Upon arrival they had changed us to a smaller room without our knowledge, we reserved a king through reservations and they put us in a full. When Asked desk girl she got rude and over talked me when I explained we needed the bigger bed and the size of bed that we already had paid for with reservation. Also got charged $100 deposit which we were not told about when making the reservation with the customer service agent. This hotel is not worth a $100 deposit nor the $85 we paid for the room. The Room was filthy and smelled of weed. Front desk gave us air freshener to spray which only covered the smell. They did not seem to care about it at. This place loud and busy all hours of the day and night, treated rudely by front desk employee Shwarma ( think was her name) she sat at the front desk with shoes off and was very unprofessional. Front desk staff was rude with the exception of one man and one female who both worked early morning. Hotel is run down and dirty. Spilled some water and the towel was black with dirt from cleaning it up, floors had not been cleaned at all. Was not worth the money paid and wont be back. Save yourself and avoid staying here at all cost. Wish I could give this place zero stars. Only good thing was location and size of the tub. Pictures show the floor and what was found under edge of bed on floor and under the nightstands that we moved closer to bed.

Wife and boys stayed here on a recent trip. The front desk lady was rude. Wouldn’t let her check into the room that she had booked online. Wife had to call and cancel her first booking then rebook a room with two beds. And not just a king. My boys are small children. Then the front desk lady was rude about my wife having her corgi with her. Tell her the dog has to be on a leash at all times no matter what. Duh that’s kind of common knowledge.

Dirty sheets on bed. House Keeping gave me sheets to change bed, but we're wrong size. Would not give me more. 2 lights out in room. Maintenance came and replaced them. Other than that no complaints. Wouldn't stay there again. Supposed to have free coffee, but didn't

Worse hotel 6 to stay at. You're better off sleeping on the car. This hotel had bed bugs! Change room twice because it was dirty! Second time a bed bug was near me when I was about to fall asleep. Ask front desk for a refund they said the manager was not there and they would contact me the next day to give me a refund!!! Until this day I haven’t received a call or nor my money back !!

This place has terrible customer relations and management. I reserved 2 nights in advance and each night was charged at $67. Then the day of my arrival, I call to confirm if my reservation was still good and the desk person said my total was $190! How did that happen!? So okay, I didn't like it but I needed a hotel to stay in. I arrive at the front desk ready to pay and the lady says that charge an additional $100 for a security deposit! Essentially I would've payed $300 for just 2 nights! Insanity! At that point, I drove back to Missouri and slept in my car in the Union Station lot. Rest assured, I will NOT be coming back here!

They never cleaned our room during our 5 day stay. We asked very nicely if they would said staff wasn't there after 2pm. I had to put my own sheets and a different comforter on the bed. The bathtub was slippery. It really needs skid pads on the bottom of it. I held onto the bar but hurt my leg and bruised it badly. I told the staff but of course they didn't care. We switched rooms halfway through but it was a room with window that was unsafe. They placed us in room next door but the ac was kind of noisy. Only one ice maker worked on the main floor and it was on its last leg. The third floor ice maker didn't work at all. They had the audacity to ask me if the one on the 2nd floor worked. I'm not doing your job. The backdoor also isn't secure so there's no point in having a card reader there. We also lost a winning lottery ticket and they refused to run the camera which i found suspicious. No one ever said sorry for any of the issues we had. They gave us a measley 10% off. Most of the staff was rude and one even shut the door on me when she was walking out. Much needs to be done to make this a nicer place to stay.

The linens on the bed were dirty. They were covered with stains and what appears to be dog hair. The fridge was dirty with leftovers food inside. The TV didn't work properly. There was spider webs on the ceiling in every corner of the room. The motel smells like weed throughout the building. It's impossible to sleep with people constantly in the hall making noise. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This hotel is plan nasty.

