Put in a drive through order. Window person seemed to hate being there. Didn’t speak to me the whole time just glared at me. Food came out fast. I looked at it real quick and said thank you with a smile. Nothing just glared at me . Food ended up being 75% wrong even though the screen order and receipt were correct. The food they gave me tasted fine though. I hope they find some people that want to work there.

When I walk in 2 staff where taking a break. They both jumped up and serve me with a smile 😃. 3rd person give me my meal,also with a smile 😃. All 3 where very polite. Oh food came out fast. I will be back. Great value for your money 💰.

We felt like the restaurant was closed because not lit up. Everything in drive thru was excellent. Find was hot and bitt drive thru workers could not ask for better service or got tacos. The second workers handed us we will do better next time because of outside lighting. For free tacos with my order next time. .

This location is poorly managed. Constantly closing and locking their doors. I drive a large truck for work and stopped to get dinner/lunch at 6pm for them to be completely closed for inside. I am not able to go through a drive through with the trucks size. I commonly find this location to close like this completely and turn buisness away

I used to love going here. It's my favorite fast food place. But it's always so slow. I never really get all that I ordered. The people are very nice, if i do have my order wrong they always fix it and apologize. I know they can turn it around, I have faith in them

Don't bother going in because no one will be at the register to help you for 5 minutes even if you have a mobile order ready. And when you do, they'll give food to the person that ordered as you walked in. At least acknowledge the customers you have inside instead of staring at them. Go to any other Taco Bell but this one

Went in and got out in 5mins!! Turned around n was in and out in 3mins bc I forgot my team member's order. The food was hot n just how I ordered!!

Once we figured out how to use the electronic menu and payment, Taco Bell became one of our favorite places! The 3 crunchy tacos supreme with pink lemonade is our favorite. Nachos Bellgrande with jalapenos is another favorite.

I tried to go here for breakfast at 9am and I waited at the order box for 5 minutes and no one answered. I then pulled up to the window and no one was around so even though there were cars in the parking lot I assume that no one inside wanted to work. I left and went across the street to McDonald's.

I ordered 3 bean burritos, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos, and a combo #8. The only thing right was the combo. Look at these burritos. My wife is vegetarian which is the only reason we go to Taco Bell - so she can eat. We got zero cheesy bean and rice burritos. Instead, there is BEEF in them. She can't eat it. These bean burritos are basically just tortilla because there's barely anything in them. And when I tried to call, they disconnected their phone. Darryl, the GM, will be getting a complaint from me because this is not the first negative experience I have had at this location.

Not accepting cash or credit... Only online door dash orders. This is the worst TB in the metro east by far! Avoid if possible....
