The staff there are very friendly. Good location and easily accessible. The meals are good, however it takes way to long to get your order. The place needs fans in place in the event there is no natural breeze about as I experience while having my meal. The owner does random checkup to see how everything is going and the bar tenders are great.

For a 1-star hotel, Ocean’s edge far exceeded our expectations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Best sleep we’d had in weeks. Amazing views of the sea. Excellent restaurant and bar. We looked forward to breakfast and dinner there daily. Stayed 5 nights. Excellent dive shop and departure for whales

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The food at the restaurant is also very DELICIOUS. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dominica.

We only went to the restaurant, but the experience we had was great from start to finish. I loved the fact that we got seating with a beautiful view. We were a party of 3 and all ordered different meals. All the food was delicious (neglected to photograph the food, LOL).

We're staying on our boat on a buoy right in front of the restaurant and have found them very friendly and helpful. We had lunch there today and it was very good, and good value for money, which is a rarity on the island. The hotel looks nice, and everything is spotlessly clean. I hope Ocean's Edge will consider collaborating with the seacat staff who manage the buoys and other local businesses to re-create what the anchorage hotel used to offer (water, showers, laundry) for cruisers.The island could really use it, and the infrastructure is mostly in place! Great business opportunity!

Ocean's Edge has taken over Castle Comfort lodging. Dive Dominica still exists, but doesn't handle rooms

Passing through on our catamaran. Stopped there to let our dogs have a pee. The dock they share with the dive shop is the only one close to the Anchorage after the hurricane... Got told not to bring our dogs there.. So much for friendly welcoming people. Certainly won't be using their services anytime and won't recommend them...

The atmosphere is great. And the various dishes very good.

Nice clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. All employees are super nice and helpful. Rooms are large and quite adequate. Bring bug juice if you like your windows open at night. The restaurant and bar are on a deck overlooking sunset view. Perfect! The hotel is also close to downtown and they will provide transportation to and from.

All around amazing experience at Dive Dominica/Ocean’s Edge hotel. I stayed at the hotel as part of a 5 day trip swimming with sperm whales, and every aspect exceeded expectations. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, room was plenty sufficient and clean, and the restaurant was very good. Never had a problem exploring the island as the staff were quick to connect me with other local drivers/guides. Special shout-out to our incredible boat crew Stinger, Nigel, and Dante - Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a good time to be around! (even if we weren’t as lucky as we were finding sperm whales)

My son wanted Lobster for his birthday so I called a few friends who suggested Ocean Edge. The service was great!! The food was on point!!! There’s this girl that works there.. she has some pretty eyes, she was our server. I’ll definitely dine there again.
