About 4 years ago I had a bunch of tests at this place. I was never able to get my results. I did have to pay for them. I spent months calling and finally went in. The receptionist told me they changed management and lost a lot of paperwork. These were important tests. It’s not a great story. I had to redo the tests elsewhere. The good news is I’m ok now but not thanks to this place. I think it’s dangerous to be a patient here. It easily could have gone much worst for me. I never even got an apology.

Slow, slow, slow. Only see my oncologist 20 mins once every 8 weeks. Wait lines for a new schedule is ridiculous. Wait time on the main phone # to speak with correct dept. Ridiculous. I have decided that the aggravation over the past year is enough I'm going elsewhere.

This is the WORST possible place for any person for any person seeking support from the pain and suffering caused from cancer. PLEASE, I beg you to go elsewhere, anywhere. My insurance provider themselves stated this business was NOT in my best interest and NOT TO ALLOW them to touch me. Seek services elsewhere. Please listen up and save your life.

My wife gets cancer care at Banner with Dr. Kumar and others. They are professional, caring, positive, helpful, and always prepared. My wife had care in Seattle at University of Washington and it was mostly terrible. The emergency room at Banner gets zero stars!

Front desk/check in and check out is horrible. Unorganized and unfriendly to say the least. Most cancer centers I have gone to the staff has been so nice and friendly, not here.
