If I could give it 10 stars, I would!! Whether you live in Castle Rock or are just visiting, you really should know about Damascus Grill. Their hummus is the richest and creamiest I've ever had. Their web site says it is a family recipe, and I believe it is one that would be handed down for generations. The chicken kabobs are real chicken, huge pieces, cooked and seasoned beautifully. Their rice, salad, and other sauces are just as good. This is the kind of food I've always wanted when I've gone to Greek or to a Gyro place, and I finally found the awesomeness that I was looking for. Generous portions, great flavors, delicious.

AMAZING! You can tell the love and care that they put into their food, everything is made there and the flavors are to die for. The staff is super friendly. However because they make everything in the restaurant from scratch there is a bit of a wait time so I would not recommend if you are going for a quick bite. That being said the food was so good, I got the wrapped grape leaves, pie sampler and the baklava. The lamb pie was easily my favorite but everything was divine. I can not wait to go back.

Castle Rock's best kept resteraunt secret! This place is amazing. The food is unbelievably tasty. Zesty, fresh, tangy - simply boasting with flavor! A total home cook meal experience that will make your mouth water. Everytime I go here I amazed there isnt a line out the door. This small family run business is something these folks should be proud of. Give it a try, for sure! You'll be back.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. It used to be really great like 5 years ago. It was a good run but I'm moving on. When I walked in I almost tripped on the floor that is literally peeling upwards all over the place. Someone is going to get hurt. Then I noticed everyone eating out of Dixie plates and styrofoam containers. They used to serve on actual dinnerware. No one was in the lobby so I sat down like used to. The lady came out a few minutes later and told me I had to order at the counter. Once we got our food the only thing remotely good was the French fries and even those had far too much salt on them. The pita was so old, dry and chewy I couldn't chew through it. Then when I opened my chicken shawarma sandwich it was in a pool of oil and sopping wet. I didn't even want to grab it and pick it up. My wife opened hers and exact same thing. My wife and I literally just grabbed $50 of food, threw it in the trash can and walked out. So that was the nail in the coffin. This place gave up on its customers. I had the same problem two years ago and gave it a break until today. After today it's even worse. I also don't even know why they have the tip option when they don't even serve anymore. And go change your default tip options in your settings, they are far too high for your lack of customer service. Before I walked out they were arguing with a guy that wanted extra sauce and it would be an extra $1. Like come on.

Little family owned restaurant that did everything right. Worth the price. The portions, quality and flavor were spot on. Tried the meat combo and the lamb gryo. If you want something other than big chains this a good place to try out.

A tiny gem in Castle Rock. The food was fabulous and nicely portioned. The place was clean and the tables were distanced. Everything was fresh and made from scratch. The staff was really nice and helpful. Will definitely make this a regular stop!

This really hits the spot. The woman that was running things when I visited was very kind and helpful. Service was great. The food is fantastic. Too bad I don't live in Colorado, I'd be going here regularly if I did!

The food was excellent authentic Syrian food. You order and then you sit and eat which is different but staff was super friendly and I recommend the hummus shawarma is best I’ve ever had! Arabic coffee is delicious and falafel are perfect

They're awesome people and great food. Both locations are terrific. One thing, don't expect fine dining, it's a small place with no frills, but it's totally worth grabbing dinner or lunch there. My only wish is that they'd do a little better with the pita at the Castle Rock location, it's been kind of rubbery like it's microwaved. But, everything on the menu is really tasty.

Small restaurant with a long wait!! Food is not too bad. Lots of remodeling needed to the floor and building...

I’ve had the chicken kabob sandwich before and liked it which is what made me come back and try the chicken kabob plate. The description on the menu and what I got was different and tasted different. The kabobs had a red sauce on them and no veggies, the menu doesn’t state there’s a sauce on them just seasoning and does say the kabobs are grilled with veggies but there weren’t any.

We ordered the kofta and the chicken sandwich both of which were good. This place has a feel of a fast food restaurant because of the styrofoam boxes and paper plates but I don’t mind it and I rather support this small business than a big sandwich or “Mediterranean” chain.

The food is truly authentic. Every type of good is going to be good here, and well cooked. We ordered the appetizer sampler, the meat combo, and a chicken shawarma plate. The appetizers were the same I'd have at home. Truly authentic and flavorful. The meat combo was good too, juicy and flavorful meat with a large quantity matching or surpassing the price. The service is lacking, so if you're coming here for that you won't find it.

Food is AMAZING. Definitely authentic but for that reason, don’t come here if you’re in a hurry because it does take a bit for food to come out (~30 minutes). Giving it four stars cause the whole restaurant could use a good cleaning. I understand that it’s an older building but there is a difference between dirty and old and unfortunately the bathroom was very grimy. Regardless, would come back again and recommend to others

Simply amazing food and friendly service. Don't let the fast casual service fool you, this is solid and authentic food made with love. The service is friendly and I would totally drive the 40 min from my house to eat here.

By far the best Syrian/Mediterranean food I've had in Colorado. We got the stuffed grape leaves, and I got the chicken shawarma sandwich. I have only had stuffed grape leaves one other time in my life, and I didn't like them. These, however, were delicious and creamy. The chicken shawarma sandwich was super tasty and a huge amount of food for the price. The chicken was marinated perfectly. The person at the counter was super nice and gave us suggestions. Super cool artwork on the walls, and the place had an awesome vibe. Definitely check this place out if you find yourself in Castle Rock!

A welcoming small diner. We ordered the tzaziki appetizer, a gyro, and the harira soup. Everything tasted great, I just prefer my harira soup to have a hearty amount of whole beans.

Beef shawarma was ok, lots of fat & gristle, dissappointing. The baklava was good, but the smallest I have ever seen! They are SOOOO slow, order ahead if you can!
