I had a good experience. I was seen pretty quickly after arriving for my appointment. Dr Hart was friendly and did a thorough exam of my eyes. The place was clean and they did good keeping up with cleaning machines and surfaces after they were used. I especially liked that I wasn’t pressured about getting new frames after my prescription was essentially the same as my last visit.

I choose to go here even though it is a long ways across town. Dr. Iverson is very thorough and friendly. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. They are not rushed, will help with anything where you want advice, and really seem to want you to be happy. My glasses will be in soon and I look forward to visiting them again to have the glasses fitted.

Very Professional staff and the eye doctor was very nice and professional as well. There Covid safety protocols are top notch as well! Clean and sanitized equipment, including the eye glasses you choose to try on. That's a huge plus for me , being an immune compromised individual. I was welcomed and made to feel at ease. The staff is so professional and kind. I love the fact that all my questions get addressed. I am totally impressed with how through Dr. Iverson is. He is awesome. An excellent, talented, knowledgeable master of his profession.

Friendly professional office located very conveniently. Lizeth provided all my pre exam services. Dr. Iverson did a thorough exam and explained my vision challenges and lens correction options. He also discovered a horseshoe tear in my retina. His diligence and immediate referral to a retina specialist allowed me to have the tear repaired within days, which prevented potential serious permanent loss of vision of my left eye. Lizeth patiently assisted with my frame choice from their wide selection and took measurements. My new fashionable progressive, light weight glasses were ready for pick up in a week. I am very happy with the care provided and the relaxed environment, yet strong professionalism of this office. It felt like the team enjoyed working together and appreciated each other, which topped off their customer satisfaction. They will definitely be my choice for my future vision visits.

You really do get what you pay for. It may be a bit more expensive than some other places but when my glasses were bent and needed to be adjusted, they were there- going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. For me it’s worth it to get a better quality product backed by Knowledgeable professionals that will make sure I get the most out of my purchase. Thank you so much. Always love getting exam and glasses here. Dr. Iverson makes me feel like we're old friends. He is very attentive to my vision needs. The team is friendly and very professional. They greet with a smile and know what they're doing. Glasses selection is great. I always find something cute and easy on my wallet!
