I want to give a huge shout out to Sedona. She was an absolute Rockstar during my visit today. She noticed my drink was not quite made right, and instead of just trying to hurryme through (because there were about 8 cars behind me) she took the time to completely remake it to PERFECTION. She had a huge smile on her face and was very sweet! From now on whenever I think of EXCELLENT customer service, I will always think of Sedona at this location! Thank you Sedona!! 😊

Thé fastest and friendliest coffee stop we’ve had so far driving through 5 states! No wait times like some other coffee shops we encountered. So happy they were open early at 4:30am as we had to get on the road early in the morning. Coffee was fresh and just what we needed.

Go here sometimes for my usual drink, always tastes as good as ever. (I recommend the iced vanilla chai tea latte <3)

stopped in today to get a drink, this is the third time in their drive-thru that my drink was made wrong and was not what I ordered, even after repeating the order twice. Very disappointing! :(

Ashlynn killed it on the drink order. I tried something new and it was delicious. She was very nice and polite. If you've had the same thing and looking to switch it up see if she is there to help. She moves fast and gets it right the first time. She always remembers my order.

I have came a few times since getting in town because I feel like you should give businesses a second chance before leaving them a negative review. This Starbucks is the only one that shorts me on cold foam every. Single. Time. I’ve never gotten a decent amount of cold foam here. Usually me and my husband come together and I’m almost positive they make one batch and split it between us and charge us full price still. The cold foam is literally 1/8 of the amount you’ll get anywhere else in town. Skip this Starbucks and choose any of the other ones.

How hard is it to make an iced coffee? 80% whip cream and 20% actual drink. Will void this location in the future.

Was super greatful to finally see a Starbucks when on the road for so long but they didn't make my drink right.

Drink was what I would expect from Starbucks. But waiting 42min to get 6 cars through the line is horrible. Just not a reasonable expectation for any location.

Staff is very friendly. It's clean and fast. Great coffee ☕

Drinks great usually fast unless they're training

Delicious drinks on a very cold windy day to warm me up with very good flavor in the drink I get which is Hot chocolate. Breakfast Sandwiches and Oatmeal I tried a few times so very good also ❤🙂 great Staff at all the Casper Locations

I mean what is there to say it's a Starbucks. It's clean though and I spend a lot of money though. Staff is always nice and does there best to make sure everything is perfect for you.

On most days this is a great place with great food, drinks, and service. Always great on the weekends no matter how busy! However, this is the second time the same girl has not only messed up my drink but then was rude when I nicely asked her to double check. It’s a very simple coffee order and I’m a very polite customer. Each time that I’ve had to have her remake it in front of me they’ve ended up being different amounts than the first time. The first time clearly being four shots and the second clearly being the six that I ordered. I understand mistakes happen, we’re all human. But maybe a certain barista should remember that the next time they can’t remember how many shots of espresso they poured. Or just don’t be rude when someone, who used to be a barista themselves, politely tells you the drink she gets everyday of her life obviously isn’t the right amount the second you hand it to them. I will have to start going to a different location as I’m not sure when this person will or will not be there to give me the wrong drink with a side of snobby attitude. Which is very unfortunate since I go there pretty much every day. One bad apple ruined my brunch.

I purchased 4 of the toasted white hot chocolate. It tasted like straight warm milk. I ended up adding a pack of Swiss miss to everyone’s drink. Super disappointed as we only purchase Starbucks as a special treat, a few times a year.

Preordered my drink 30 minutes before I arrived to pick it up and it was still not ready. Sat in the parking lot for an additional 20 minutes AFTER speaking to the lady running the window. Watched every car that pulled into the drive thru leave while I was still waiting. Went to the window and drink was still not made with Tiffany telling me my order must’ve got “kicked.” They all see me sitting in the only car in the parking lot for well over 20 minutes and still want to give me an attitude and excuse after excuse when I go to the window. Offering to make my drink “real quick” after I’d been sitting for that long. Save yourself the effort and go to a local coffee shop where you will get faster AND BETTER service. It would be one thing if this was single event but this is the 2nd time in less than ONE week.
