I have been a client of Santini for years but I'm sorry to say their quality has been better! Do not ask for coffee ice cream because it is anything but! When I complained it didn't even taste like coffee and was too sweet, I was told that "i" was the problem and not them. What arrogance!

The mango flavor is unique, but both the vanilla and raspberry favors are also excellent ! Impressive history, well kept place and friendly service. We learned about the two locations of Gelateria Santini and chose the second one on Ave. Valbom. It is quieter and we prefer it that way, but the available seating was occupied to 80% at 3.30pm in the middle of September

Best ice-cream I have ever eaten! I have been here 5 years ago, came back now and the ice-cream taste did not change. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Definitely gonna come back again for this heavenly taste.

The chocolate and coconut flavors was good. They have a small seating area outside where we are our gelato. It was ok.

The gelato was delicious. Smooth and creamy, and it melted in my mouth. I got the NATA C/ DOCE LEITE and DOCE BE LEiTE and both were outstanding.

Hidden on a side street so no crowds. Pistachio had full nutty flavor and passion fruit was sweet and tangy.

This is the type of place that you worry it is overrated, like how special can their ice cream be? Then you wait in the queue and try the ice cream and you realize that yes, Santini ice cream really is that special. Some unique flavors make it well worth the wait!

I don't have a sweet tooth but I still loved it. Our guide told us about this place and we decide to try it. When we went it want very crowded. You buy ticket first and then go to counter and get the order. We liked the hazelnut flavor a lot. We also tried strawberry and pistachio and all were delicious.

Ice cream is good, but service needs improvement. Veeeerrryyy long queue. Only 1 person serves and it takes 15 minutes to get one cone of ice cream. Service was much better before.

Super tasty ice-cream. The fruit flavours are my favourite, high quality with pieces of fruit on it. It is busy, with queues sometimes, but is absolutely worth it.

A very good ice cream, made with fresh ingredients and a reasonable balance between sweetness and the flavour of the chosen ingredients. As an Italian used to excellent gelato I am only rating this 4 stars, but it's possible that this would deserve 5 stars compared to the average gelateria in Portugal. There are only a handful gelaterias I would rate 5 stars across the globe, but given the quality of ingredients available in Portugal I would expect a gelateria to be able to do even better.

Fresh ice creams, great variety in flavors and with a lot of people waiting. But it is worth the wait, as the ice cream is very tasty. First you order and pay at the checkout and then you go in front to pick your ice cream.
