This place is awful. Would NOT recommend at all. Aside from a terrible queue system outside, this theater has many issues. We purchased tickets online to see a movie, and by the time we showed up (on time), every single seat in the theatre was taken. Not a single seat open. The staff blamed it on people buying tickets for other shows, and then going to see this one, but this entire situation could have been avoided by more closely checking peoples tickets. The entire place is an unorganized mess, and this should be known to anyone wishing to attend. Not what is to be expected of the best theater in Casa.

I went to Megarama cinema to watch the William Method. The cinema is very modern with many screens and large comfortable chairs. The sound quality was great and the screens were good. I was very impressed with the quality of the cinema and also the film I had watched. But the only thing I didn’t like is the WC, they weren’t clean and no toilet paper available.

Well i think their service is just average as compared to their main competition i.e IMAX. I know IMAX is slightly more costly but trust me it’s worth it.My main hustle with them was that i found the projection ridiculously dim.I don’t know wether thats the usual thing or it was just that day.3star for cost of ticket reasons.

This movie theater went downhill over the years it is not well maintained. The staff is not welcoming and never smiles. Some seats are ruined. There’s a weird smell inside. It would have been better if the quality met the price range of the offered services.

Nice location but not clean and its bathrooms are not clean

That is the main cinema theatre in town and we should expect the best quality but this place is just average with seats that are not well maintained, many are broken, and minimum options for food. In winter time the movie rooms are cold and not heated. Awkward the way the french company manages these facilities.

megarama is good cinema, the screen was large the quality of the image was great but I do have problem with the quality of the sound it was low and I just didn't felt surounded by sound. and i do have another problem with the selection of the movies ,they don't bring movies with low budget like lighthouse, red rocket...

We literally burned inside the room 17 watching Flash, AC wasn't working and the heat was in another level. I actually did alert the staff to intervene but nothing was put to work. Bad experience among others in this cinema theatre.

After the pandemic hit, it took me a while to trust and to go to cinema again. And it was amazing to find myself there again. It wasn't crowded because I went in business week days and it was cool.

Who the hell still watches movies dubbed in French ?? I understand some of people still have some difficulties to understand english but french subtitles are enough ! A movie should be watched in it’s own language.. and feel the acting of the actors by listening to their original voices not some anonymous french !!! This issue needs to be studied !! This Moroccan generation is not the same as before.. even in France they prefer to watch the VOSTF movies !!!

Totally disapinted with the generalisation of the vf version while most of the Moroccans prefer now watching movies in english and original versions . Can't understand what is good about movies wih a non original version . Shame on evryone who gets to decide this brilliant idea of making murphy only speaks frensh.

We waited a whole lot of time, just for the movie to be sold out. So we decided to go for MI, and even with that, they didn’t simplify the buying system. Only 2 ticket booths were open for more than hundreds. Let’s not forget the problem of VO and VF… Shame of a cinema.

This cinema is an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The staff at the ticket counter are a communication disaster - rude, disinterested, and gossiping like it's a flea market. Popcorn is perpetually sold out, prices are extortionate, and the choices are pitiful. The entire place reeks of feet and filth, the AC is always non-existent, and post-screening cleanup is clearly not in their vocabulary. I endured this torture repeatedly due to a lack of alternatives, but thank goodness Pathé has arrived in Casablanca. This cinema is a disgrace, and whoever owns it should overhaul the staff and amenities pronto. No sane person should endure this misery any longer.

I really like the organisation of this cinéma every thing in it place , clean and wide Popcorn cost 25dh 🤣 for the quality of sound and vedeo i give it 3,5/5 I have a small note Why the heck they do not have auxiliary gaps I was there last week and i had to wait for like 30min just for my turn And that’s because they have only one ticket’s window

We watched Spiderman in the “Horizon” room which was very big and had comfy chairs. They have salty or sweet choice for popcorn but mot much variety for other snacks. Overall, average cinema experience.

I had a really bad experience there like the chairs are so uncomfortable and dirty and the sound of the ads are really loud, the sound quality of the movies is so bad, the parking employee didn't even let me relax in my car for 5 min like he told that i should leave immediately after getting in my car with such a bad tone. Will never go there again.

