Quick, friendly service at the drive thru! Personally i love their cheese fries and cheese curds!! In-freakincredible!!! Haven’t had a bad meal here ever. Handicap parking is available and when you can dine in the bathrooms and dining area are always clean!

Stopped in for lunch. Food was great. We order a few concrete which were delicious. I was sad to learn that they were not going to have the Hawaiian concrete anymore. Those were absolutely my favorite.

Apparently the kids working here don't understand proportions.... we ordered $60 worth of food. Meals, sides, desert. Our fries were half full. Our drinks were filled halfway.... in my opinion, that's not acceptable. Maybe it's because it was doordash.. but, that's still not acceptable. Minimum wage quality from kids making more than Minimum wage.

Thank you to the manager Darsha I hope I'm saying her name right that fixed our food and corrected my bad experience. God Bless her and her family. Was in there tonight at 6:00 pm. Brought someone from California that never had Freddy's I'm glad his experience was good as well, because of a good manager. Give her a raise please a big one. Amen

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My young son tried something new and when it came out, realized he didn’t like it. Ariana came up to our table and very politely asked if they could make him anything different. Normally I would have said no thank you, but was so blown away by the customer service (which seems so hard to find these days) that we changed his order. Thank you!!

Tonight we had the best experience at Freddy's drive through in Castle rock colorado. It was very close to closing time and the gentleman in the drive through was one of the nicest, friendliest and proffesional people we have ever encountered in all of our years at any restaurant. His name was Asher and we just wanted to thank him for his service and courtesy and let him know he made our night.

Came in tonight for the first and had a great experience! The food was so yummy and Dasha was so friendly and helpful with my questions about the menu. Will definitely be coming back!

This location used to struggle and we stopped going because of quality issues. We decided to give it another try on a whim and WOW have they improved. Our food was hot, fresh, and timely. I hope this is their new standard and will return expecting it.

Who ever was there serving the window outside today was an absolute goat,he was really chill and had a good vibe. definitely recommend this place

So this place has been funny lately. For one they have been slow (at times with no line), 2 the burgers have seemed extra salty lately as opposed to before. Idk if it's a leadership issue or what? Just seems this place was better 2 months ago.

Had the absolute best experience here last week! Got a double cheeseburger w extra pickles and a dirt n worms Sunday and they were absolutely delicious. The restaurant was super clean and everything was stocked and easy to access. The manager Andrew was nothing short of a complete delight and definitely upheld the Freddy's hospitality service standards. Will definitely be back!!!

If you've never tried a Freddy's, give it a go. Burgers are thin and have crispy edges (the way I love them!) And the onion rings are great, not oily and very crispy.

I went thru the drive through, the food was fresh and tasty but unfortunately they forgot my fry sauce and ketchup. I went into the restaurant for my sauces and it was poorly lit, and seemed dirty.

It's Freddy's man, freaking good food. Awesome service. A thousand times better than in and out. And the employees are nicer too. And the food is better. And the fry sauce is the whole business. Love it

They had a 2nd day trainee on the register who was having troubles someone eventually helped but ordering and getting my food took ~30 minutes. Then the order was almost completely wrong 4 hamburgers... 2 weren't even the right ones and the other 2 didn't have the correct *toppings. The fries were only hall full... curds were over done... when they finally got the order right it was pretty decent. And they tried to make it right. But the time it took was very frustrating took over an hour to get the food and get back on the road. I expect more for how much I'm paying.

Came for some ice cream and got the peanut butter shake with malt. It was so good! Service was good and we got ice cream and water right away. The restaurant itself could be a little cleaner but not bad. I appreciate that they have the mini size also, definitely a better portion for me.

This Freddy’s location runs like a well oiled machine. The whole crew is amazing at what they do, but there is one employee I want to point out in particular. They’re unique enough to ID but never got their name, however, whatever you are paying them, it isn’t enough! They were kicking ten kinds of tail, wiping down tables, restocking things left and right, taking orders, working the drive thru, just nonstop like a BOSS. I know often people in the fast food or service industry don’t the the kudos they deserve, but I wanted to shoutout to this person in particular because, I see you, you’re awesome at what you do, and you deserve a raise! You’re a rockstar and my hero, and I just wanted to let you know that you are seen and appreciated by this local patron 🙂

I enjoyed a steakburger sandwich here. The sautéed onions were a great ingredient for the patty melt. The meat was grilled to the right temperature and the bread was toasted just right. I was surprised at the good flavor and will return.

This store is one of the best Freddy’s I’ve ever been to! The manger Andrew was so kind and helpful when I had left my wallet at my house with screaming kids in the car. He waited patiently while I figured out my form of payment. His crew was also very polite and I could tell that they work their little tails off but they do it well; as a team! Thanks Andrew for providing a great community spot :)

I ordered on the app for convenience and went through the drive through to pick up my order. The girl told me that she couldn’t help me and that I needed to come in to pick up my order. That seems a bit ridiculous considering i was already there in drive through waiting. You guys need to figure that out. I shouldn’t have to wait if I orders in advance.

I went here late at night, probably around 9-10 to get custard and a burger with my friends through the drive thru. As I finish my strawberry shake, there were peanuts at the bottom of it. Now, I am not allergic to peanuts, however, this is a big hazard to those who are. I think this establishment should closely watch their employees to see what they put in peoples shakes.

I love Freddy's. The problem is that this location is at an odd corner for traffic flow. If you choose to not block traffic and/or put yourself at risk in the general flow of traffic, you go inside. Which results in the bigger problem of the fact your inside wait is exponentially higher. Freddy's... please consider treating your "To Go" customers a little differently.

First time trying; we missed the sign and thought the building was an Arby's but gave it a shot anyway! Wonderful burgers, juicy and felt right off the grill. Amazing. Will return for sure.

The place was a mess. Sticky floors, fries all over the floor, most tables were dirty. Had to keep swatting flies to keep them off my food. Employees were talking about there personal life, more info than I needed to know. Great burger.

Came in today during the lunch rush and my order was not exactly as I had hoped. I had ordered no cheese, but got cheese. Two employees Dasha and Naomi made sure my order was perfect and they were so kind and efficient. One brought my food out and the other gal came out to chat and make sure all was ok. Really impressed at this place for fast food.

Love this place! Its not often you get an actual handmade, quality beef patty. grilled bun. juicy burger. perfect homemade fries. very friendly service. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

Went inside instead of the drive-through, even though I still ordered it to go. There was no one else in the dining room at 8pm bit the drive-through had steady business. Took 25 minutes to get my food and had only ordered a hamburger, fries and a drink! They did apologize for the wait and asked if they could get me anything more but didn't want to add any more time to my trip! As always, the food was good - love their fries - but the long wait while the crew played around was off-putting. The cars seemed to move along fairly quickly so maybe that's thw answer for this particular Freddy's.
