Love Jimmy Johns and used to like this location, but it has gone WAY downhill so we will not be going back. Most recently placed an order and then waited 30 minutes, behind one vehicle in line, and then were told they lost our order and we had to re order, and it would take another fifteen minutes so we said no thanks and left. They said they were understaffed while seven people were working. Very disappointing

I'm a dedicated Jimmy John's customer. Today changed that. Your website says open. You were closed at 11:10. That's three strikes folks. Two visits ago no bread. Last time, no meat. Sad. Fortunately, Jersey Mikes is 100 feet away...

My first time visit here! The service was good. The sandwich was fair but I wasn't real sure what I was ordering. They really need some one to clean the dining area and bathroom was my only complaint!

The worst jimmy johns I’ve ever been to. In the drive through every time I go, I get stuck there for at least 20 minutes behind ONE car. The sandwiches are thrown together very sloppily. Always forgetting/ messing up an order. Ive been to this location about 5 or 6 times since ive been living here, and I have not gotten a correct order once. Its very unacceptable how slow they are, considering every time I go theres at least 5 workers in there and only about 2 cars in line.

The wait time has been over an hour! When it finally got to my turn to order I was told it was going to be an addition 15-min 20min. Management please come up with a system to put out cones or something to let your drive through customers know you are backed up so they can avoid getting trapped in the traffic line! And not even offering a compensation to apologize! Won’t do that again!

Ordered sandwiches for our volleyball team. Called to make sure the order went through. Told us it would be an hour. Went to pick up and hour later, told us they hadn't even started it because they didn't put the order on the line. Said it would be another hour. Went back an hour later and told us they hadn't started it. Called and they said they can't do am order that big sheet having been there twice and then telling us they can do it. Now we have 20 girls who don't get to eat lunch because they didn't do our order. I've never had a problem with bringing in a team to order. We'll go back to Jersey Mike's.

Every order lately is missing something. Today's order the mayonnaise packs that the slip specifically says to bring with. Last time it was a whe order that was lost. Last time I order from you.

Came in here during travel for a quick meal. The reviews I read said that they were out of bread in the past…I got here at 645pm and the doors were locked. They were out of bread. What a joke. Go across the street to Jersey Mike’s.

We have tried to use JJ's twice this week. Both times we needed it delivered to us as we were pulling a stock trailer. The first time we were told they couldn't deliver as they needed their driver to help close up (20 mins before closing time). Then today, we ordered and had it set up for set up for delivery. After 35 minutes we called to see what was going on, and they told us it would be another 10-15 mins before they were going to deliver it. So we had to cancel our order and find other food. So much for speedy fast delivery.

I’d give more stars but I’m sick of going there and being reminded why people in the fast food industry don’t deserve 12 plus and hour. When your manager or owner can’t even do a entry level job properly then it’s shows why people are so annoyed with it. You read my order back to me while handing my sandwich read aloud there was supposed to be bacon added and you didn’t even hesitate to be like oh I didn’t put it on. This has happened the three times I’ve tried eating at your place. Like come on like I know it’s not a lot extra but if you’re going to charge extra for stuff make sure you’re putting it on or just please do a simple job correct! It’s not hard to read the ingredients for a sandwich and stack it on there.

*update: I raised to 3 stars since they appear to have cleaned house and at least make sandwiches now instead of the last crew staying out back and smoking with their friends ignoring their jobs. Bread was rock hard/stale and near inedible though, but the staff seems to be trying now at least, and I was able to get food that time, and a 2nd visit produced a real edible sandwich finally along with 2 staff that were friendly and doing their jobs, so I have hope for my former favorite shop now. Tried to eat here 5 times over the last year, could not get a sandwich any time because they were always out of meat, cheese, bread. They were always hanging out behind the shop with friends, smoking. They appear to do that instead of work, as I've driven by 10 or 15 times going to Jersey Mike's instead, and often see the employees behind the shop instead of working. Jimmy John's is by far my favorite, but I can't even throw my money at this shop as they don't appear to care about doing work to prep cheese, meats, and breads. My time of visits have been between 2pm and 7pm, and they tell me to "come back earlier". Really?

We originally set out to go to jersey mikes. Jersey mikes closed down 15 mins early so we went over to Jimmy John’s where Ty and Zoe made us regret trying Jersey Mikes in the first place. They were very welcoming and made our experience great! We will definitely be choosing Jimmy John’s first next time. Appreciate you guys staying open in the late hours and having great attitudes! We will be back!

Jimmy johns usually has one person working. They always make the sandwich I order. I appreciate the simplicity of the ordering process. They keep it real as the ingredients.

Your safety is at risk. Gentleman who took our order was also making the bread. Took our order and then proceeded to fish money out of the tip jar to produce the change, and then went back to making bread without washing his hands. Young man making sandwiches had no hair restrain on and was eating stuff off of the surface that he was making sandwiches on. Gross.

