Breakfast was terrible and very few cold options available!.There was a wedding that affected my stay I could not enjoy dinner in the dinning area at night or even grab a drink at the bar.I wasted my money booking with them.Zero value for money.I would never recommend it to anyone.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Maybe it was 4 stars 20-25 years ago, but not today, and definitely not worth 100€ per night. The hotel was really run down. The ceiling planks at the corridor must never have been cleaned. Same with the faucets in the bathroom, full of salty grime. The tiles on the terrace are half broken. The toilet is not well fixed on the gypsumboard wall, so it moves and makes noise every time you use it. It is a matter of time when this thing falls off together with the wall. The radiator in the bathroom was probably the same one installed maybe 25 years ago. Really makes me wonder where do they get the star rating from. The only thing maybe worth the price, is the location, right across the street from the beach and very close to restaurants, super market etc

Room is good but the balcony is superb!!! The staff especially girl in reception was super nice... Breakfast is OK not great not bad, Scrambled eggs was best I had in years in a hotel. Nice pool aera, Absolut worth a visit in summer season

Rooms very small for 2 persons. Receptionist: the young girl is not helpful and quite stupid. Carmelo the old guy is very nice and polite. Management quite arrogant, cavrones.

Top hotel in best location! This was my first stay at BW Mediterraneo and I will come back. The location is excellent - some minutes walk to the beach, many nice restaurants in the area, train station in 500 meter. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They will do their best to fulfil all your wishes. The property ist very clean, all COVID measures are in place, the rooms are quiet with nice balcony, very clean. The breakfast is great, internet is very fast... just everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a clear view to the Mediterranean and the rooms were clean (although my pillow smelt of vinegar - maybe used to clean it?) Loved the outer decor. My favorite surprise was seeing the finches in the lobby. I enjoyed visiting with them for a while. All in all a very good stay.

Location is perfect . Restaurant in lobby. Amazing breakfast (breakfast staff were a+). Clean pool. Lots of loungers and outdoor furniture. Air conditioning worked perfectly . Not really much English television stations to choose from . Beds were comfy . Safe worked .

overall good value for money in a immaculate and lovely small and personal hotel close enough to some shops and barcelona and a few minutes from the sandy beach and bars and restaurants. but the menu food was very erratic from tasty to inedible and during a very quiet time of year were often nowhere to be found and advice given was very badly informed and caused a lot of problems and cost, not caused by language barriers but lack of listening, understanding and willingness.

the rooms are good big with natural light. the breakfast is also very good. but the diner is really bad. i can t talk about the lunch but if it s the same cook dont take it. there are plenty of restaurants around. the staff is friendly and helpful

Downtown Barcelona can get stupidly expensive when it comes to finding a hotel room. This is a great alternative, the hotel is 7 minutes walking distance from the train station that takes you to central Barcelona, but you can also walk 1 minute to the beach (you must have breakfast or lunch at one of the little beach Chiringuitos, a beloved tradition of the locals) and it has a swimming pool. We love Castelldefels and when our friends come to visit, this is where they stay. It’s a neat hotel, I recommend highly.

Quality of the rooms like at so-so 3* hotel. Also, be careful - BW hotel group have another hotel with absolutely 100% the same name in Italy. I stayed here in Castelldefels for 2 nights and had to prolong my stay for 1 night more. Just copypasted hotel name to expedia and booked it. Next day at the recieption I found out that it was in Catania... BW not transfered this reservation to the correct hotel and not refunded due to their policy. I can understand when hotels sometimes have the same names. But the same names within 1 hotel network "Best Western" - this is inadequacy

Not a bad hotel with excellent location and pleasant pool but definitely not value for money. Breakfast was amazing. Parking space very narrow for a normal car, not recommended.

Excellent hotel very close to the beach of Castelldefels. Cosy rooms and a very nice swimming pool area. This time we stayed only for one night. Next time we'll stay longer for sure!

The hotel has all the necessities you need but if it has quality that is a different question. The breakfast is disappointing, providing nothing special and the stuff it is providing tastes bland. The rooms are really noisy and only offer the minimum on comfort you need, nothing special and quite disappointing for the amount of stars the hotel apparently has.

The best stay ever, my fiance and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The rooms are fresh and spacious, the staff are wonderful. The location is 10/10 and simply breathtaking. Friendly reminder - Please do not use the local taxis, especially the ones from the airports, crooks and bandits who will overcharge your taxi ride. So please AVOID TAXIS at all cost. Use local trains and buses you will be saver.
