DO NOT STAY HERE!! Immediately upon arriving you'll see why. This is a run down trashy looking dump of a hotel. Immediately gave me the inner city vibe. I sure wasn't going to leave my motorcycle unattendes in the parking lot. Spoke with a few locals who confirmed the hotel is known around town as a hangout for undesirables.. cancelled my reservation immediately and lost my money, but still feel better having done it.

Highly disappointed in our current stay! We have always stayed here, when it was the Ramada, for the State Pool Tournament and never had any issues until now. Our room was not cleaned after the first night and no clean towels were left, hopefully going back to the room today this wont be an issue again. In addition to that their cable was not working, and over 24hrs later still not working. The young man at the front desk was very pleasant and unfortunately he indicated he was told by his manager to tell guests that "it is being worked on" but there is no ETA of when it would be restored. Considering it still has not been restored, yet other hotels in the area have service, makes me wonder if they even paid their bill. Who knows what the issue is since I cant even talk to a manager. Have tried multiple times to speak to a manager to only be told that they are not there. I was advised the manager would be there this morning, 3/24/22, which they were not. Unbelievably disappointed to say the least, especially when this has been our regular place to say for at least the past 5 years.

Beds are broke down. Pool is tiny. House keeping attempted to come in just hours after checking in. NOT WORTH $111 A NIGHT OR $570 A WEEK. I would ask for a refund but I know I won't get my money back. Don't waste your money

Great! Although it looks dated,, it was clean. They have a huge bar and game room, with darts, couple slots, and pool tables. Our room was huge and had a jetted tub and 1.5 bathrooms. The front desk clerk and bartender were awesome too. They also have laundry room.

Keys didn’t work for coming and going into building. Under staffed. No breakfast. No pool. Pool was being fixed from flaking paint, would not ventilate fumes. My daughter has asthma. We had to leave. We were asked to move rooms 3 times from faulty air conditioning. Ice machines were broken. I will never return to this a establishment.

Old motel that has recently been recently remodeled. Seemed kinda sketchy and parking lot felt unsafe. The swimming pool was broken when we were there. No cups for coffee in rooms. Beds were small- never seen any like them before tbh. Best part it is near Platte river and walking path. They charged a $50 deposit in addition to cost of room.

Hotel was dark, creepy, and unsafe. First room was occupied by another guest. Second room was having ceiling tile work done. Third room was dirty and had a used Keurig cup in the bathroom. Hotel was dimly lit and parking lot was not lit well. Overall, terrible hotel. Only redeeming factor was a very kind receptionist.

Stayed here in March...remodeling going on which was fine. However my room was filthy and the toilet ran all night. Was told we were the first ones in the room in months and they didn’t clean it before I got there from the head of cleaning who was super nice and so was the maintenance man who fixed the toilet but then the toilet still ran. We checked out and were told they were refunding our money. Now over tow months trying to get our money back and no response and no refund! Do not stay here they do not respond and everything is done at a main office who doesn’t care about responding to their customers!!! The worst hotel I have ever had to work with and I have stayed at many over the years and never had this kind of treatment!!

We were so tired after a drive. They gave us the key to someone else's room. As we put the key in, they came running after us. Gave us a new room, it wasn't clean, garbage in the bathroom, broken mirror. Upgraded us, we found a flip-flop in that room. I ask about charges, and they argued with me and stalked off. Never again

Great stay. They worked hard to be Covid Compliant. One star off as the house keeping staff about knocked down the door three times after we told them we were not yet ready to depart. Started at 8 A.M. and kept going till we got out of the room. Let's just say they are serious about getting the rooms clean and Covid compliant. Remodeled building nicer than it appears from the outside. Don't forget to hang your Do not disturb sign even if leaving early or you will be worried about a broken down door.

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It was nauseating. The back parking lot was dark and did not seem safe. I did not feel comfortable going to sleep. The phone did not work. The plug ins on the lamps did not work. There was no one at the front desk to talk to. I will not be staying here again.