Moving rooms 3 times because a/c and broken bed in first room. Second room toilet broken. Third room man from housekeeping just walked in, didn’t announce he was anyone with the motel. My husband ran to the store it was only me in the room. I Felt very unsafe. The only saving grace with this place is the front office ladies. They were so friendly

We got there about 7pm. The front desk clerk was rude. There was some weird stuff on the bathroom floor and worse of all the air wouldn’t shut off. Had maintenance come down and he tried. It was stuck on air and wouldn’t shut off. There was no other room for us to move to so we were offered blankets and was told come back if we need more. I was trying to talk to the person behind the desk and was once again treated rude and talked over. The 100$ deposit……front desk person said I could pay it with cash or my card. She said it will go back on my card immediately after I check out. Not true. I still have not gotten it it’s been almost 24 hrs. I called there this morning was informed it could take 24 to 72 hrs. I’m not thrilled at all with this. I asked the person I spoke to this morning about some kind of discount since we froze all night. He said NO. It was my 3 grandkids 10.7 & 3 and myself. They were vey cold. So unacceptable.

The girl at the front desk made a mistake and gave us the wrong room with one bed when I asked for two and very clearly. When I brought it up to her she said I didn’t say that and to fix it “you’ll have to pay me $$ dollars.” And very rudely so. And when we got our correct room the bathroom door would not fully close and there was some gunk on the lamps.

I witnessed the front desk lady being rude to several guest as I was checking in. Not only that when she gave me the key card she wanted me to go check room to make sure the TV worked and that it had running water! It made it very hard to do because the keys didn't work. After going back down and letting her know she had the nerve to tell me to go back an wait on maintenance man to come fix lock, needless to say he never showed after waiting 5 minutes. I return to front desk and she act like I was inconveniencing her when I asked for another room. She being informed me that she couldn't give me another room and that she would have to just reset the keys in which she ran up to the room and was able to get the keys to working. I then entered room to find hair all in the toilet so needless to say I would not be staying at that particular motel 6 again!!

Don't stay here.. That's the best advice I can offer. We had 2 rooms. Air conditioning didn't work in either. It was 85° in both rooms at check in. . Desk told us to turn down thermostat and it would cool off by time we got back from Cardinal game. It didn't. Still 84° around midnight. We asked for other rooms. There weren't any. While I was at desk asking for a fan another guest came down complaining of cigarette burn damage to the bedcovers. Maintenance came to both our rooms and made adjustment to unit but a.c. did not work any better. It was the most miserable night I've ever spent in a motel. By morning it was 81° thanks to outdoor temp drop. We told day clerk at checkout we had no a.c. all night but no adjustment was made on our bill. Sleep was minimal until exhaustion led to short doze. Motel 6 doesnt lead to high expectations but "clean" and "plumbing/air conditioner/heater"/ lights all work" should be basic must haves. Don't expect it here.

Other than the dirty floors, blood stained walls, flies and the maggot nest, in the vent this place is amazing! My dog took a huge dump on the bed and nobody even noticed!!! I can’t believe they didn’t charge me a cleaning fee! Also, the guy Anthony who stands outside and smokes cigarettes has that welcoming grandfather attitude… aside from following me to my room and trying to break in when I wouldn’t give him any of my meth! Def come here!!

This hotel was very basic. If all you’re looking for is a comfortable bed and a safe place to sleep then this is your place. But the walls are paper thin and you can hear literally everything in the next room or the hallways.

Wouldn't let me stay because of a age policy I wasn't informed of when making the reservation nor provide a refund. This was in 2014. It's been over 7 years and I still can't help but have hateful feelings. I highly recommend the nearby America's Best Inn that doesn't discriminate by age (being under 21) they even had a jacuzzi tub which was a pleasant surprise, when I had to get a cheaper room at a different hotel after not being allowed to check in here.