This was probably the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. The service was subpar. They told my kids they were out of unwich wraps and then when I walked in they said they just need to “make more”. One of our sandwiches was not made correctly.

Every time we go there, doesn’t matter what time of day, they are out of everything to make a sandwich, if they do have the bare minimum to make a sandwich the food is good. I love Jimmy Johns but the service and lack of inventory of food makes me not want to even bother going there.

By far the worst jimmy John’s we’ve ever been too. Both sandwich’s turned out wrong. Guy making the sandwiches was wearing a greasy sweatshirt. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Terrible, the kid in the drive thru orders was quieter than a mouse. Then didn't get my order right. And the new pesto sandwich sucks! No meat, tomatoes and the little meat on it was old and tough. TERRIBLE

No bread. Offered unwich or had a loaf of bread to slice and make our sandwiches. Didn't have some of the meats, said it didn't come on the truck?? Didn't slice sandwiches as requested. Put my jalapeños on my daughter's and didn't put the mustard on I ordered. Don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was just bad. I guess I could have just walked out.

I can't say enough good things about Jimmy John's! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with an energetic and friendly staff who are always ready to take your order. The speed at which they whip up their sandwiches is truly impressive – it's like they have a magic wand back there! And the taste? Oh boy, each sandwich is a masterpiece of fresh ingredients that burst with flavor. Whether you're craving a classic like the Vito or something more adventurous like the Beach Club, their menu offers something for everyone. The bread is always perfectly baked, providing the ideal canvas for the delicious fillings. Not only do they focus on speed and taste, but they also pay great attention to detail, ensuring each order is exactly as requested. I'm consistently impressed by the quality and consistency of their food. If you're looking for a quick, satisfying, and incredibly tasty sandwich experience, Jimmy John's is the place to go. 10/10, I'll be back again and again!

Probably the slowest sandwich joint I’ve ever visited. How long it takes to make a sandwich is probably the only consistent thing going for them. Drive through you’re looking a good 15-20 minutes per vehicle, so be aware if you’re on any sort of time crunch. Then when we finally made it to the window they were out of bread 🤷‍♂️😂

Was apprehensive to try said sandwich establishment as the reviews are not very high, however my experience in the sandwich shop was impressive and set a new bar for customer service. The skinny one held the door for me and had a cool nickname. The one with the pretty purple hair had really sandwich recommendations. He also had a really cool nun shirt on. This was the raddest sandwich place, rock on Jimmy Johns

Take freaky fast off the sign. Unfortunately I like the food but this is the worst location in the country, and Iv been to a lot of them. So slow, mess up my order every other time, horrible service. Employees are baked half the time. Seriously, I can’t understand how it’s so hard to make a sandwich and move faster than a snail. Love jimmy johns, HATE this location. You know it’s bad when I literally never leave reviews. But it’s just getting worse.

I placed an order for delivery and accidentally gave the wrong address. The driver was very accommodating to my error and the food was amazing!

  • 2/5 Katherine N. 1 year ago on Google
I usually don’t write reviews but something needs to change or this jimmy johns is going to go under and I love jimmy johns so I don’t want that to happen. I cannot believe how slow they are. I pulled up to the drive through with 2 cars in front of me and I am not exaggerating when I say I’ve been here for 15 minutes and I’m not even to the window. It’s like this every time. It’s actually unbelievable they’re still open.

Amazingly delicious subs! Only disappointment is the hours posted on google for the Casper store are wrong; google has 10 am to 10 pm however they do not open until 11 am. Sadly had to go elsewhere for food.

The sandwiches are good but my orders are never correct. I'm always missing items I've payed for. Most recently, was missing all my cookie, chips and my drink. I try to keep going back and regret it everytime. Boo city

Food is fabulous and fresh. But, I ordered online, 20 minutes later, I sat in line another 20 minutes. Need to work on speed. Have some running line to see who is just picking up orders. Line is too slow. Spread out and worko on Assembly line speed

Sucks I got such a snarky and unnecessary response from the guy with the septum ring running the drive thru and window because I really like Jimmy John’s sandwiches but just based on his service I’ll be going to Jersey Mikes. I understand the number 3 tuna doesn’t come with cheese but most times I order it I get asked if I want to add and I have an allergy so it makes me feel secure to go ahead and say no cheese even if they don’t ask. I don’t need a worker saying “well it’s a good thing you ordered the 3 and not the 15 because that doesn’t come with cheese.” And then when I pulled up to the window he decided to continue educating me telling me that there are two tuna sandwich options and one has cheese and one doesn’t, as if I have completely inconvenienced him by simply saying “no cheese.” I have an allergy I will always say that. Get someone working the drive thru and door that won’t be personally offended or annoyed at something like that because that was honestly so stupid and turned me off of this business.

Trash management and employees apparently. Can't get good service with delivery or in store. Always out of ingredients and non polite. The beach club is good but not worth it apparently.
