I've been going here for over 5 times and even brought my wife over for a session last year. The service has been great but today was different. I have left a $10 tip ($20 total for 2 people) just before our session began to the woman who calculated our total fees since we were paying in cash. The massage is an hour ($60/hr) and I also brought my brother visiting from TX since I was very satisfied with the service before. After our session when we were about to leave the, person I have left the $20 with complained and said that they normally get $20 tip per person. I just forked over the $20 and said "oh ok." In my mind, tip is more of a gratitude for the service provided and asking for $20 (33% of total cost per hour) is way too much because that's what you are used to? If I do decide to give $20 then it should be customer discretion and not be mandated and confronted when you are about to leave. Or maybe just post it or increase your rates. As a customer, I felt frisked and very disappointed. Sad to say, I would be seeking other massage places due to this which is sad since I really liked the place and it's only that one lady.

I came here as a birthday present for myself in 2020. Place is nice, clean and serene. but... They leave the door cracked during the massage, which I have never had in my life. I could hear the TV show the receptionist was playing loudly on her phone. Someone came to the door and spoke to the massage therapist THROUGH THE CRACK OF THE DOOR halfway through my massage. The MT apologized but any small amount of relaxation I had was completely gone. ***They will massage your face without asking*** all places I have gone to have always asked if they can massage your face. Asked & paid for a deep tissue massage and I received a Swedish. I still tipped, the MT was decent.

My favorite massage place ever. Wonderful hard working and friendly personnel – they do really great job here. Massages are super thorough, relaxing, and truly healing. The place is clean and booking is easy. Highly recommend.

Best massage I have had in years. Bella was amazing. I suffer from anxiety and I truly felt so calm and relaxed during and after the massage. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Usually I get an amazing massage when I come here. And I always tip them well for their service. Today I had a girl who seemed like she didn’t really want to give a massage. She rushed through the whole thing. Then when I tipped her 10%, she gave me a hard time because I did not tip her enough money. She pointed to a sign that said people usually tipped $20 (for a $75 massage!!!). I told her that her massage was not very good and I am not going to give that much tip for service I'm not happy with. This whole experience made me not wanna go here ever again!

First time visit today and will definitely become a regular! Called this morning and was able to get a same day appt for 60 minute massage. You pay first (which is not uncommon if you are not in a "spa") and the cost was $75 (before tip). Extremely reasonable and credit cards were accepted. The massage room was quiet, clean and with comfortable wide bed and soft linens. My massage therapist was Bella and she was amazing (asked about my preferred pressure and I told her as well as told her about my knee arthritis, she knew exactly what to do). Very happy and will definitely return often!

The place and the service are both good. My wife and I called at the last minute to schedule a couple’s massage and they were able to accommodate us. There is a discount when paying cash. The only surprise for me was the mandatory tip if you do an hour or more massage. I think it was $20.00 per person, not even a percentage of the cost.

The Good: The parking was easy. The space was clean. The staff was friendly, if a bit brisk. They gave me a same day appointment very quickly. No bad vibes. The hot rocks were lovely. The Bad: I didn't catch the name of my masseuse as talk was brisk. She was a friendly tiny woman with tiny but strong hands. I asked her to do my lower back and she did everywhere but there. She used her fingertips and thumb heavily, which was nice on my neck, but not on my ribcage. I moved away and said ow many times but she relentlessly went for bone, not muscle. It was a pointy massage in all the wrong places. Not empathic. 3 stars as I may have just got the wrong person on the wrong day? I don't think I'd go back tho. And everyone complaining about tips; leave a tip! It's still hard work!

I feel like I die and go to heaven every time I leave this place. It's more of a whole in the wall so don't expect anything fancy but the service itself is absolutely impeccable. Strongly recommend!!!

The BEST massages! I have been to fancy high end spas for the pampering effect and used to get such expensive massages, but in an attempt too save a little and for convenience (lived close by at the time) I decided to try this place. It was great!! They really worked me up to a pulp. I got that nice little massage "high" afterwards and I do believe they are rightly named because it is very healing. I have been back a number of times and they are consistently great at working out links and applying the right pressure for me. A littler on the deep tissue side. But they do ask about pressure so you can ask them to lighten up if needed. I just let them do their thing and the results have always been great. Couple other bonuses : +They always seem to have availability if you call for a same day appt. +They are open late. +They give a small discount if you pay cash! 🙌🏼

Great massage. Relaxing. Hot stones were an added touch.
