I will not be back to this specific location. While the staff was polite enough, the service was definitely lacking. They got my order wrong and did not even offer to correct it or refund the difference. The food itself is incredibly fresh and delicious. It is too bad it is so expensive. The price combine with the poor service will probably prevent me from ever returning to this location, and possibly any locationsfrom this chain. I ordered a veggie bowl with avocado, what I got was a tofu veggie bowl with avocado. I am not supposed to eat soy. All they said was "sorry for the miscommunication". Bummer.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was my first time eating in this place. The meat is really fresh also the rice is good. And the hot sauce is good. The place is very affordable. And it’s not too busy. The restrooms are very clean!

Absolutely 100% worth it. I wanted fried chicken from a place behind them. They were out of white meat. I'm glad they were. Turned around and saw this gem. I got the sweet and spicy bowl with a side of dumplings. Everything was just perfect. The dipping sauce for the dumplings was soooo good. Would recommend for anyone. Update 10/1/2022: Was in the area again. Ordered the same thing.... it was just as delicious as the first time!! I'm going back for dinner😩😭🤣

Ordered take out the other day. As with everything else, the price goes up. Was good but less meat and more rice. Miso soup was good, I added tofu when I returned home. Tried the dumplings, kinda gummy, not really the best representation. But hey, we tried. Staff was nice and were not stingy with the condiments.

Food is mind blowing. Service is fantastic. The manager is really good at what she does. Love the dumplings and Plant Based Steak with Avocado !!

Very nice place to eat. We stop every tims we come through. Foods always great but the only down side is the bathroom was kinda a mess. But it was all guys working so that explains it. But i love it!

The food is very well prepared, tasty, nicely presented and reasonably priced. The staff and management are among the most polite and courteous I’ve even met. The facility in immaculately clean and bright in the kitchen, dining area and restrooms. I’ve visited it when it’s busy and when it’s slow but I’ve yet to see any staff or management not busy doing something constructive.

The meat was COLD!! went there this afternoon around 2:45 I totally regret it service was good but the food total disappoint.. I hope they work on that because I’m a regular costumer

Food was fantastic and great, friendly service. Place was busy, but we still received our food in a timely fashion and it was delicious. Perhaps a little on the pricey side, but well worth it and looking forward to stopping in on future visits when we travel down south.

Waba is one of my favorite places to eat after school, they give good fresh food that is healthy and tasty. highly recommended the spicy chicken bowl and a side of dumplings.

Fast friendly service. Plus the food was great. Had the tasty good mini chicken bowl. The dumplings were fantastic as well.

New restaurant I had never heard of, indoor was closed before 8:30 pm, only drive through available. (Store open 9am to 9pm.) Was looking over the menu when 2 employees exited the building (8:30pm), and left. 1 employee yelled to me from across the street they were closed.

Probably the best quality fast food in the area. I’ve been here a number of times and never had an issue. Always got full and satisfied. Good customer service. Not a fan of the music, but no big deal.

Always stop by on our road trips. Best chicken bowls. Tasty and so fresh. A must stop when driving through Castaic Lake area off the 5 fwy.

The service was good and the staff was nice. I ordered two Beef bowls and received something else. They gave me 2 plates with veggies. They were out of white rice, so I excepted brown rice which tastes awful( hard). Will not go there again.

It's OK for a relatively healthy meal but prices have increased substantially. I'm not sure a bowl of rice with some vegetable and a little chicken is worth $11.51. Which their website menu says it's $8.99 but when you place the order for pick up it comes up at the higher price.

My first time here had no idea what to expect, I was very pleased with my order, the staff was very helpful and polite Can't wait to get back and try something different