Megarama in Casablanca offers a fantastic movie experience with top-notch picture and sound quality, comfortable seating, and a wide film selection. The only area that could use improvement is the pricing, which can be inconsistent. It would be great if they could work on making pricing more predictable and reasonable for a 5-star experience.

I thought they d improved over the years but no they made us pay full price even tho it was the day everyone paid 2 tickets for the price of one they didnt even bother explaining to us plus the parking was paid aswell which is utter nonsense since it belongs to the cinema, the food was stale as of the popcorn and the seats were dirty, the quality of the screen was the worst very blurry i could hv watched it better at home

I went to this theater 3 times now and all were less than stellar. - 1st time : some exterior light was filtrating through the door and projected on the upper left corner of the screen, not a big deal though. - 2nd time : went with 2 other people, the room was full to the brim and couldn't sit next to my friends so i asked if they could delay us to the next projection which they blatantly refused, so we ended up split all around the room, plus, the screen was dimmer at the center than the top and bottom, it was very distracting and destroyed the 3D experience. - 3rd time : again went with 2 other people, there was nowhere to sit before the projection room opens, I have some reserve on the sound quality but it wasn't terrible either, what ruined the experience is that at the end of the movie an employee was angry at us for staying in the room until the (almost) end of the credits and that I'm slowing them down for the next projection ! she could have come to me and asked me to leave respectfully at the very least. Really I think I'm done with this theater, they should make many improvements but more importantly they should teach their staff to be more respectful to the costumers. Here is hoping for some serious competition in the future.

I like Megarama. I like that there is a variation of movie options. It's great that they include American movies that are popular worldwide and not only Arabic movies. The last movie I saw at Megarama was not dubbed in French, but I don't mind because I'm lucky enough to understand both languages. People who don't understand French or English then Megarama isn't for them because there are no Arabic subtitles. I took away one star from my rating because of my issue with the food cashiers. I got yelled at by the food cashier twice 😥😔 They get angry at you over the smallest inconvenience, especially if you happen to be a kid, a young teen, or a young woman. First time I got yelled at was when the cashier had to switch our order. All we said is we wanted chips instead of candy, and that's all. The second time I was with my younger cousins. I told her what I wanted and the moment I asked my cousins what they wanted to order she yelled at me. She told me "you should hurry up, they should already know what they want,I don't have all day to wait for you".... but it's been less than a second. Btw, I would *never* make people wait a long time in line because of me. I understand that working in service can be stressful and tiring, but please be kind. By no means I was being a difficult customer, actually I have never in my life argued with a food cashier.

The prices has increased since Covid that is a shame and I did find technical problem with their site for online payment but overall it is still a good iconic cinema I enjoyed my movie the seats were quite comfortable and I had a good time

EXTREMELY CROWDED. No organisation or whatsoever and the seats were dirty. Almost everyone was eating and chewing while watching the movie which was annoying and extemely disrespectful.

I've been there for Mesmer show, it was quite good.. The organisation i well done, although it was a bit of delay about 30min to start the show, but it was ok

I visit Megarama Cinema a few times a year, and frankly it depends on the theater room: most are great, some aren't. Overall, the movies repertoire is immense, the movie and sound quality are both great most of the times and the staff is also quite helpful and nice.

Good space, we were in room 13 there was a strong smell.

Casablanca Cinema, most common place to go watch movies and shows, also able to reserve theatre room for speciale business events.

The cinema is nice ans clean, but the room so soooo hot and there was no air conditioning.

Normally the price of the movie is 65 dhs per ticket , because of “ the success” of the movie they increased 10 dhs per ticket during our purchases thinking that they have right to increase prices one the movie is in demand which is completely inaccessible behaviours.

I mean, it's good on a weekday, the weekends are a bit crowded. The popcorn was too salty and there wasnt much soda and candy options.

The theater smells like feet, seats are uncomfortable too.. and we paid for The batman ENGLISH VERSION, and they streamed the French one. What a waste

What could have been an amazing place, it was unfortunate to sit on broken chairs and very chabby walls. It's a place with huge potential for entertainment but unfortunately not very well taken care of :(
