One of the most charming McDonald's I have ever been, with two floors and an external area to eat and enjoy the beautiful Cascais city.

I recently visited the MacDonald Cascais branch and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and despite a small crew, the service was prompt and friendly. Located in a popular tourist spot, it was the perfect place for a quick meal. The food was delicious and I enjoyed my meal there. Highly recommended!

Ordered the tripple cheeseburger out of curiosity. Fries were freshly cooked which were really good as it should be. However, the cheeseburger wasn't. It would've tasted better if it was freshly made. I love burgers so I can tell if it was just made or had been sitting on the warming bin for a while. There wasn't a lot of people at that time so they could just prepare as needed. So yes, only 3 stars at this time.

Good food but you need a password to go to the toilet tho. It is written on the check in case someone needs.

I’m American so I had to try it - I just got a plain caramel sundae cause I kept seeing it in advertisements and after lunch it really hit the spot!! 😋

Popped in for a Pitstop with the kids on a brief visit to Cascais. Standard McDonald's fayre - quite busy as it's right opposite the railway station. Food was served hot and quickly with no mistakes in the order.

Everytime I come here and order a cappuccino, I have to wait Today my coffee sat on the counter until I spoke up and asked for it. They forgot my coffee and was preparing other orders.I don't like cold coffee.

Yesterday I went the Cascais branch, the service was not fast enough despite very few orders. I had CBO but it was not hot enough, the front staff asked me if I wanted a ketchup or not, that was very nice of him. I went upstairs and I choose the place where I wanted to sit, but it was really dirty, full of leftovers, I had to use my tissues to clean it.

i was craving hashbrown, which was the reason why i came down to this McDonald's spot, but unfortunately they didn't have it and it wasn't that busy at all. Should I call, before i go back, to check if they have hash browns next time? I don't think so.

The stuff is very good but the food is cold when they serve. Need to look after the delivery from in side kitchen

Most slow service ever experienced in McDonald. Had to wait 36 minutes only for one meal to take out, With my 6 month old baby, unfortunately this is not first time i faced this slow service on same McDonald in Cascais earlier as well, looks like its normal for them, kitchen and service counter will full staff, burgers full under the hot holding, still waited 36 minutes, and customers full in front of the service counter and waiting and waiting, Time 10.30pm 8/7/23.

Probably the worst of all McDonalds ever... pathetic service, disinterested staff, and pigeons pecking away at your food on the outside tables.. Ordered a double bacon burger...and other food. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for the order, and after going up to the staff and asking about the order, they just took another burger off another tray, opened the packaging, and threw 2 small bits of bacon onto it, and in the same crumpled packaging squashed the burger back in.. Definitely would avoid this branch of McDonald's.

So happy today to find the coveted Egg McMuffin. After 3 weeks on the road we wanted a slice of home and a simple breakfast. There it was. Tasted pretty close to how it does at home. Service was excellent and the restaurant is clean and tidy. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. More seats available upstairs as well. Coffee was so, so. But that is ok.
