I ordered two crunch wrap supremes, I took like five bits into this and I was still not getting an beef like they are suppose to have beef in them I’m really disappointed and will never eat their if they really think I’m gonna ask for extra beef just so I can actually get a bit with beef then you are so wrong😡

We ordered two chili cheese burritos through Uber Eats. It arrived quickly but this was our burritos. One is basically empty and the other was almost just as bad! We paid almost $8 for these. What a waste of money!! Horrible.

Food was great, super fresh, hot and tasty. How can I complain about the $5 craving box. 14 dollars worth of food for 5 bucks. The store it's self was a mess. It was filthy, and it didn't seem like any of the employees cared at all. There was no urgency to get anything cleaned up. There was what looked like feces on the bathroom floor, that an employee used and had to have seen. Pretty gross and sad. But like I said, food was great

Went inside to place an order, no one else in line up front. Empty dining area. Waited with no acknowledgement, I could see 3 crew members working. I understand drive through may have had some orders. Maybe it was a short handed shift or something. Perhaps someone could at least say "Be right with you in a moment" or something like that. Nope, I guess not. I got tired of waiting...left and went to Taco John's instead.

The line and drive through moved rather quickly. Unfortunately did not receive any hot sauce as requested but overall not someplace I would go if I was paying my own money

Really, Taco Bell. Bring a classic back and treat it this way. Used to be my favorite. I've only been able to order it twice. This one was cold. The last one looked worse. but at least somewhat warm. Kicker. It's late at night when nobody is in line. It should be done right. Second pic was Feb 28th. By the time I ordered to drive up to the window. I got this. Plus they forgot stuff. Mind you. I was the only customer in line. Lobby was closed. Come home 3 minutes away to this and cold. I asked being a regular customer with other stuff. Excited to see it back. For a remake. Told no. That's hownitnis. It was un edible. Can we give negative stars somehow. Reached out politely to higher ups. No response. These were two different orders. Has anyone reached ou from TB. Nope! I've even called.. one looks disgusting m. The Ither looked like it was dropped. they laughed and did nothing. Taco Bell for ya!

Visited the drive thru at this location at 1am. We were 3 cars in, but we were out of there in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly, singing songs, and having a good time while still being customer service oriented. Our order was perfect with plenty of our favorite, the Diablo sauce.

Taco Bell is not Mexican food, but it is great food! I go there so much that my immune system is now used to everything they serve without making me sick!

The breakfast is horrible. You get mostly tortilla with little egg and sausage or bacon. Where you taste nothing, but tortilla. Never will get breakfast from this location or Taco Bell ever again. Skimpy on ingredients. As for Lunch/Dinner. It is hit or miss if you actually get enough ingredients to taste something other then tortilla. Guess they have to be skimpy as much as possible. Specially, after rebuilding this location. Funny how the workers want $15 an hour, but make lousey food. Just another typical fast food joint. It's almost not worth spending money at these lousey and skimpy places... Pathetic service...

This location is always good, never messes up my order, it’s clean and always tastes fresh. Best Taco Bell experience in my life. Coming from Florida, where Taco Bell can be quite trashy and uncaring about quality, this is so pleasant. Not to mention the employees are always friendly, kind and willing to help. Good job y’all!

I used to come here all the time but the last two times they have lost my order. Both at the counter and mobile. I did get my refund I asked for but it has been unpleasant. I hope they better because I do enjoy the breakfast.

My best drive-thru breakfast experience yet. Very polite and fast, but my food was well made. Great staff!

This place made adequate food. Unfortunately, and this is not posted anywhere, the lobby is supposed to be closed overnight but will never be locked. So I walked over here from the truck stop across the street and got an earful from a staff member when I tried to order inside who eventually did let me order. Disappointed to see this selective closing of parts of businesses going on from 2020/2021 I thought that we were past that now.

I paid $10 for 2 tacos with 3 or 4 tiny pieces of chicken, I few pieces of lettuce, and a small sprinkling of cheese. I'll go to Sam's from now on and get a $5 roast chicken, chips, and a Santa Fe Salad bag for less than their 2 tacos cost me. I can then feed my staff or family or eat for a week for a little less.

They are absolutely crazy and not in a good way. Every time I have gone they they messed up the order and I just ordered one tonight and it had nothing right. Didn't even get our drinks either. Most of the staff are absolutely obnoxious and rude. What happened to taco bell

Don't order sauce packets, you'll most likely not receive them anyway. Tacos are half full with mostly lettuce, crunch wrap basically a hardshell wrapped in a softshell with some nacho cheese and nothing else. Literally the worst taco bell I go to unfortunately it's a few blocks away and don't want to drive across town to the other one

The food is better at Taco John's! They need to buy a broom and mop and teach their employees how to use them, the floor where the food is prepared was disgusting. I won't be back!

Great service. Besides the “how much sauce would you like” I say handful. I ordered 4 burritos. They give me three sauces. Come on guys. Jesus.

The staff is amazing always kind and smiling. The manager however is a different story. I was in the drive through picking up my mobile order and the poor girl at the window was getting yelled at by the manager in front of customers. I understand sometimes employees need correction but in front of your customers is not the place. I do not know the managers name but am very disappointed about the way this employee was treated. Regardless of her being yelled at she still smiled and told me to have a great day. Pitiful.

Ordered thru Doordash again, against my better judgment bc last time took so long. Last time driver had an order before me, this time they had two orders before me. Yay. So after waiting almost an hour from a store that is 2.2 miles away, i received someone else's order. Idk if it was driver error and mixing up the 3 deliveries, but i was super annoyed. DoorDash did credit me, but after working all day and having maybe 3 restaurants for delivery at this time, and with no car, this sucks.

So we doordash often and usually the food is good but tonight we doordashed for my pregnant girlfriend. She is currently crying because the freeze wasn’t frozen and was just liquid. Thanks eastside tacobell

No nacho cheese in the 3 burritos we ordered it in and the 2 nacho cheese cups ordered were missing. The store clearly ran out and tried to pass without saying anything. Pathetic.