The 100 deposit was weird as most motel 6 iv stayed in did not do this. Door was flimsy and I could hear everything happening outside my room. There was a strong smell of smoke and having ashma made it hard to breath. Front desk was really nice she did offer another room but I did decline

1st of all were in a pandemic/covid and this place was filthy, the city need to inspect this place immediately!! Starting with the lady that checked us in she was frowned up, rude & very unprofessional one baby size microwave near front desk was dirty asl, no fridge/microwave in room. The Elevator had hand prints with different color stains, I leaned up against the back of the elevator and got blood stains on my yellow jacket (disgusting). The room was cold, it never really heated up, the pillow cases/towels were dirty. The TV was the smallest size tv I ever seen in a hotel and the screen was showing more black then the actual picture itself, straining my eyes. Called the lady at the front desk to ask if she had cups/ice bucket, her response was were out, we also asked if we could change rooms, she said no. All the mirrors in the room was smeared with something brown, window seals had black dust and air was coming thru the cracks, floors dirty & left over trash under the bed from previous guest. The room had a stale smell, not fresh, appeared they did not disinfect, the ceiling was leaking. Overnight the hallway smelled like strong marijuana and oh my God it sounded like we was at a dog kennel, the dogs barked all night, it was crazy. They sounded like big horses, I love dogs I have 2. I could not rest all night. The next morning we called down to the front desk and explained things to the guy and he said we can change rooms right away. He was friendly, concerned. Never would I stay here again, you better off staying in your car. Even if you are a 2 or 3 star hotel all I ask, clean it up. I had to share my experience, future customers do not stay here, you will be overwhelming disappointed!# 😞

Clean an friendly and honest. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. KP went above and beyond. I noticed 2 days later that i forgot my Apple watch in the room. KP checked on it and called me back. It was turned in by the housekeeper. KP also went to FedEx to mail the watch including charger to me. I definitely will be back and recommend staying there. If you stop say hello from Micky to KP

I wish I could give 0 stars. I guess the saying “you get what you pay for” is true. I am not impressed with my stay here. When walking into the room a terrible smell of stagnated urine hit you instantly, the beds appeared as if the sheets were places back on the bed from the previous occupants of the room without being washed. Stains and animal hair on bed linens. There were dead flys on the floor and it seemed as if the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. I went down and asked for a different room. I was given another room, but it was WAY smaller than the one I had originally booked. The floors were just as nasty with dead flys and dirt. The bed was super uncomfortable it was like sleeping on concrete. The pillows were flat so I went down to the desk and asked for 2 more pillows, I was told they didn’t have extra pillows. What hotel doesn’t have extra pillows! I have had some pretty bad experiences in hotels in the past, but this is by far one of the worst. Save yourself the time and spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. I know I will in the future.

This establishment has been incredibly disappointing. Despite the time that has passed, I'm still shocked by the manager/owner's disturbing behavior, including disrespect, racism, and violence. I strongly advise opting for sleeping in a vehicle over supporting such a deeply problematic individual with your money. If you ask for clean sheets (ones that do not have cigarette burns) you are treated as if you are a an Inconvenience. Then the manager in his infinite wisdom tried to call the cops even though I was a paying customer. I told him I would leave his property if he refunds my money and he said it’ll go back on my card in 2 to 5 days - at which point I said no because I don’t trust him. Needless to say the cops didn’t side with him. The maintenance guy had to come and give me sheets and didn’t even hand them to me!!!! He left them at the door.

We booked two rooms for one night on 02 September 2023 from the Motel6 ( Yes, their own website, not 3rd party) website. Once we reached the property after a whole day of driving, we found the property was closed for renovation. They didn't inform us anything while booking and we even got our booking confirmation via email. We then had to call customer service and they relocated us to a nearby motel6 with a higher price ( the rate of the relocated motel) than the price we booked earlier. We asked them to charge us the same but they refused!! We were exhausted after driving and had children with us so we didn't feel like talking with them any further and accepted their offer. This was the worst experience I ever had booking a hotel online. Never going to use the Motel6 again in my life.
