We were there in two groups! Played both rooms, the two rooms have different themes. Everyone was very enthusiastic, very exciting, good puzzles and, if needed, helpful tips to get ahead! Highly recommended for action and brains!! Thanks! to Kevin, for the good instructions and help!!!

Brilliant! Our entire group was completely thrilled. A completely new, super exciting experience that develops an unexpected dynamic. Time flies like in flight. Service is also first class, I would definitely like to see more of it! Recommended for all groups, families, companies, cliques.

That was fun! We made it! I recommend this fun to everyone. I was in the Napoleon room. I would like to try out the other room. The people were very friendly, I had a lot of fun with puzzles, and the instructions were very good. I'll be back.

There were four of us and we played a room in Dortmund. It wasn't our first escape room, but it was probably the best! The room was very detailed, but a little too simple for our taste. The staff was super nice. The price is high, but you don't do it every day! We'll definitely be back!

We have already played both rooms at TeamCrack and were thrilled. The decoration puts you directly into the situation and story. The puzzles are challenging and varied. The reception and staff are nice and friendly. Questions also received by email are answered informatively, kindly and quickly. We have often recommended your room to others and the Mystery at Dortmunder U is one of our top 3 of all the rooms we have created so far!

That was a cool experience. Recommended escape room, located in the middle of the city, optional for in between. Unfortunately, this location is a bit hidden and there is a lack of parking spaces locally (but the nearby parking garage also solves this problem). Before we could even get started, we were a bit lost; for those of us who don't come from the Dortmund region, it wasn't that easy to find the Team Track store. The location is in a shopping street with restaurants, between two shops there is a door with a bell that indicates that Team Crack is on the upper floor. Well, after we arrived we were warmly welcomed, the nice staff/operator was very friendly and was able to immediately pamper us with refreshing drinks and brain food/jewelry. There was a briefing and off we went. In my opinion the store is highly recommended and shows a lot of potential. If you've never been to an escape room before, you'll find the process fascinating. But even if you've been to one escape room or another, this one won't disappoint you. The amazing ideas these guys have come up with provide the thrill and create a great atmosphere. We all really enjoyed it and will definitely come back to play in the second room again. Many thanks to the TeamCrack team! See you next time!

We played the Napoleon Room. The room was very detailed and beautiful. The puzzles were very different, which made the whole thing even more exciting. Your story was also exciting. Our game leader Nele prepared us well for the game and got us in the mood. Overall, one of the best escape rooms I've played.

The four of us played the “Napoleon” room. For all of us it was the first live escape game and it definitely won't be the last!!! Thank you at this point for the very warm welcome and the great introduction to the game :) So you couldn't help but feel completely comfortable! It was simply indescribably a lot of fun to solve the sometimes very tricky puzzles in the room, which was decorated and equipped with great attention to detail. The game makers have obviously put a lot of effort into making the game as authentic as possible. Next we'll try out the room "Mysterium Dormunder U" :)

We had a lot of fun as a group :) you can tell that the people have a lot of attention to detail and put a lot of effort into it, which is reflected in the rooms. Friendly employees, well-thought-out puzzles and a story that you can immerse yourself in with your friends. I can only recommend it :) Top, 5 stars 👍🏻
