitting rooms are a mess. Of all the booths in the women's fitting room, only 3 worked. I waited more than 20 minutes in line and, as a result, there was no light in the booth that I got.

Typically ZARA is super overcrowded and messy. This place actually was super fine to shop at. Well done

One of my favorite clothing brands, the store offers a great selection of products from female, male clothing items to even zara home products. The staff is very active, i never had a problem getting an info or asking around for a clothing item. The clothes are very well displayed but it's a shame that the customers are very rude/inconsiderate and leave a mess behind them (literally a trail of clothes on the floor) .
