Great experience! Staff are warming and show genuine interest which adds to the experience. We have been to other sites and this one by far is top tier.

We had a lovely experience and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had to come back because the baby wasn’t showing his/her face and after numerous attempts we got one. It’s nice that they kept trying to get the best photo. I would recommend 100%!

The scan it's self was great. No waiting time friendly staff. However I never got my video. Which is a big part of the cost. The father and nan were dud round with other friends to watch amd this was wasted. I did call the clinic 9 times in total and they said their end they had tried but had a technical issue. Still not got the video so have had to make a complaint. The moment is lost so want a refund and may go someone else start again. It did ruin the experience. The video was the main part as its the but I could have spent time viewing and showing my loved ones. Hopefully hear back soon with a resolution

This is our second time using window to the womb, we originally had an early scan at 8 weeks and came back at 16week for another scan and we cannot rate them enough. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating and the packages they offer are great value! Everything is explained to you in the scan room and the appointments are not rushed.

Have been a few times has always been such a positive and lovely experience. And got to leave with a beautiful bear with our baby girls heartbeat. Thank you!
