Such an amazing place! You won't regret going here! It's easy to travel to Guincho beach from Cascais Terminal, with the bus no 415 or hop on hop off bus. The wind was quite strong, it's good the have a jacket or a hoodie when the sun is not shining. The water has freezing cold (on June 13th), and the waves quite violent, but the view is spectacular. You can go swim wherever, but here the view is the main purpose. I let some pictures as a proof. 😉

Windy but great views. Car parking was cheap at €2 for the whole day.

It is quieter than other beaches, it kind of gives more natural atmosphere, ideal spot for peace and quiet. Foid, snacks and drinks can be bought here.

Nice little find here while out on a bike ride, right on the beach with good choice of food and drinks.

Peaceful beach close to Lisbon. Super easy to access and leave if you’re not driving. You can get an Uber in just a few minutes. Extremely cold water, and some big waves, not the most appropriate place for swimming and staying in the water but great to lay at an empty beach. They also have some small shops that sell water and food.

Rude, and poor service! The guy just leaves the counter right during the time I'm ordering, doesn't say a word and proceeds to spend 10-15 minutes stocking the bar. Lame!

Stopped off here with a campervan, off season in March. Beautiful rural spot with some restaurants. Great for campervans and outdoors walking/cycling/running. But maybe a bit away from facilities for families.

Service is slow, but the food is well worth it. We had salads, and they were beautiful. Seating was comfortable, with nice shade and a beautiful view.

Best hamburger and salmon salad in Praia do Guincho! I spent lovely days in August in this beach bar!

Had a pretty hefty tuna melt with a surprisingly delicious tomatoey sauce!
