We had the most wonderful time. Simone and Roberta are such sweet people. The farm is absolutely beautiful. A little oasis of peace. Everything is done with such attention to detail. We booked dinner every single night because it was some of the best food we’ve ever had. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed and looked forward to returning to the apartment and having dinner after our day trips because it was just so beautiful. I can not recommend this place enough. There are beautiful beaches not too far away and everything else you could possibly need right in Castiglioncello. Btw: Roberta sells stunning jewelry that she makes herself. We bought a few beautiful pieces.

Nice spot to discover the northern coast of Tuscany. We spent there three nights with our tent. The camping area is located beneath the farm house and has its own pool. There a more spots for caravans/campers with very hard ground which aren’t really suitable for tents. There is some space where you can camp on grass but there is little natural shadow. Further, depending on the wind direction, the nearby street and soccer/tennis field might be too loud to have a relaxed evening!

We stopped for 1 night on the way home in this fantastic place. Campersite was well organised and cosy. Facilties very tidy and comfortable. The owners make evening dinner with a fix menu for the guests upon inscription which we did. The food was delicious antipasta : different plates pasta with tomato and meat and a wonderful homemade fig pastry and a limoncello to finish 32€/ person water and wine all included. We highly recommend this place!

Very nice place to enjoy the silence. Simone is very friendly and helped us as fast as possible. Bathrooms are very clean. Breakfast with homemade cakes and homemade jams. Dinner was awesome as well. Simone prepared everything by himself and told us stuff about the farm between the dishes. So we had a very nice evening and learned a Lot about olives.

We just spent 6 nights at Simone's camping and loved it. So I want to write a few sentences to share our experience. General setting at the camp site: We felt welcomed immediately, surprised by the clean and well kept surroundings. There are two pools, one is just over a year old. All the facilities were built over the last five years, so everything is in a very good condition. For families it seems like an ideal site. It's spacious and away from any road and for some days the kids enjoy just being on site itself. The pitches are big, also comfortable for caravans. There is a barbecue area with tables and chairs, shade and a lot of space. Simone gave us bikes that are old but good to have. Two people pay 44€ per night which seems a comparably good price. Another offer is a dinner for 25€/person that includes 3 courses, water and wine. The food was excellent and the setup like in a fine restaurant. For 5€/person you can order breakfast from 8-10. It includes fresh fruit, toast, jam, cake, coffee and juice. We really enjoyed having these luxuries offered at a camp site. Location and city: The beach is about 15 minutes by foot away, by bike or car much faster of course. Castiglioncello is a beautiful small village with a supernarket, really good ice cream and pizza as well as clothing stores. The beaches right in the city are really nice with stones and a promenade.further south, about 7 kilometers, you find the beginning of "Italian Caribbean" with white sand shores. Directly north of the city begins a beautiful shore line with bigger rocks to jump off and cliffs with stunning views. The houses on top of the cliffs are amazing. If you want to stay longer than 5 days it is helpful to have a car or bikes so you can explore the surroundings more. Simone might even give you a lift to a rental shop for scooters and bikes if you ask him. It's a beautiful hilly area with good vine and excellent oil. Simone: All this was nice but what really excited us was Simone. He is the owner of the olive-farm and housekeeper of the campsite. By talking to him I found that he has a vision for the city and by observing him I found he has a great love for detail. His caring and gentle character makes this place a home. We found a new friend with the heart of a father. Somehow, he always managed to show up when we needed him, plus, he is an excellent cook.

One of the best stays I've ever had (and I travel for work, so that's saying something)! Simone was very welcoming, warm and friendly and made our stay very pleasant indeed. The campsite/ farmstay is tucked away on a hillside near the Tuscan coast at Castiglioncello. On that note if you have a caravan or campervan please be aware that you will have to navigate some steep and narrow roads to reach this place. Once you are there surrounded by olive groves or taking a dip in the pool, all your worries will be forgotten. In fact, everything you need is within walking distance and you can find the beach, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, coffee bars etc 10-15 minutes away so you can forget about driving. Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano are about a 1.5 hour drive and Lucca, Pisa and Forte dei Marmi 45 mins-1hr and are perfect for day trips. The facilities were clean and modern and hot water was always available. I cannot wait to come back soon- I still need to try the famous farm to table produce. Grazie mille dell'ospitalità! A presto!

Great ACSI camping. Only good vibes at this place. Home made dinner is nice. Too bad the home made olive oil was sold out, it was really nice. Will come again!
