With the expectation of an enjoyable and relaxing week at Chiloé, I decided to make a reservation with 2 months of anticipation, only to be confronted with disappointment and the lack of responsibility from the hotel's management. Not only did they register my reservation incorrectly but they denied the existence of the call record(after telling us they will check on them) and decided to assign us a much smaller room for 160% the value of the original room. Giving them 1 star will definitely not fix my awful experience nor will it make them change their ways, but if only 1 person is able to read this review and get a heads up before commiting with this hotel chain it will be enough for me.

The menu was very poor. Beautiful place. The attention was great!

You can see it was hit by the pandemic restrictions; maintenance and deep cleaning is needed. They seem understaffed (specially on the restaurant). Nevertheless, beautiful architecture, amazing views, nice rooms, specially for couples- I stayed at room 202, maybe there are other rooms better suited for non-partners. Overall lots of potential, I think it will recover with adequate passenger flow.

Amazing hotel, it's like a five stars close by Castro. The spa is divided between man and women with some common areas, the view on Castro and the sea corner from the view is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful. Would love to come again just to have a rest here!

The hotel has problems and at the check in we have been informed, that they have a hot water problem. 5 minutes later, the manager told the reception, the problem was fixed ... It wasn't fixed and the manager lied to us. In a good service oriented hotel you will get a offer, like free drink or dinner because of the issue. But not here in this hotel.

The hotel is well located, the only thing is that to go to the bar at the casino you would need to pay to enter even if you are guest at the hotel so your alternative will be Amura cafe. About this nothing to say, friendly staff and special mention to Camila from the Amura, she really make our time so enjoyable, she's really friendly and actually went there the second time just because she was there. Good chat! The best point of our stay. The receptionist at our arrival was very pleasant even tho she was having a bad ti e with a very unpleasant guest that actually jumped in front of us interrupting her in the middle of the check in, the guest was really rude, however she was very profesional and still friendly, hope she get better days... Spa, the dry sauna wasn't working for the 2 night of our stay, if you planning to stay font forget to take your swim hat, also one of the jacuzzi wasn't working in the male area. Extra bed in room, need a mattress change, the springs can go over your chest during night.. Overall 5/10 The mayor points are for the receptionist (didn't catches her name, was a trainee) and Camila both 10/10 friendly polite and efficient Gonzalo Silva Scotland
