Great location. Unfortunately, many residents do not clean up after their animals. And the pool and hot tub are often dirty. The hot tub was only usable 60% of the time that we wanted to use it this past summer. The railing to walk into the hot tub was broken the entire time we lived there. The fireplace near it never worked. The bathrooms near the pool and the club house area were only open when the office was open. I witnessed men using the bathroom on the side of the club house because of that. We were fortunate enough to live closest to the pool, but if you didn't, you had quite a walk to use a bathroom. The door to the gym was always stuck, and often people couldn't get it open. I never used it for this reason. The staff was very friendly, I'm not sure why the facilities weren't better taken care of. Paying that much rent, you want the amenities to be in working order. We were only there 6 months before moving home. I hope they can get things fixed and working properly for everyone.

These apartments are great! The location is extremely convenient to everything. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance. A little park right next door. There are walking trails. It is extremely safe. The apartment sidewalks are shoveled quickly. So far, I’ve placed one service call and it was dealt with immediately. Max has been super helpful as well…to the point he walked my dog for me when I got delayed at work for a few hours. I would certainly recommend these apartments to anybody.

I rarely write any reviews, especially about management companies, landlords, etc. I felt compelled to write this review due to the awesome experience I had here. I was always greeted by both Nicole and Alex with a positive, upbeat, attitude. In the past, when I walked into a leasing office with an issue, it was generally almost always a negative experience. Not here; really feel like both Nicole and Alex hit the mark with how they managed through some pretty tough situations with vendors, snow removal, contractors, yard maintenance, etc. It is important to keep into context what their job is, and what is in their scope of control. There were some minor nuances that felt excessive such as their patio policy, rent emails, etc., but none of these policies are set by the leasing office, they just have a responsibility to follow the management companies requirements. That being said, they always handled my concerns with care, and did not dismiss my frustrations when an issue arose. Also, want to give a shout-out to the maintenance crew. These guys are awesome, friendly, and responsive. Keep up the awesome service, as at the end of the day, service is what people will remember... Marcus

I’m a new resident at The Ridge and recently just tried to turn my heat on for the first time this year, come to find out it was not working so I reached out to our maintenance staff. John came and informed me it looked like my gas was never turned on, I thought this was odd as I had set it up with utilities in September. John and Dylan went out of their way to call the utility company for me and got them there that very same day. This was in no way their responsibility but they went above and beyond !!! Thank you!!

I have really enjoyed my time here. I get help the second I need it on anything. The management team is super kind, thoughtful, and seem to always be keeping the grounds clean and nice. I love living here.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Cloud Trujillo in the front office. Not only was Cloud knowledgeable but she took her time and really made me feel at home there. It was a no brainer for me to sign a lease. The staff I've met so far was super welcoming. The property is clean and well kept. The apartments are very spacious.

Needs to be condemned and it's not even 10 years old. Major foundation and flooding issues. Don't move there. It would be nice if they were worth it, because some of the first floors actually have a little fenced in 'yards'.

Me and my gf moved in about month ago from out of state, sight unseen and we love it so far. Our apartment was in great condition when we moved in which was a big relief since we had never visited the community. The staff has been very friendly, communicative and attentive with us which we really appreciate. Clauvis from the maintenance team completed our work requests promptly and professionally. Overall a 5-stars experience!!
